Come relax in this well-maintained, modern home-away-from-home at Sandpoint Condominiums. Enjoy free resort-style amenities such as an oceanside, on-site heated pool, dry sauna, library, and fitness center. Enjoy an open floor plan with plenty of space and oceanviews from both bedrooms, the living room, dining area, and kitchen. Walk out on to the large balcony from the bedroom or living room to enjoy the sunrises and sunsets or the sound of the crashing waves. This recently renovated condo boasts tile floors throughout with lots of glass allowing natural light to brighten your living space. The main living/dining area adjoins the well-equipped kitchen with quartz countertops. A washer and dryer are provided in the unit. Park in the free, cool, underground parking garage. Although the building has an elevator, it's not necessary to wait for it as this unit is on the second floor and you are only one flight of stairs away from the pool deck.

Great quick trip to the beach!Michelle was very pleasant & helpful in making our stay great. A cozy condo with direct stair access to the beach & community pool. Nice breezy balcony with beach views.

Great location & amenities

The location of the condo is easy to access and the garage parking was a great addition. The beach chairs and toys were nice to have available as well. Our family is not from the area. Having a few guides would be helpful. Maybe with the info on how to use the TV, trash bins, nearby shopping and restaurants.

Great property

The condo was spacious and well laid out with a great outdoor balcony, plenty of seating and great ocean views. The garage parking was wonderful and made it easy to get luggage to and from condo. We really enjoyed our stay.

Condo was very nice.

Property’s was very nice, view was beautiful. Location was good . Parking was good. No complaints about that my only suggestion would be , all the VRBO’s I have stayed at have had a folder of suggestions to eat & shop. Instructions on TV remote, instructions on things like if the trash is full where to empty & what is expected on the day of leaving Owner was very helpful, just we had to ask.

Fun getaway

Our group loved our stay at this lovely condo. The building and unit was very clean. Great views of the the ocean from inside and out on the balcony.Location is great. Michelle our host was very nice and easy to communicate with. We all agreed that we would definitely stay here again

Beautiful and well organized condo

I traveled with my family including my 90 year old father and step-mom. We really enjoyed our stay. The condo was perfect to meet all of our needs. It had every household item and beach accessory you need.

First stay in Daytona

We had a great time in Daytona. The condo was great, we had almost everything we needed (no pizza pan). The beach things (Chairs, toys, buggy boards, wagon, towels) were a great extra we enjoyed. Good view and nice deck equipment. Nice pool and beach access. Owner was great to work with. Thanks Would stay again.

Quiet place on the beach

This stay was perfect for us! We really enjoyed the property. We spent a lot of time on the oversized patio, at the pool, and on the beach. The condo had everything we needed in the kitchen and then some, plus lots of beach items for use (towels, chairs, cart, cooler, toys, boogie boards, games). Michelle was very quick to respond and answered all of my questions. Only gave a 4 star on cleanliness because upon arrival the condo had a strong ammonia smell. Michelle said she had to use a different cleaner and they must of used products that make it smell like that. She apologized and the smell did dissipate. Would definitely stay here again.

Love this place!

My husband and two of our friends stayed an extended weekend for the Daytona 500 and it was amazing Michelle is awesome! Right on the beach and only 15 mins away from track. Will definitely be booking with her again in the future!

Very Nice Property

This condo was great for us - 3 adults and 2 children (ages 10 and 12). Second floor location made access convenient. Condo was decorated nicely. MIchelle's condo has a well equipped kitchen. Comfy beds. Lots of towels. Plus beach toys and games. This was an unplanned trip for us that Michelle made successful. She made sure we could easily contact her prior to, and after, our arrival. Would definitely stay here again.

Although I'm new to short-term rentals, I have been in the rental market for over 20 years. I fell in love with the Daytona Beach area as a little girl and that love has not gone away. I have raised four children, who have blessed me with nine grandchildren, who all love then beach as well. As I'm nearing retirement, I sold some of my other rental property to purchase my dream vacation property. I chose this property as my home away from home so that my family has an amazing place to visit.

This home has beautiful oceanviews from all of the main rooms in the home. When on the large, private balcony, you hear and see the waves crashing. In the morning, enjoy the sunrise from your private balcony or take a few steps and enjoy walking along the beach as the sun breaks the horizon. At night, relax on your private balcony with your favorite meal or beverage while the sun sets behind the Halifax River.
