Disfrute de las increíbles vistas al puerto y al océano, y de las puestas de sol mientras escucha los sonidos del océano en este impresionante condominio de dos dormitorios, dos baños y dos pisos. Este es el condominio perfecto para una pareja en un retiro romántico, o una familia que busca una escapada especial de vacaciones.

El dormitorio principal en la planta superior tiene un baño contiguo con área de tocador y ducha personalizada, televisión por cable con pantalla plana, cama King y una gran terraza al aire libre con mesa y sillas para 6 personas y vista panorámica al océano Pacífico y Oceanside. Vistas al puerto. 1 cama supletoria doble con cómodo colchón de espuma de memoria y ropa de cama en el armario de la suite principal para opciones de descanso adicionales.

El cuarto de abajo tiene una cama tamaño king, televisión por cable con pantalla plana, vista al mar y 1 cómodo futón de espuma con memoria y ropa de cama. El baño del pasillo tiene una combinación de bañera / ducha remodelada y un área de tocador contigua. La sala de estar cuenta con un balcón con vista al mar y al puerto, TV de pantalla plana grande con cable / DVD, una nueva sección con sofá cama de espuma de memoria y hermosas vistas al puerto y al océano. La cocina bellamente remodelada tiene gabinetes personalizados, encimeras de granito y electrodomésticos de acero inoxidable. El comedor cuenta con una mesa grande y asientos para seis personas.

La unidad F-311 viene amueblada con una cocina, sábanas y toallas completamente funcionales y completamente renovadas. Our stay in F311

The condominium was clean and everything worked well. The bedding, supplies and accessories were all excellent. The instructions were clear. The check in and check out processes were clear and went well. We had one interaction with the patrol staff. They were helpful and professional. The quality of the experience was what we expected having rented here before with On the Sand

Oceanside North Coast Village F311

My wife and I, and our close friends, recently had the pleasure of staying at this beautiful condo, and I can't recommend it highly enough! From the moment we walked in, we were impressed by how clean, spacious, and well-appointed the unit was. The windows provided incredible views, and the natural light that poured in each day made the whole place feel bright and welcoming. The condo had everything we needed for a perfect vacation: a fully equipped kitchen, comfortable furniture, high-end appliances, and cozy beds that guaranteed restful nights. The bathroom was pristine, with fluffy towels and a rain shower that felt like a spa experience. The top-floor balcony was the cherry on top—an ideal spot to sip coffee in the morning and relax with a glass of wine in the evening. The location was also unbeatable. We were just a short walk to the beach, local shops, and amazing restaurants like Finney's, yet the condo felt peaceful and private. It was the best of both worlds—close to everything, but still a tranquil retreat. Communication with the property manager was seamless, and they were incredibly responsive to any questions we had before and during our stay. We felt well taken care of throughout the entire process. This condo exceeded all expectations and truly made our vacation memorable. I'm already looking forward to booking another stay here! If you're looking for a perfect getaway spot, this is the place to be!

Beautiful location

Absolutely beautiful property, the grounds, the pool, the beach access. The upper penthouse suite was terrific (please note there is no door, however). Great amenities, the boogie boards were a great plus. Greatly enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend.

Beautiful view condo

Beautifully updated condo, great views, large king bedrooms. Small lower deck and large upper deck with lounge chairs and table and chairs. Staff was excellent, lots of great amenities (pool, hot tub, billiards,library,putting green, beach access,laundry in each building). 30 minutes to San Diego, lots of local restaurants. The grounds are absolutely beautiful. Would definitely return.

Perfect Setting

We so enjoyed our stay in F311. It was our first time in that particular unit and I must say it was one of my favorites. The view, the decor and the comfy beds made our stay perfect for over the Christmas Holiday. I loved all the amenities the kitchen had for cooking too. The fold out futon pad came in handy for the grandkids who took turns staying with us. Viewing the sunsets from the top balcony was the icing on the cake. Hope to come back again soon!

Great location & views

We love North Coast Village and have been coming here about once a year for about 6 years. This has been one of the most functional units we’ve been in. It has amazing views of the bay, ocean, and the lighthouse. They layout is great for families with kids; they have the downstairs with a living room, bedroom, kitchen, bathroom and balcony while we have the loft room upstairs with a large balcony and bathroom. The bed in the upstairs is awful though, I must say (I had read others complained about it and had hoped it had been replaced but it must not have- my back is killing me and I can’t wait to sleep in my bed tonight!). The bed in the downstairs bedroom is much better. The couch also folds out into a bed. There are tons of soft blankets and towels. All the beach equipment is in a locker where you park in the garage- locker and combo number we’re on the fridge. Pool and hot tub are great. I like the third floor unit also because it prevents sand from getting on everything which is what we’ve dealt with when we stayed in a place with a shorter commute to the beach. I would definitely stay here again, but hopefully with a new bed.

Well Equiped, Super Clean & Neat

This condo is one of the nicest units we have stayed in at North Coast Village. It was well stocked with all the things you need to cook and bake. The unit had really nice, thick towels and was very clean. The upstairs bed probably needs to be replaced. The downstairs bed was very comfortable. This is a super nice unit.

Love North Coast Village

My family had a wonderful stay in F311 of North Coast Village. We loved the location right on the beach and North Coast Village grounds and pool are wonderful. F311 is on the 3rd floor. Getting our many items to and from the beach was a bit of a hassle but at least it didn't require a car. The dedicated parking spot is great but our big truck was a tight fit. We found everything we needed in the condo and lots of extra's. There is a memory foam twin mattress that folds into thirds that is really comfortable. And even more extra egg crate foam upstairs. Plenty of towels and even about 6 beach towels in the hall bathroom. The master bedroom is upstairs with no door and the bigger balcony is upstairs. You are right by the marina so the fog horns were loud at night making it hard to keep the windows open. No AC so it got a bit hot and stuffy at night when we couldn't keep windows open. Found out last day that there are beach items in the cabinets in the parking garage. The lock code for the cabinet was in the house written on a piece of light blue laminated paper on the small counter on the way into second bedroom. Overall staying on such a beautiful beach with great surfing and boogie boarding waves far outweighed the few negatives. Such a great stay and we will definitely be coming to North Coast Village again.

Super clean with an amazing deck

We had a fantastic stay. We were there 9 days, 4 of which we were working, and my kids were virtually attending their classes. We were worried that the internet could not handle that amount of people but it went great! The management company was fantastic, they were super responsive and helped us a few times. I worked from the deck and it was amazing. Loved the views of the beach and harbor. The pool was still available by sign-up, which we used a few times. Had a great stay, always love our stays at NCV and this one was no exception!

Amazing week on the beach

Extremely well stocked condo. Wonderful beach location with lots of shops and restaurants within walking distance. Giant pool and hot tub and wonderful property to walk around in! We loved the koi pond and ducks as well. Real quiet location we loved our stay. Thank you again.
