Frente al mar - Unidad de construcción K con nuevas cubiertas entre 2 piscinas.

Unidad de segundo piso recientemente renovada en el Edificio K.

La unidad tiene una piscina en cada extremo del edificio, así como un acceso a la playa en cada extremo del edificio. ¡El interior de la unidad se actualizó en 2018 para incluir nuevos pisos, gabinetes, encimeras, pintura y más! La cubierta fue reconstruida en 2019 y recientemente se compró un nuevo patio amueblado. Las vistas del Océano Atlántico son impresionantes desde la sala de estar y la cama King en el dormitorio principal.

Ofrecemos ropa de cama y baño, wifi, cable y acceso a la playa y al club de raquetas. El club Beach and Racquet tiene otra piscina, canchas de tenis, canchas de baloncesto y un gimnasio.

La Asociación de Propietarios de Harbor Island requiere un pase de puerta para obtener acceso a la isla privada. Las tarifas del pase de la puerta del vehículo son por vehículo, establecidas por la isla y están sujetas a cambios. We had a wonderful Memorial Day weekend at this property. It was perfect for a couple's get away. The property was spotless and well appointed. We would like to thank the owner for renting their property to us. This unit has an excellent, well furnished kitchen for those who wish to prepare meals. The towels and linens were wonderful and much appreciated. It was quiet and peaceful. The pictures in VRBO are an accurate reflection of the property and its surrounding. We highly recommend this location.

Wonderful for a long weekend

This condo was perfect for a long week getaway. The view was amazing. The sunrises were spectacular from all the beach facing windows. The condo was comfortable and very nicely furnished with everything you should need. It was very clean when we arrived. Thermostat was set, fans and ice maker were turned on. WiFi was easy to access. We really liked the keypad entrance. Would definitely stay again.

Beautiful location and wonderful accommodations

The place was wonderful and so many little amenities that made it special. The condo complex was quiet and the access to the beach was just beautiful. We enjoyed morning and evening walks.

Excellent condo

Best condo we have stayed in at Harbor and we have stayed in at least 6. This condo was clean and comfortable. Very well decorated and really nice shower. Loved it!

Awesome villa!!

High marks for every aspect of this villa. Great location, oceanfront view, close to Charleston, Beaufort, Savannah, Edisto Island, Hunting Island State Park and Fripp Island. Well appointed condo with everything you need for a pleasant stay. Updated decor, well stocked kitchen supplies and appliances, comfortable bedrooms, great views! Highly recommend this!!

Great place and location

Very nice place. Best stocked place I've ever stayed. Very clean and couldn't beat the location. My only complaints are; i wish there were screens on the upstairs windows. We had some nice days and would liked to open the windows. We also had some rainy days and some of the provided games and puzzles were missing peices so we couldnt play them. Overall though I'd stay here again.

Harbor Island

The accommodations were as advertised and the area exceeds expectations! If the cat is not out of the bag about this part of the world, by now, it will be soon! There’s no hustle, and there’s no bustle, but there’s lots of good food, kind people and uncrowded conservative beaches and amazing scenery! If you’re looking to party hard, keep looking because the security is good, and the restrictions are in place, so everyone enjoys their time on the beach.

Amazing condo, private area

We absolutely loved this condo. It was perfect for spouse and child(ren). The kitchen was fully equipped. The washer/dryer was fully stocked. The condo came kid friendly. The front and back patio were perfect for any weather. It truly felt like home here! We didn't like there was nothing around to eat, and also the mosquitoes were horrible. No words for the mosquitoes. Highly recommend!

VERY NICE PLACE.. WELL STOCKED.

Property was well stocked and nicely decorated. Property was cleaned fairly well.. with some heavy dust on master closet/furniture. Great location to the beach. Kitchen was WELL stocked... we brought our coffee and such but it was there if needed. Dinning room light might need a new switch.. it does need a little manipulation to get to work at times. The big question.. would I stay there again if I came back to Harbour.. yes...

Relaxing stay

We enjoyed our stay! We had great weather and the unit was very comfortable. The view was outstanding! We will be back! Suggestion: You might want to leave directions on how to use the TV/ cable. If it needs to be reconnected. The cable was not working on the living room TV and we could not reconnect it. Had to watch fuzzy analog TV programs. It was okay for us bc we were mostly outside.

Oceanfront retreat

We loved our stay! The views were spectacular! The inside was beautifully decorated. We had some minor issues with lack of basic supplies (no paper towels, dustpan or vacuum, bathroom trash bags, half a roll of tp in one bathroom with no replacement), but the property management was very prompt with a delivery of our needed items to our door. We did notice a few small cleaning issues. Soap scum in the shower for one, the bathroom rugs look pretty dingy and the coffee table had clearly not been moved to vacuum recently. I wouldn't normally mind but I had pushed it out of the way so my baby could crawl around and found dirt and bits of trash. For us those were minor issues with the cleaning service and we would stay again regardless.

Perfect Low Country Vacay

Harbor Island was a dream! It felt like a movie set at times and the community felt very safe. The condo was in a great location in relation to the pools and beach. It was well equipped with all necessities you’d need for time away from home and even came with a margarita machine for the parents. The condo felt updated and taken care of. Water pressure was GREAT! There was never a time where we felt the beach or pools were too crowded. The only negative comment we have is the upstairs got significantly warmer in the afternoons than the downstairs got. We heeded the recommendations listed and kept the AC on 72° and our curtains closed and fans on, but it was always several degrees warmer upstairs. We felt the closed curtains defeated the purposed of staying on the oceanfront. Other than that, it was a great week with the fam! We will consider visiting again!

Rethink cleaning company

The area is beautiful and we were pleased with Harbor Island from the beginning. However, as soon as we walked in the front door, a fish smell hit us like nothing I have smelled before. After “investigating” it seemed to be coming from the closet where the HVAC system is and I told them the filter needs changing. There was dust all over the vents in the door. I called the management company and asked them to send someone over please. Because it was a Saturday, the guy didn’t come until Monday but he did a great job. Also had to mop the kitchen floor twice because our shoes kept sticking to it. After unpacking the car, I went to put my own sheets I had brought on the bed in the front room…I always do this. I’m glad I did, because the sheets that were on the bed did not appear to have been washed. The top sheet was crumpled up at the foot of the bed and the mattress cover, when I removed the sheets, had a fresh blood stain on it towards the top of the bed. One more thing, you can’t sit on the balcony that overlooks the ocean until later in the day. There is no umbrella for the table and it is much too hot to sit out there without one, which is disappointing because we like to eat breakfast looking at the ocean to start our day. The condo is great but attention to detail by the cleaning staff needs to be stepped up. It is a little bit of a distance to Walmart or the grocery stores so be prepared for that.

Birthday Beach Getaway

My daughter was turning 13 and we wanted to do something a little special this year. We surprised her with this trip, not even telling her until the day we left. Our stay at this property was perfect! It was clean, the perfect size for my husband and I and our 9 and 13 year old. The view at the ocean was our favorite part! We spent our days on Hunting Island collecting sharks teeth...87 of them to be exact! Many wonderful memories were made on this trip!

Great family beach!

Third time staying at Harbor Island. Great place to relax and enjoy the ocean and marshes. Will be back hopefully for many years to come!

Views amazing unit tired.

Overall the views and beach were incredible. The coffee table book was very helpful but outdated. There was not enough attention to cleanliness and detail as I would have expected. Kitchen was dirty especially around dishwasher, faucet and cupboards. The linens (especially bath towels) need to be upgraded. There were no screens in upstairs windows ( said back ordered 6 months ago) REALLY! A couple of minor maintenance items: The toilet seat in the downstairs bathroom needs tightening, It would be nice to have a small table between the 2 chairs on the porch to set a cup of coffee/drink on.

Quiet and laid back

We loved the beach access, proximity to one of the community pools and how peaceful and quiet the area is. If you are wanting to eat out you will have to go into town (15-25min).
