Nice little place to stay. Even if things are a bit dated, everything was clean. Love the closenest to the beach and ameneties (grocery store, restaurants, etc). Nice neighbourhood. Calm and secure.

All orher guests very nice. Place very clean.great location. Everything the advertisement said. Only minor incidents were front door lock didnt always work on first try, the tub paint was peeling but mostly one day without power for 7 hours. 8am-3:30 pm. Otherwise a great place

Nice stay

Thé accommodation is large and is well suited to a family of 4. The kitchen is well equipped, there is storage in the bedrooms and the bathroom. There is a common bandage for all residents at a nominal fee. We appreciated being able to use the bbq outside and eat around the pool. The beach is only a 5 minute walk across the street. The building is a little faded and the decoration in the condo is very simple, but we still appreciated it.

Don’t my rent this appartment

I totally missed my target by renting this place. It is run down, ugly and depressing. Furnished very poorly. All walls and trims are white and scratched. Pots and pans are sticky and old. On the good side, pool is great and location is a 5-minute walk to the ocean. Vacasa should be ashamed to rent this lousy unit.

Good location, lots of space!

Just a block from the beach, this unit had a full kitchen and two bedrooms! The pool was a great temperature, and the parking was very close to our unit. We enjoyed our stay and would come again. The unit itself is a little “tired.” Paint in the bathtub and counters was pealing off, the tub drained very slowly, ceiling fans in the bedrooms wobbled and squeaked, the porch was covered in debris (but we couldn’t find a broom in the unit) - the cleaning of the unit before we arrived could have been more thorough. Overall we really enjoyed our stay, but better maintenance between guests would make this unit really shine! The proximity to the beach and the extra bedroom at a decent price was worth it, and we’d likely return again. We loved the option to purchase late checkout, which made our last day much more enjoyable. Just know what to expect.

They didn't understand that I wanted them to do something about the toilet not filling back up. We were manually filling the water back up b pressimg a lever. Another thing is that they asked for me to get my card charged without giving me a total. What happened was I left some clothes in the closet and they said there was an option to get that back but didn't actually find the clothes in the closet. I was not comfortable giving them authorization to charge anything when they didn't even say that they found it in the first place. I wish that what they offered (sending back closet he's left there by accident) and what I wantes aligned.

I do not recommend

I was excited to be close to the beach and the pictures of the property and location were enticing. Upon entering there was a dead smashed cockroach in the dining room, a couple dozen small dead bugs in front of the refrigerator, a few bugs in the bedroom eating another dead bug. I opened the refrigerator and a few small cockroachs scattered. I went and bought bug spray and wanted to give it a shot. Then I noticed the kitchen counter has small black spots... possibly bug waste. Bathroom was pretty clean. As I sat on the couch several cockroachs scurryed across the floor. I considered just going to bed and went for the remote in the bedroom on the dresser and there was a huge cockroach underneath. I had it with all the bugs and couldn't not stay there. Before leaving I swept up the dead bugs I killed with the bug spary and noticed the spaces between the oven and counter and fridge were very dirty and grimy. I wouldn't not recommend this place and will not be returning. This place needs to be cleaned, disinfected and sprayed. Only upside was that the pool was very clean.

We are very pleased with our stay, it's clean, well stocked, plenty of room for 4 people. Pool area was very relaxing and clean. It's an older place but up to date with everything. Will definitely stay again when visiting family.

Counting the days to come back

This is our first stay -- chose it when trying to cash in a voucher from a cancelled trip during COVID. Clean place, great location. Beach access at the end of street was closed for construction but the next location was only about 2-3 blocks. Kitchen was was stocked with plates and utensils. Pool area was clean (except for pooping iguanas LOL). Place came with beach chairs (2), umbrella and pool towels (4). Need a car; grocery store is a drive and so are non-hotel restaurants. Can't say how much we enjoyed our stay.

Spring Break for a Family

We wanted a condo with a pool near the beach for a family trip for spring break. We have 2 teen daughters, but did not want to be near the college crowd. This was a perfect location. Property is clean, quiet, well maintained & an easy walk to the beach. Appreciated the beach chairs & umbrella available for use. Would be nice if it was stocked with paper towels, coffee filters, coffee etc but these are small things. Overall a great place to stay.

Perfect Quiet Retreat by the pool

We loved opening our door and being right at the pool where we spent our days reading and relaxing in a peaceful setting. Two blocks from the beautiful beach and we located a Tiki Bar nearby that was great fun. Unit is clean and spacious.

The place is well maintained and is in great location.

Best place to stay in Pompano

This is the best place to stay in the Pompano/Fort Lauderdale area. 1/2 a block from the beach - beautiful clean pool. Inside of the condo was very, very clean, spacious and had everything we needed for a one week stay. We've stayed at the Floranada in a 1 bedroom until also - you cannot go wrong with this place

Lovely Florida get away

The private patio was great. The people were very nice. The place was comfortable however, the two bedrooms were connected by a very thin set of double doors. A block from the beach. Walking distance to restaurants and convince stores. All in all a good time.
