Beach Escape es una increíble casa de lujo a una calle de las arenas blancas de la playa Anna Maria Island. El patio ajardinado exuberante ofrece una zona tranquila para relajarse junto a la piscina. La piscina está climatizada y también cuenta con un spa. Las comodidades incluyen una ducha al aire libre, mesa de comedor y una parrilla de gas para comidas al aire libre.

La ubicación de esta casa es perfecta también. Se encuentra en el extremo norte de la isla. Es un paseo de 2-3 minutos a la playa. Restaurantes y tiendas están muy cerca. Todo está a poca distancia en bicicleta o puede subirse al Trolley GRATUITO para subir y bajar por la isla.

Great place to stay.

The house was amazing. Very comfortable. Great for our family to come together but also have space to be alone if needed. Lots of stairs, so be aware if you have little ones. The location was perfect, a block from the beach, and a short golf cart ride away from shops and restaurants.

The check-in was easy, but everything after that was frustrating. We requested a late checkout on Friday and were told to call back Saturday after lunch. When I did, they said it should be fine unless we heard otherwise. On checkout day, I called to confirm and was told we couldn’t stay late and had to leave by 10 a.m. Housekeeping even showed up before 10, waiting for us to leave.The “heated” pool was freezing, and the jacuzzi never worked after the first night. I called for help, was told to press a button, and they said they’d submit a ticket—but no one ever followed up, and nothing was fixed.For the price, I expected a much better experience. Every mattress in the house was awful—when you lay down, you sink to the bottom, and the bed feels like it’s caving in. Everyone in our group complained about how uncomfortable they were.Overall, this stay was disappointing and poorly managed. Between the unresponsive staff, broken amenities, and uncomfortable beds, it left a bad impression. I wouldn’t book through this company again, and definitely not this house.

It was great with minor issues

The BBQ grill gas tank was empty, we had to change it, also, the igniters did not work on the BBQ, only for the side burner. And the main TV (family room TV) the remote did not work. No extra trash bags in the kitchen. Everything else was great, very nice property.

Thank you for staying at Beach Escape. I wish you had notified me of these issues while you were staying at the home. The grill does ignite, it was simply turned to ignite the side burner only. We provide 2 propane tanks so there is always a full one to change to. Also the TV remote needed new batteries. All were easy fixes and we would have liked the opportunity to correct during your stay. Customer service is very important to use. Glad you enjoyed the home and hope to host you again!

The washing machine did not work the entire time we were there. There was a moldy load of laundry in there that made the upper level smell of mildew. We called everyday to have fixed and nobody ever came. Also, there was a terrible storm and they were supposed to clean the pool and never did, it was not usuable. Also, people would come into the house to fix things without our knowledge from past guest issues. Did not like because of our valuables laying around and we had a small dog with us.

Great Location - House Needs Some Maintenance

House location is fantastic. Close to cafe, restaurants, and the beach. Had a great time in our annual trip to Anna Maria staying at this home. That said, the house was somewhat of a letdown. The biggest issue being that this 5 bedroom 4 bathroom house only has ONE 47 gallon electric hot water heater. Two showers is the max before it’s gets cold. In a house with 6 adults showers needed to be planned out. Huge pain. I wouldn’t rent again simply because of this. Other small issues : The pool system leaks water all over the outdoor patio tile. Slipping hazard as well as annoyance when coming in and out of the house. Dishwasher isn’t mounted to the countertop. You’ll get a nice surprise when you pull the drawer out loaded, spoiler alert; you’ll get the entire dishwasher.

Yikes. Home needs ATTENTION.

We always love our annual visits to AMI and have been visiting there for 20 years. This home is a beautiful home in an excellent location, and there is much positive to say about it and the gorgeous backyard and pool. We enjoyed our time in AMI tremendously. However, for the price + potential of this home, it’s a disappointment because it was 1. dirty upon arrival so we immediately had to locate a broom (crumbs, dirt, items on floor where furniture hadn’t been moved/cleaned behind), mold and dust on ceiling/vents/ceiling fans 2. disrepair - many items of furniture/cabinets/drawers/shower door handle were broken and/or needed tightening 3. upstairs toilet was running continually - called to report, had several plumbing visits - it was fixed finally by day 5 4. Poorly equipped house feels like a neglected corporate apartment, doesn’t = quality/equivalent to the cost, decor is flimsy, not a single boardgame in the house, only 2 stools at kitchen bar (for a 5 BR home), kitchen drawers dirty and terribly organized, some of the beds were shabby/sagging/old mattresses which is odd considering it’s a new house… 5. management was inconsistent… did they care? hmmm not so much, but very polite on the phone Overall: would not recommend, disappointing,

the home i thought and was not

the house was filthy since we got there the furniture does not look like anything on picture . the floor was filthy of dirt and sand the beds where stained all the bed coverings had to be washed by me cause they had dog hair . the fridge smelled like fish apprently the people before us had fish but the cleaning crew never really cleaned the fridge . i was sooo disappointed in this rental the last one we rented was not like this i truly believe this folks are just renting to take advantage of the moment for the money and overlooking the fact that the placha to look nice. i paid 14 k for this it was not worth it . i will not be recommending this to anyone . vrbo should be doing a better job

Great location, beautiful views and nice house

My family and I enjoyed staying at this property. It is a nice house with a great pool and an awesome location. It’s within walking distance to the beach, rod and reel pier, restaurants and shops. The kitchen and bathrooms are really nice and clean. The pool was really fun for the kids and the adults. The beach is stunning! I give this property 4/5 stars for a couple of reasons. 1. There are no dressers or storage for clothing. It is really frustrating to stay a week and live out of a suitcase. I will not stay at this property again unless they purchase furniture to store clothes. 2. The bed linens feel very cheap and there was a lack of blankets. 3 There are no towel hangers. This is annoying with all the towels you use in a beach house. 4. There is not enough seating in the living space for half of our group. The living space is very tight. But the most annoying part is living out of a suitcase for a week. I did not expect this from a “luxury” rental. The house is definitely in need of new couches, exterior painting and just general fixing up after a few years of use. We didn’t spend much time in the rooms bc most of them are very small. The smaller upstairs bedroom has a king bed but it blocks the closet door so you can even use that for storage. Overall, we had a great trip. We love this island but we may look around this same area for another rental unless some changes to this one are made. Thanks! Erin

Very well furnished. Looked exactly as advertised. Enjoyed pool & spa. Access to beach easy. A few suggestions that would be helpful - supply blankets- none there but 2 delivered after request; supply fitted sheets for pull out bed- we had 2 twin flat sheets; no hangers in 2 closets - only 13 hangers overall in home; make a platform for outdoor shower - on stones currently that kids did not want to stand on - would help sand & dirt coming inside; supply a non-stick fry pan - very adequate kitchen with this 1 exception; put chairs on upper decks - only 2 on our visit.

A Grand Week

The entire stay was wonderful! The house had everything anyone could want or need! It was located a little further from the beach than we thought, but it was not a problem. Many stairs and for older people that could be a problem. We’d rent this again in a minute!

Great Fall Break Vacation on AMI - A+ Location!

We really enjoyed our week at this home. It is very new and slept 9 of us comfortably. The location on the island is perfect as it is not congested and within a short walk to either side of the beach. There were plenty of beach chairs, beach toys, and a wagon. We rented a large beach umbrella for the week and it was money well spent. We also rented a golf cart which was nice to get around the island. The kitchen was well equipped and the kids loved the pool and jacuzzi. I had a few critiques. The family room area is small for 9 guests and there isn't really any other area in the house to hang out (other than by the pool). There wasn't any bathroom hardware in one of the upstairs bathrooms. Finally, there weren't any dressers in most of the bedrooms. I didn't think this would be a big deal but it was hard to live out of a suitcase for the entire week or have any furniture to lay clothes out on. Overall, it was a beautiful home and we would rent it again.

Beautiful home

The home was beautiful, comfortable and the walk to the beach quite doable. We wished there had been a few more kitchen things like a blender and the grill had a broken propane tank. But really overall it was a perfect stay. The pool was great for the younger kids, as well as enjoyed by the adults. Our first time to AMI, and it was delightful.

Beautiful House with Great Amenities

The house is as pictured - beautifully designed and very close to the beach. We had an extended family of 10 and slept comfortably in the house. The kitchen was well equipped with plates/silverware/pots/pans/cutting board, coffee maker and toaster. There was even a slow cooker we didn't use. There were plenty of towels and beach towels and a full size washer/dryer to keep things fresh. Wifi was fast and TVs equipped with cable and netflix. The only downsides which affected our comfort were 1) the bedrooms didn't have dressers, requiring us to literally live out of our suitcases; 2) there were a lot of mosquitoes around the pool and yard; and 3) the master bathroom on the 3rd floor didn't have hardware to hold towels or toilet paper. Besides that, we really enjoyed our stay and had a great vacation at AMI. A beautiful town and friendly locals.

Great property and prime location.

We enjoyed our time on Anna Maria and this property did not disappoint. Very clean, bright and spacious. The tile stairs blend with the landings and can make it difficult to see the last step, so be careful! The pool and spa was very nice. It would have been nice to not have to listen to the loud pump and spa heater while enjoying them though. Loved the keyless entry and the upper deck was fantastic for sunsets.

Beautiful, comfortable

The property has very up-to-date furnishings and was very clean. The pool and hot tub were well maintained and were a great addition to our enjoyment of our stay. The view from the top deck was beautiful, and the beach was a nice place for our family to relax.
