Windy Hill .: Windy Hill es la sección más al sur de NMB. Está cerca de Barefoot Landing, Restaurant Row, Tanger Outlets, Colonial Mall y Conway Bypass (Rte 22).

Waterpointe: Waterpointe I se desarrolló originalmente a mediados de la década de 1980. Todas las unidades son de 3 dormitorios y 2 baños. Las nuevas piscinas al aire libre y para niños completan esta propiedad junto con la piscina cubierta y la bañera de hidromasaje. El acceso gratuito a Internet inalámbrico en el vestíbulo fomenta un sentido de comunidad en este edificio seguro. El estacionamiento es muy sencillo, sin problemas de un garaje de estacionamiento.

La Unidad: La unidad está perfectamente ubicada en el edificio. Es lo suficientemente alto como para que el ruido ambiental de la piscina no cause molestias, pero lo suficientemente bajo como para gritar si es necesario. El acceso a Internet de alta velocidad privado / seguro está disponible en la unidad para que no necesite visitar el lobby para recibir su correo electrónico. Absolutely one of the nicest condo/property I have ever stayed in at Myrtle. Very nicely equipped kitchen with nearly everything you could need. Nice and quiet location fast elevators. Both pools and the hot tub were well taken care of. Access to the beach is extremely straightforward. My only downside was the parking situation but honestly many of these older places have this issue. There are 2 other lots across the street you can park larger cars in.

I believe that you are referencing access to the stairwells from the ground level.This is out of my control and via the HOA. Our building is secured with push button locks on the lobby doors. The room was very clean and the pool area was always in excellent shape. We loved the view and easy access to the beach. Our host answered questions quickly and overall made our beach experience everything we hoped it would be. We would definitely stay here again.

Great communication from Host. Everything about this unit was very welcoming. The beds and pillows were comfortable. The decor was inviting. The kitchen was well stocked with all we needed. We felt like the balcony was an extension of the beach with the beautiful ocean view that’s visible from the living room and master bedroom.

We had a great experience staying at this location. This was our second time visiting this particular complex and we highly recommend it for families!! We love staying here and this year we stayed at this condo and had a great time. The unit was clean and well stocked. The bathrooms were gorgeous. So many thoughtful designs such as soft close kitchen cabinets and drawers and built in nightlights with the wall outlets which just really help when traveling with kiddos. This unit was on the third floor which was a great middle ground - excellent views but didn’t feel uncomfortably high up for those who don’t appreciate heights. The owner communicates very well and sends plenty of information in advance. The price was phenomenal. Overall we would stay again in a heartbeat!
