Clean and safe and loaded with most anything you need...except a comfy bed.

I loved the place, the location, the cleanliness, the very fast internet, in fact I loved almost everything with one exception. The bed. My wife and I really hated the bed. Is that a full sized bed? It sure seemed like it. Guys if you upgrade that bed to a big queen or a king with a high quality mattress I'll come back again but until then I am sorry, for me it was just too painful and small...It may be fine for other folks but it was painful for me.

Best beach condo ever!

This is THE place! OMG. Gorgeous, well-equipped with nearly everything you'd need. The kitchen set up is better than ours at home! Newly-remodeled and exactly as pictured. Fantastic view from the balcony. Great location. Wonderfully beach-themed decorated. Pools, a restaurant, oceanfront. Spectacular stay. Highly recommended!

Nice beach week

We really enjoyed staying in this particular unit. View off the balcony was amazing and nice breeze. Hands down the best stocked kitchen I’ve ever had at a rental. Good selection of pots and pans, dishes to use for the few times we decided to stay in with leftovers. Short drive to marsh walk and other options nearby.

Perfect oceanfront location!

We absolutely loved our stay here! It was a girls getaway with me and my aunt. If you want to hear and see ocean, this is the condo for you! Loved the balcony, easy access to beach and pool and the elevators were fast. The only thing is the parking is tight if you have a big car. However we managed fine! Thank you for a great stay and we hope to be back!

Great Ocean View

It was our first time at Garden City Beach. We stayed 7 days at the condo, the place was very nice and clean. The kitchen is very well equipped, the bed was very comfortable. The two recliners were a plus. We loved the Salty Pickle restaurant by the pool. The condo building itself was very crowded and parking was very limited. The locals warned us about leaving after July 3rd because there were more people at the building than parking spots. If you like fireworks this is the place to be on July 4th!!!

Lisa is amazing! Very responsive and her place is immaculate! I loved sitting on the balcony with those comfy chairs and beautiful view. Lots to do around the area plus it is wonderful to step off the deck onto the sand. I am very grateful for Lisa and her generosity in renting out such a gem! Thank you!

Getaway spot

Property was just wonderful with a fantastic view of the ocean. Parking garage is a little tight for large vehicles. Had some confusion at checkin over key placement vs electronic door lock but a phone call cleared that up. All in all a wonderful experience.

Nice clean, updated condo

Was not disappointed with condo BUT the selling point for us was a KING bed There was no king bed it was a queen bed. As mentioned in other posts the rooms are somewhat crowded with furniture but didn’t bother us. I would not recommend it for small children because of 1: there’s breakables that a small child would want to play with and. 2: the balcony rails have a large spacing which made me very nervous when are grandson visited. Some balconies have a mesh screen on them to prevent a small child from slipping through The sliding door opens very hard which was ok with us because the grandson couldn’t open it The view from the balcony is awesome at night because you seem to be sitting over the water at high tide I highly recommend this condo for a couple

Would definitely book again

This was a great place for a short getaway. The decor was so spot on - beachy but not too beachy that it made it very comfortable. Organization was great, everything you needed in the kitchen and all marked so you knew where everything was. And the proximity to the water was unbelievable. High tide at night literally came up to the wall of the property. If you love the sound of the ocean, this place is definitely for you.

It was great. My wife said the sheets were super thin. Need better quality of sheets and the door to the balcony was way to hard to open. She could nit open or close the door by herself. Maybe clean the tracks and WD 40 Every thing else was perfect. Would definitely stay there again.

Beautiful vacation

This was an amazing property and I love Garden City! The condo was decorated beautifully, and I really don't have anything negative to say. The view was amazing to wake up to, and it is literally an elevator ride away from the beach, would definitely recommend.
