Nuestra unidad es un excelente lugar para quedarse. Barrio absolutamente maravilloso con hermoso entorno histórico, acogedor, seguro y tranquilo. Ordenar a poca distancia de restaurantes, tiendas y cafeterías. Árboles majestuosos bordean las propiedades y casas. El centro y las áreas de NULU a 4 millas, la Universidad de Louisville está a 13 millas de distancia. Churchill Downs 10 millas.

Hosts are very welcoming. The house is in a very nice neighborhood. Unit is warm and clean. Beds are comfortable. Plenty of towels. Nice kitchen.

Great location -short drive to downtown and close to restaurants

Very clean and comfortable for 4 adults! Communication was great and we enjoyed our stay! I would recommend this home and not hesitate to stay again in the future.

Great Stay!

It was the little touches that really made this stay extraordinary. Besides being stocked with some sweet treats, great coffee and ice cold water for our arrival they had a clothes steamer and a hairdryer with a diffuser. Both firsts during our many travels.The hosts reached out several times during our stay, offered great tips for local dining and went out of their way to ensure we had a great trip. Would definitely return the next time our travels bring us to Louisville.

This property is in a quiet neighborhood and is close to a few restaurants and a gas station. The owners checked in with us a few times to see if we needed anything. Two minor issues - an outlet in one bedroom was loose so items didn’t always stay plugged in and the towel rack shelves were dusty. Would stay again.

Great location

I came to Louisville to visit family and friends and do a bit of sightseeing. The VRBO quiet, yet close to interstates. The home is older and very well kept up, clean, everything needed is provided. Beautiful area of town. Owners were available if I needed anything (which I didn’t). I was very happy to have chosen this VRBO.

Cozy getaway

Karen and Doug were great hosts and communicated well with us. This house is located on a quiet street in the heart of beautiful Louisville, convenient to so many of the city’s special places and restaurants. The house is equipped with most everything a guest might need or forgot to bring with them. The bed was comfortable and Karen thoughtfully left some treats for us. We appreciated her thoughtfulness and would stay here again.

B&B Lodging

Great little spot for attending the Bourbon and Beyond festival….back way into and out of the festival. Tight quarters if had other adults with you due to small bathroom, but would be great with kids.

A charming home in a lovely neighborhood

Very first Sisters Weekend. 3 of us in late 50s/early 60s. A half mile walk to so many restaurants! Quiet neighborhood filled with beautiful tree lined streets completely safe to take early morning runs. A 15 minute Uber ride to all the sights and sounds of downtown Louisville. Our hostess, Karen, communicated wonderfully well, offered restaurant suggestions, and helpful tips. Beds delightfully comfortable, towels were large and luscious. Kitchen has a coffee maker which was welcome for lazy mornings catching up. And the yummy snack Karen left was most appreciated when I had a 6 hour flight delay!

Very cozy

We came to town for a music festival and this was the perfect place to relax afterwards. Very clean and cozy. The owners are so sweet and have EXCELLENT communication. I highly recommend this property ❤️

Derby Stay

We rented the house for the Kentucky Derby weekend. It was a great location and easy to get a Uber to event. Walked in to a nice note and some treats including bourbon to make some mint juleps! House was very clean and decorated nice. Nothing missing! Owner was even nice enough to have a clothing steamer for us as well! Would definitely recommend this place!

Lovely apartment in a great location.

Lovely 2 bedroom with all new furnishings. Kitchen and bathroom are older but clean and well stocked. Plenty of extras such as curling Iron, body lotion, breakfast items like oatmeal, breakfast bars, bottled water etc. An easy walk to plenty of restaurants. This was a very comfortable place to stay. We will definately stay again.

Girls trip

The place was perfect for 3 friends in town for the weekend. Short drive to the mall or any store, we visited for a concert and only went out that 1 night. The shower/tub could use some updating but that’s just preference… everything was clean and as described! Super cute and would stay again if something brings me back to town! Also I have long nails and hated the key holder lol take a no nail friend with you!!!
