The apartment was very clean, had a beautiful view and met our needs for our stay. The terrace was perfect for relaxing after a long day. The owner provided extensive information about the apartment, which isn't always the case, and was very useful.The apartment is on a hill, so consider that if you have mobility issues. some

a great flat with spectacular views

This property is a little difficult to get to, but was worth the effort. The only drawback is the walk up the hill from the town. I am 69, and while it was a little extra work the overall presentation of the apartment was perfect

A lovely and spacious apartment right by the lake

This apartment is very spacious and very clean, with a beautiful view of the lake from the balcony. It is in the perfect location and a 5 minute walk to the centre. Communication with the host was amazing and always quick to respond. We enjoyed our stay here and we have put it on our list to recommend to friends and family, and a place to return ourselves. Thank you very much to the host and other members who supported us through our stay.

Absolutely Fantastic

We loved this apartment! Great location, clean, beautiful views, Giuliano was so very helpful. He parked the car in the garage first off for us, we never used it again until we left. Everything was in easy walking distance, a little steep walking up the hill, but my 80 year old husband handled it - would stay here again. Restaurants, dock for the ferries, shopping , all were wonderful and easily accessible.

Beautiful vuew

The flat is nice with a beautiful view. Everything was very clean and comfortable.The real issue is parking. It is very diffi ult to park for free quite impossible. So be ready to spend money for parking and then walk up the street to get to the flat.

Lovely apartment and fantastic location.

Communication with Chantal pre arrival was fantastic with lots of helpful advice about arrival and the location. On arrival Giuliano who met us at the property could not have been more welcoming or accommodating arranging slightly earlier check-in on arrival and also being able to leave our bags in the apartment for a few hours in the morning after check-out so we did not have to carry them round Stresa all morning - much appreciated. The apartment itself was in a great location - quiet with a lovely lake view yet only 5 minutes walk from the town square with lots of restaurants and shops and 5 minutes from the ferry port. The balcony was fantastic and got the sun in the morning. The rooms were spacious and light and we had a wonderful hoilday. Would highly recommend this property to anyone wanting to stay in Stresa.

Magnificent Vista, five star support team

We stayed here for three weeks in August of '22. Chantal and her team are the best, thorough, thoughtful and super helpful. The photos of the view from the balcony do not do it justice. We enjoyed sunrises, sunsets, and the experience of rain rolling in across the lake. Stresa is great for a non-auto vacation as the village is pedestrian only and you can hop on a boat almost anywhere on Lago Maggiore you want to go. The unit is high above the lake which means it's a rather steep hike from the lake. It's so worth it because the vista is magnificent but older people with mobility issues may be challenged. In summary the apartment, Stresa and Chantal's team on the ground are all five star.

Die Wohnung war sehr schön, tolle Lage, super Aussicht, alles sauber und mit den grundlegenden Dingen für Haushalt und Sanitär sehr gut ausgestattet . Die Wohnung hat morgens Sonne, abends Schatten, sehr angenehm. Zu bemängeln gibt es nur, dass uns die Wohnung mit zur Verfügung stehenden Parkplätzen angeboten wurde. Das stimmt leider nicht. Wir mussten nach der Anreise und Auspacken erstmal auf Suche nach einem Parkplatz im Ort gehen. Das fanden wir nicht so schick. Außerdem wäre es hilfreich, den Mietern einen Hinweis zu geben, dass im Ort die Anfahrt zur Wohnung an einer Stelle mit kleinen 2,20 m Breite ziemlich eng ist. Zum Glück fahren wir nur einen kleinen SUV....ansonsten war es ein sehr schöner Aufenthalt.

Excellent séjour

Séjour très agréable, Stresa est une très belle station , avec de nombreux sites à voir. Le garage fut très apprécié, le stationnement étant difficile dans le centre et les promenades très escarpées.

Fin lejlighed, med nye badeværelser og et lille køkken med udstyr til lettere måltider. Fantastisk udsigt fra altanen., og god beliggenhed med få minutters gang fra indkøb ,restauranter, cafeer og barer. Udlejer gav indtryk af at der var adgang til en lille garage, men det var kun den første dag den måtte bruges, så udlejer burde ikke have nævnt at det var en mulighed..

Bel appartement avec vue sur le lac.

Appartement très propre, lumineux et très agréable, deux grandes chambres avec deux salles de bain refaites à neuf, une cuisine toute équipée neuve aussi. Une terrasse avec une vue superbe sur le lac. Nous avons pris tous nos repas sur cette terrasse. Pendant une semaine nous n’avons pas pris la voiture car nous avons voyagé en bateaux pour visiter les îles et aller en Suisse ainsi que le train pour aller visiter Milan. De même, nous avons pu faire nos courses à pied, les magasins étant proches de l’appartement. Bel appartement et belle région à visiter.

Super Appartement. Sauber, ruhig, kühl, sicher, modern und der Blick vom Balkon ist herausragend. Außerdem in unmittelbarer Nähe zu allem, was es in Stresa so gibt.

Superbe séjour au bord du lac Majeur

Nous avons passé un très agréable séjour au bord su lac Majeur. L'appartement est très bien équipé, confortable, au calme et idéalement situé en proximité immédiate du lac et du centre ville de Stresa. Le balcon est suffisamment grand pour prendre les repas avec une vue incroyable sur le lac. Une place de parking nous a été proposé dans la résidence, un plus appréciable.

Excellent séjour favorisé par une très bonne météo

Bien situé mais assez mal insonorisé et nous avons eu quelques difficultés à obtenir de l’eau chaude, la chaudière étant assez capricieuse. Sinon notre séjour a été très agréable.

If I was going to suggest any improvement it would be air conditioning. But we had a very nice stay.
