Propiedad de la familia desde 1899. Está totalmente restaurada y distribuida en 2 plantas. La cocina está en la planta baja y el baño, el dormitorio y la sala de estar están en el primer piso. Los 2 pisos están conectados por escaleras.
El dormitorio, con 18 m2, tiene una cama queen size y existe la posibilidad de una cama extra en la sala de estar, si es necesario (15 € / noche).
Tenemos disponible una cama de bebé, hasta 5 años (sin costo adicional).
Nuestra casa está equipada con: televisión por cable, Wi-Fi, nevera con congelador, microondas, cafetera, tetera, anafe eléctrico, aspiradora, aire acondicionado, ventilador y calefacción, plancha y tabla de planchar, lavadora, secador de pelo y caldera. con capacidad de 100 litros
Cambiaremos sus toallas 2 veces por semana y las sábanas 1 vez por semana.
Esta unidad está ubicada en el centro histórico de la ciudad, dentro de las murallas de la ciudad, a 400 metros del Templo Romano, la Catedral y el Museo Municipal y a 600 metros de la Capilla de los Huesos.
Évora es también un excelente lugar para asentar una base y visitar las hermosas ciudades de los alrededores, como Monsaraz, Estremoz, Elvas, Vila Viçosa, Arraiolos (distancia promedio: 50 km).

Enjoyed a wonderful stay with Luis and Antonia. They were exceptional hosts—the best in my many experiences with home rental services. They greeted us and provided us with marvellous recommendations for Evora and surrounding areas. They truly made our entire experience in the city outstanding. And the home? Beautiful, well-maintained, well equipped and spotless. Feel so fortunate to have stayed here and to have met Luis and Antonia.

My wife and I have stayed in lots of VRBOs in numerous countries. Many have ben very nice and with gracious hosts. But our experience with Luís and Antónia, owners of this house was unique and unexpected. First, the house is wonderful and very well located. Those elements alone would merit a very positive review. But what was extraordinary was the welcome we received from Luís and Antónia. The met us at the house when we checked in an helped gave us lots of information about what to do and see in the area. They gave us a handwritten list of highlights about the area: towns, museums, sites, and restaurants to visit. This was all very much appreciated.

Comfortable, classic, and great location!

My husband and I stayed for three nights in this comfortable rental. It has everything you need to feel at home and the location in the historic center can’t be beat! We enjoyed a relaxing stay and would recommend this spot for people traveling in a pair!

Antonio & Luis are a delightful and extremely welcoming couple. They spent personal time with us and relayed wonderful details and history of Evora that added nuance to our stay. The apartments are beautiful and have every convenience in addition to being filled with artistic items and every creature comfort. I only wished we were staying longer and look forward to returning in the next several years. This couple obviously enjoys meeting and learning about their guests, which is special as most rentals nowadays are remote and leave lockbox or codes to enter. The apartment is big, modern, clean, and perfectly located in the city center, within easy walking distance of everything Evora has to offer. The main reason to stay here, though, is the hosts. Antonia and Luis were friendly, prepared, responsive, and welcoming. They met with us in person both when we arrived and when we checked out, to make sure our stay in the apartment was everything we had hoped. They had tons of great suggestions for what to see and do in Evora. Following their suggestions, my wife and I enjoyed two of the most delicious dinners we had during our entire visit to Portugal. The apartment is a bargain for the experience you get, and I could not recommend it more highly.

The beautifully restored historic apartment (the ceiling!) was within walking distance of everything we wanted in the lovely city of Évora. And our hosts — Luis and Antonia — were wonderful, providing us with a detailed map, recommendations and more.

Everything about our stay was phenomenal. The hosts were gracious with their time and offered many recommendations and were just the sweetest and most charming hosts. The place was very roomy with a kitchen and a washer and a spacious (and very air-conditioned) bedroom. The apartment is right in the heart of the city so my husband and I were able to see so much in our short stay. And I cannot say enough about our hosts. They welcomed us and showed us around and gave us wine and the best recommendations. I would absolutely stay here again and HIGHLY RECOMMEND

Our accommodation was clean, spacious & in a great spot. It is a 3 level place. There is easy access to the sights of Evora. In the heart of the walled city.

The apartment was in a wonderful location - we could walk everywhere on the cobblestone streets and see the sights or visit any number of shops and restaurants. We were pleased to see how spacious the apartment was and how well outfitted it was with everything we could ask for. Luis and Antonia were so welcoming and even provided us with a map of Évora and many personal options of activities for our stay. We would definitely stay here again!

Perfect for Evora

Perfectly located little house that was great for two! Easily walking to all the places we wanted to see and restaurants. A few little grocery stores nearby. Our hosts were very helpful, especially as we were there over Sunday/Monday when many restaurants are closed. They gave some great suggestions.

Fantastic property and hosts.

The property is very clean and well maintained. Location is great, inside the walled city and within a few hundred yards of all the cities best features. Luis and Antonia are the owners, they greeted us upon arrival to explain the walled city and surrounding area. They also gave us a gift, a bottle of wine and some local cheese. They have it together, a class operation.

Expectations far exceeded

Luis and Antónia’s place is immaculate. I dare say that the pictures don’t do it justice as when we first entered, we saw a beautifully remodeled apartment with everything picture perfect. The pride that Luis and Antónia take in their rental property is evident. But beyond the apartment, Luis and Antónia are two wonderful hosts who want to make your stay as memorable as possible. In addition to some welcoming gifts, they prepared a map with their personal recommendations and even made some particular food suggestions. Our one regret is that we only stayed two nights as there are so many GREAT dining establishments in Évora.

Peaceful and pleasant

My partner and I loved this place! The owners met us when we first arrived and made us feel immediately welcome. They provided us a handy list of things to do and places to see while we were there. Our first night stay was peaceful and quiet. Having this charming place to come home to after our sightseeing made the whole experience even better. Also, there's a small grocery store nearby with all you need to cook a nice meal in the kitchen, if you want. We ate in a few times in the downstairs section and had a friend over as well. We highly recommend this place.

Staying and meeting Luis and Antonia was an absolute and memorable experience. They both carved out a time to meet with me, sharing points of interest, asking me what I liked and recommending restaurants, bakeries based on what I had expressed. They are both great communicators and were pleasantly accommodating. I really appreciated each and every little thing they did to make my stay a safe and happy place. I absolutely love Evora because of them and will definitely return.

Lovely place - Attentive Hosts

Unlike more and more listings, this is authentically a rental by owner. They live next door, have done a lovely job of restoring the property, and do a great job of providing information on the unit and the community. One issue to be aware of is that the steps upstairs in the unit are steep and the risers are high. If you are have knee or hip issues this might be a challenging unit for you to occupy. a

Wonderful Evora experience

Luís and Antonia could not have been nicer or more helpful! When our GPS sent us the wrong way and we couldn’t find the parking lot, Luís talked us to the right place and carried our bags to the apartment! The apartment was comfortable, nicely situated to explore Evora, and Luis and Antonia gave us a great orientation to the city with great recommendations. (I’m just sorry we missed some of those restaurants). When we couldn’t quite figure out the washing machine, he came right over to get it straightened out. By the time we left, I truly felt we had made new friends. This is a wonderful spot to explore Evora. Thank you, Luís and Antonia

Hidden Gem in Evora

We flew into Lisbon and were looking for a quiet place to spend our first few nights getting over jet lag and we found the perfect retreat at Pateo dos Oliveira, in Evora. The bed was so comfortable that we slept 12 hours the first night. The air conditioning is new and works well. The area was very quiet. The apartment is newly renovated and very modern but the owners kept important artifacts from the ancient home to add architectural interest, like exposed arches and vaulted ceilings. Antonia and Luis were more than great hosts who spoke English, they were lovely friends who told us about all of the best places to visit in Evora and the surrounding area. Getting to meet Antonia, Luis and their sweet, smart son, Santiago, was a wonderful experience and made our trip so much richer than just being tourists. Don’t miss this hidden gem in Evora!

A 6+ Star Experience!

The quality of both the apartment and the hosts rates 10 stars out of 5!! The unit exceeded our expectations; it is surprisingly spacious and very well equipped. Though the interior is 10 years old, it was spotlessly clean, and looked and felt brand new, as if no one had ever stayed in it before. The kitchen is large and very well equipped, and the king sized-bed was comfortable. The apartment was the best overall rental out of 6 Vrbo's experienced over our 3 week trip, noting all but 1 of the 6 were awarded 5 stars by us. Even more exceptional than the apartment were hosts Luis and Antonia, who gave us a 1 hour welcome and orientation chat and gifted us with cheese and a bottle of rose wine, while offering multiple suggestions on on how best to experience Evora, which ended up being our favourite destination in Portugal. We left Evora feeling like we had made new friends following a most memorable stay. Thanks so much, Luis and Antonia!
