Mire las reseñas de cinco estrellas para nuestra propiedad hermana VRBO 373469 ....... pero este listado es nuestro nuevo hogar.

Un condominio en el primer piso (planta baja) en una ubicación fantástica, una hermosa casa relajante y espaciosa para disfrutar.

Mayo de 2019, completamente repintado con nuevos pisos, persianas y mejoras de muebles.

Alojamiento durante todo el año con fácil aparcamiento en la puerta.

Una cómoda casa de 2 dormitorios, 2 baños, en una ubicación junto al agua, con un fácil paseo a los muelles, restaurantes y tiendas de la ciudad.



Servicios locales en abundancia para hacer de este su lugar de vacaciones especial.

No es el típico alquiler vacacional gastado; Se acaba de actualizar. Cerramos completamente durante al menos siete meses al año y los alquileres solo están disponibles aproximadamente diez semanas por año. Sin niños, sin animales y sin fumadores.

La ropa de cama, la ropa de cama y las toallas son nuevas, 2019.

Disfrutará de las vistas desde la cubierta y tendrá águilas, garzas, águilas pescadoras, patos, pelusas y una gran cantidad de vida salvaje visitando el agua.

El pequeño puerto deportivo está a la vista y un corto paseo por los jardines. Puedes nadar desde la pequeña playa de rocas (¡si eres muy valiente! ¡Hacemos todo el tiempo pero luego estamos acostumbrados a enfriar el agua!)

Wonderful week away.

My wife and i had the most wonderful relaxing week. As stated in previous reviews, the location is perfect.....quiet, beautiful view from patio, town a very short walk away with great dining and some fun shopping. Botanical Gardens were amazing and a short drive away as were the 5 hiking trails that we hiked and there are even more for those who like that activity. Oysters at Glidden Point, shopping at LL Bean, lobster.......i could go on. We would definitely come back again.

Gem in boothbay

We loved this place! It was absolutely stunning! The condo is tucked back, but very close to town as well. Only a short 10 min walk to the shops and restaurants. Very quiet neighborhood, which is exactly what we were looking for. Maurice and Valerie were great communicators and Kilene, the property manager, was a delight. When we come back to Boothbay, we will definitely look to stay here again. Thank you for sharing your beautiful home with us.

Lovely getaway, on the water

We searched and searched for the perfect place. Our preferences were it had to be close enough to Booth Bay Harbor but not so close we’d be constantly searching for parking. It must have a view of the water, a full kitchen in case we wanted breakfast at home (ha ha) or late night snacks and it needed some outdoor space to sit and have coffee in the morning and breathe the cool air. We found it! This 2 bedroom 2 bath condo was perfect. We were within walking distance — 10 mins max to our favorite breakfast spot and all the action in booth bay harbor. The complex is beautifully landscaped with flowers and lots of green space. Our living room had windows looking out to the water/marina and the small open back patio with table and chairs was a favorite spot. The kitchen and bathrooms were clean and the shower/tub worked great, There’s a full washer and dryer, full refrigerator and stove, Keurig coffee machine, cookware, really anything you need. The beds were comfy and linens were nice quality. Checkin and out was so simple. Kilene was so helpful. We just can’t say enough about our experience. It was a lovely escape from the brutal heat of summer in Texas. We will be back next time and bring friends to use that 2nd bedroom. Outstanding, lovely, perefect.

Fall get a way!

Within walking distance of downtown Booth Bay Harbor- you have to walk up a small hill . Beautiful view of the bay. Needs a small amount of updating, but everything was clean and cozy. Would definitely stay in this property and area in the future.

June 2022 Stay

Location, Location, Location! My friend & I enjoyed staying in this beautiful waterfront 2 bedroom condo just minutes away from Boothbay, ME. Each morning I sipped my coffee while looking out at the harbor and watching the boats & ducks come and go. This property has more than you need to relax and enjoy coastal Maine. From start to finish our week was beyond our expectations! Thank you to the Healy family for sharing this slice of paradise with us.

Fall Sunset

We were two sisters and their spouses who found this comfortable rental with a view across a small cove facing west. We were treated to glowing sunsets each night. During the day we enjoyed jaunts to the charming small towns and lighthouses close by. The rental was well equipped for a relaxing visit

The property location is ideal. Short walk to harbor activities, shopping and restaurants. Beautiful and quiet if you choose to just stay put at the condo. Clean and well appointed. Communication with owners and property manager is timely and easy. We would definitely choose this property again.

A wonderful find

The property was wonderful. Everything was sparkling clean, the interactions with the house and house minders were prompt and pleasant. Gosh, even the neighbors were lovely: friendly but not intrusive. This gem offers the best of both worlds - a quiet spot on the water with a great view, but a short walk to the hustle and bustle of town. We hope to stay again!

Great Location, Comfortable Quarters

My wife and I had a great week staying in Maurice and Valerie's condo. Very clean, and check-in was a breeze. Kilene was their local contact, and very easy to contact and supremely helpful. The view of the marina was great, and it was fun watching the boat and yacht activity and the bird life, such as the osprey fishing from the top of a boat mast. Excellent smart TVs with Spectrum cable service in the LR and master bedroom, including some premium movie channels. Great water pressure! Fully functional kitchen. Comfortable furnishings, though we would have preferred a king-size bed in the big master bedroom (as we have at home) and a mattress upgrade, as the older innerspring mattress was a bit stiff for us and generated some sound and motion, so we tended to wake each other several times at night. There's also no AC, and it was quite hot and humid when we arrived, but the ceiling fans and open windows cooled it off quickly overnight. This is a very safe place to stay. The one problem we had was when I locked the door to walk into town and succeeded in losing the key I took with me. The stowed emergency key that was clearly explained in the instructions saved the day, and I learned my lesson (no need to lock the door!) Even though I'm a Maine native, I had never been to Boothbay Harbor before. It was wonderful to finally experience the beautiful and immaculately maintained Coastal Maine Botanical Gardens, just a 10-minute drive away. And we did the short walk to Commercial Street and Townsend Ave. several times for dining and shopping. Highly recommend the Thistle Inn for dinner, outstanding menu and service; and had a nice lunch under the awning with a view of the harbor at Brady's, including the best French fries I think I've ever eaten. This rental is the perfect alternative to an inn or hotel for independent travelers. Hope to visit again soon!

Perfect in every way

The condo was very clean and in a wonderful location. We had a view of the harbor and it was very quiet and private. To go into town was a 5 minute walk, restaurants, stores, boat tours were all right there. We did have some rain and the condo was a delightful place to stay inside… all in all a great vacation. I highly recommend it.

Great spot next to town

After seeing the photos here, we were still surprised by how nice this property is! It’s not directly in town, but it is a wonderful 5 minute walk into central Boothbay Harbor, which for us is ideal. And the view is wonderful, especially at sunset.

Beautiful Location!

Everything about our stay was excellent. The condo was so quiet and comfortable. We felt very safe in our environment. We could have spent much our time on the patio looking out at the harbor, but there is so much to do in town and most within walking distance. The Botanical Gardens are a must see. Our hosts were so welcoming and we thank them for their kindness. Our contact Kilene was very helpful.

Excellent location and owners

This condo was beautiful and is right on the water (harbor). Windows and doors opened onto lovely views and refreshing breezes. The town is less than a 15 minute walk. Home owners were very easy to work with and provided a great list of recommendations. We will definitely visit Boothbay again.

Spotless condo, great location

We could not have asked for a better spot & rental condo. Condo is exactly as described in listing. View of marina was lovely. 5 minute walk into town for an after dinner ice cream run. Comfortable & clean with every amenity except a/c which we never needed. Overhead fans & ocean breezes worked just fine. Maurice, & Valerie were super hosts, responding quickly ( even with the time difference)! Our contact Kilene was terrific & I must say we were pleasantly surprised to find upon our arrival wine, fruit & cookies. We have stayed at many VRBO’s and this property was top notch. Thank you Maurice & Valerie! We hope to come again.

Although we live in England, our connection with Boothbay Harbor goes back a long way, more than forty years, in fact!

We worked here as students, many decades ago, married and brought our three children back for frequent vacations over the years.

Spencer and Sam our older boys began their working lives in and around the busboys, waiters, barmen and their happiest employment as Camp Counsellors at YMCA Camp Knickerbocker!

Our youngest son Joshua has a learning disability/autism and he spent eight truly wonderful summers with his brothers at Camp.

We were fortunate enough to finally buy our own place in 2004 and regard Boothbay as our summer 'home'. We previously owned a condo in the same complex, and used and rented this for a number of years on VRBO, before buying our current condo in 2019. Look at the reviews and see that people have really appreciated the quality the rental and the attention to detail.

Golf at the now amazing local Country Club.

And of course.........

Eat Maine lobster inexpensively at the Lobstermans' Wharf.

Why cook, when you can have takeaway seafood, burgers and fries at the 'soon to be world famous Dunton's . Tell Gary we sent you!! one minute walk away.

The nationally recognized Botanical Gardens are a must ........

Walk along the water's edge at Ocean Point and see (and hear) five lighthouses at once!

But most of all, do relax and enjoy our home.
