Communication with Cheryl was easy and gave excellent check-in detail. Second floor was high enough for privacy but kinda fun to watch golfers and walkers go by with beautiful Mountain View’s behind it all. Bed was very comfortable and patio furniture perfect for hanging out. Would absolutely stay again.

Great time in Paradise Valley, Phoenix

This is a very comfortable and nicely decorated apartment. There were four heated pools on the property and we enjoyed using them. The location was convenient to a shopping center across the street. The property was very quiet and we slept well.

Beautiful, Comfy, Well-Provisioned Home-Away-from-Home

This condo is even nicer than the photos show. It has all the amenities needed for comfort. The owner is very responsive and helpful. The expansive view, nearby walking paths, numerous onsite pools, weight/exercise room, pool room -- all make for an enjoyable resort-like atmosphere. A lovely place to stay!

Perfect location with a stunning view

There were two of us and we found this one bedroom to be more than sufficient. Ample storage, closet space, kitchen counter space and cabinets. Mountain View’s preceded by golf course was gorgeous.

Excellent Location, Well Maintained

This large condo complex was surprisingly quiet and very well maintained. Many pool options and the gated area made it feel quite safe. The condo itself was clean, modern, and had everything one expects at a vacation rental. The condo owner provided excellent information and communication. It was so enjoyable that I intend to return to the same condo again next time I travel to this area.

This condo was great, very well equipped with everything we needed. The patio was so enjoyable with nice views and great furniture. Any problems dealt with owners in short time. The Condo development very nice with lots of pools and close to every amenity possible. Would recommend this unit anytime.

Great Location

We had a great time in Phoenix and this unit was perfect. It is well located in a nice area, handy to a lot of the places in which we were interested such as the Musical Instrument Museum which we went to multiple times for concerts and the museum. The kitchen was well equipped with every appliance you could want. It was spotlessly clean and overlooks the golf course. Communication with the owner was easy. We would stay here again in the future.

Perfect Paradise Valley getaway!

Cheryl had absolutely everything you needed to have a relaxing and enjoyable stay at her place! It was quiet, comfortable, and the golf course/mountain view from the balcony was serene! I loved watching the sunsets from there. The property was meticulously maintained with lush landscaping and a gorgeous, large, cactus garden, along with five amazing pools and hot tubs that were super hot. I was even able to work out in the fitness center a few times and it was more than adequate! I was so impressed that I can’t imagine staying anywhere else in Arizona, it was heavenly☀️🌵💕

Great location, a wonderful, balcony view, abundance of nice, swimming pools, and very comfortable

Generally speaking, this is an excellent value. A nice amount of space and a fully functional kitchen. There is also a gas barbecue available for use, which we enjoyed on several occasions. You’ll find the residence here quite friendly and helpful. We enjoyed many a night sitting on the balcony enjoying our meal and or beverages. We had a few very minor issues. However our host was very helpful and immediately available. A great value in the Phoenix metropolitan area. Many restaurants and shops within walking distance. Grocery stores are also close by as it is a major highway.

A wonderful quiet place to stay with a great view.

We enjoyed our stay in this condo very much, felt like home. Well equipped, clean, had everything we needed. The view of the golf course and mountains is amazing. A Staycation!

A few weeks staying at this property was extremely pleasant. It was very clean and well kept. Everything seemed to work properly and there was plenty of explanation of how to operate everything before getting there! The entire property is clean and VERY quiet. No one bothers you and there is next to NO traffic noise at all. Occasionally, you will hear some people playing golf just outside the balcony, but it is pleasant and not intrusive at all. The A/C works just fine during the hot summer days and shower has great pressure for cleaning up after long days at work! I would absolutely stay here again! I highly recommend Cheryl and Jim! The entire process was painless from beginning to end! Thanks Cheryl & Jim!

Nice place.

Nice condo with a good location. Lots of pools and the view of the golf course and Camelback Mountain was terrific. Host was quick to respond to questions. I enjoyed my two week stay.

Awesome Condo Getaway

The condo was amazing. Updated, clean and well stock with all the necessary essentials. With a great view of the 9th hole tees and fairway. We enjoyed our stay and would definitely come back. We highly recommend this condo!

Lovely & accommodating condo

We enjoyed our stay! We greatly appreciated the owner working with our last minute (next day) reservations. The condo was very clean with updated accommodations. We would definitely consider renting again. The views from the balcony slider door was an added plus too..
