The host was quick to respond to my questions and promptly responded gracefully. The condo was immaculate and provided all necessities for a comfortable stay . Conveniently located with many grocery stores and retail establishments along with different dining options very close to said condo. Patio , pool and grounds very well - kept. Oh , and the lighting in the bathroom takes at least ten years off your face , lol Thanks Nicole

This was a return visit to the condo for me and it was just as fantastic as before. The general location is so convenient to just about everywhere in the Phoenix metro area. The unit is a very easy walk from the designated parking and the complex is very nice and quiet.The condo itself is perfect. It is super clean, quiet, and well appointed. Nicole goes out of her way to make sure anything you might need is there and available. She is very thoughtful and easy to communicate with.I expect to be back here many times as I return to visit family in the area. I highly recommend her place.

Cozy Condo!

We stayed at the Cozy Condo for a week while visiting family. The condo is very clean and I am a stickler for cleanliness! The kitchen is well stocked. The complex is surprisingly shady for Phoenix, with many trees. The pool was nice and not crowded at all. We will be back!

Exactly as advertised. This was a great hub for our visit. Direct and easy routes to everywhere we wanted to go. Pool was fantastic and not used nearly as much as expected by others. Neighbors were friendly. It seems everyone here has a dog. If you don't like dogs you won't like this place. If you do you'll fit in perfectly. Everything seemed well stocked for our week long stay. Shower had good water pressure. We loved being able to sit outside on the patio and eat meals.We would stay again and recommend to others.

As Advertised

We were generally very satisfied with our stay at this property and will return if the opportunity presents itself.Property is centrally located in NE Phoenix adjacent to the former Paradise Valley mall which has been largely demolished and is currently being replaced with apartments and retail. The condo is within walking distance to Whole Foods, Costco and various restaurants.The condo complex is gated, feels secure and requires a fob to enter by vehicle or a key to enter by foot. It is an older complex but appears to be nicely maintained. It is quiet with a nice pool area and gas barbecue and it appears that most residents live there.We found the unit to be clean and generally quiet. Both the kitchen and bathroom have been nicely refurbished and a recent model washer and dryer are in the unit. We found the bed to be comfortable. The unit is well stocked with towels, kitchen supplies and lots of thoughtful touches that made our stay easier. AC works well. Check out was easy.A couple of minor quibbles compared to our stays at other VRBOs:-At the end of the reservation process there is a requirement for either a substantial security deposit (1k for us as I remember) or to pay a fee and enroll in a damage insurance policy which we chose.-The owner did not provide check in details until 72 hours before check-in; closer than I am used to and would prefer.Quibbles aside, we enjoyed our stay, thought it to be good value and will return if possible.

Just Right

This one bedroom condo was just right. It was quiet, very clean, had covered parking. The location was great in that we could walk to Starbucks, to ice cream, and many others. Nichole was very responsive and pleasant. We will definitely go again.

Great location, excellent host

Cute condo in excellent location. Plenty of shops and eateries, close to freeways for access everywhere. Host was excellent. Addressed our request with same day service. Could not have been happier! Will rebook if return to Phoenix.

First experience with VRBO

This is my first experience using this app. There were quite a few options that we were looking at. When choosing our stay and this one stood out to us for multiple reasons. However, we will definitely be using this app again. For the simple fact that it made it extremely easy to communicate with the owners, along with the description, and the pictures were accurate to the location that we stayed at. As for my review for the actual property words can't even begin to describe more experience, it was extremely welcoming. Homie and a beautiful decoration experience as well. They thought of everything it's the little things that count in a stay like that. They even had extra laundry soap in case we ran out of the large quantities, they already provided. The home was immaculate. And there was tons of room for us to Experience the entire condo. Entering and exiting the property was also a breeze.They made it easier, and then I could have imagined. We even enjoyed the covered parking spot that they provided. They also had little touches to their home that made it just that much more adorable, like they're guest book where you could write memories so other people can look back and see what it took place in how much fun others had while staying. I'm both myself and my boyfriend.We Thank these owners from the bottom of our hearts. We had a wonderful time and hope to enjoy staying here again.

Fantastic experience!

Our stay was excellent. We needed a place for several weeks while waiting to move into our new home. Nichole's property checked all the boxes for us: Affordable, quiet, excellent location, pet friendly, well-stocked, etc. We were very happy with the entire process from check-in to check-out. Communication was prompt. The space was clean. No complaints here!

Nice Condo

Condo is a good size for 1-2 people. Condo was very clean, great location, comfortable bed. Host responded quickly to any concerns. Pool area was nice. Walking distance to many restaurants. Cable TV would be a nice addition but I was aware going in that only had streaming tv. The property is as advertised and would stay again.

An absolutely wonderful condo

This was my first time here but it quickly became one of the best places I've ever stayed anywhere. I used to live in Phoenix and already knew that the location is extremely convenient for visiting most anywhere in the valley. The neighborhood is great and has easy access to freeways, shopping, recreation, you name it. The condo itself is absolutely delightful. It's well decorated and extremely comfortable. I read one review that made some comment about it not being clean but I can't imagine why anyone would say that. The place is spotless and you can just tell that it is very well and meticulously maintained. I might be the most well appointed place I've ever stayed. The owner is very thoughtful and has provided for anything anyone might need. I'm a little embarrassed to say that it's probably better equipped than my own home. It's also super quiet -- literally the only noise I heard was the ticking of the clock. It's perfect for a single or a couple --just a wonderful place.

Dirty Floors

Floors extremely dirty. Animal hair in corners. Seemed as if floor never cleaned. Asked for no feathers due to allergy. They tried but anti-allergy pillows were as high as a mountain and hard as a rock….not useable. We had to buy own pillows. On the good side, place well stocked, everything worked, access was easy, parking near by. No gym and sorely missed but guess was not in description so my bad.

This is an amazing cozy condo! I stayed here while my home was being renovated so I know this location well. It is close to everything! The condo is immaculate, extremely well stocked and in a gated community. No stone was left unturned. The complex is very dog friendly and there are plenty of areas to walk around. It’s close to restaurants, 10 minutes from Scottsdale and minutes from the highway that takes you into mid-town Phoenix. Don’t hesitate to reserve this cute place!!
