Un condominio encantador, bien equipado, muy limpio a nivel del suelo. A solo unos metros de la base de la Montaña, es una villa totalmente remodelada que tiene todo lo que necesitas para una gran aventura en la Montaña. Hay un estacionamiento justo afuera de la puerta principal, lo que facilita la carga y descarga del equipaje y el equipo.

Sólo un edificio de condominios lejos de Mountain Villa L545, este condominio está justo en la base de la montaña. Hay tres dormitorios y dos baños completos. Un dormitorio tiene dos reinas, el segundo tiene una cama queen y una cama completa, y el tercero tiene una cama completa. El estudio cuenta con actualizaciones recientes con una hermosa chimenea, una mesa de comedor completa con sillas y una cocina actualizada con todas las comodidades. También hay una lavadora y secadora apilables para que tenga todo lo que necesita para sentirse como en casa.

Un corto paseo lo lleva a todo lo que el resort en Boyne Mountain tiene para ofrecer, incluido el parque acuático, restaurantes y tiendas. O, súbase al automóvil y vaya a las orillas del lago Charlevoix o la ciudad de Boyne en menos de 10 minutos. Petoskey y Charlevoix están a 20 minutos de la montaña.

Convenient Location, Convenient loading/unloading

First time staying in a first floor condo at Boyne and it was very convenient! Condo was exactly as listed and met our needs for a weekend with the family.

Great location!

Easy to communicate with the owner. Was able to get early check in which was awesome! Could walk to the ski lifts and the main lodge from the place! Awesome stay!

Steps to Slopes and Dining

Short walk to the slopes, restaurants, and other amenities. 2 bathrooms were clean and stocked with plenty of towels. The 5 beds were plenty for everyone in my party to get their rest between days on the slopes. The kitchen and living area space would be a bit tight for large meals or if everyone wanted to hang out at the same time. That didn’t matter to us because we kept only drinks in the fridge and snacks on the counter. We had planned to eat out anyway and loved all the restaurants. We were on the go at all times when we weren’t sleeping. It was great for some in our to be able to walk bank when they were tired for the day because it’s so close. We had a blast, and we’d definitely come back to this unit!

Wouldn’t rent here again - cost vs value not worth it.

Good for location and a basic ski cabin

Overall we enjoyed our stay here. Location is good for easy access to the slopes and restaurants, etc. Bed were very uncomfortable and I was surprised with the lack of supplies we usually find at a VRBO (cleaning supplies like a broom or vacuum, disinfectant cleaning spray, etc.) There is also zero storage space available for your clothing. Outside of one dresser in one of the bedrooms, we had to keep everything in our bags. Not a deal breaker, just things that would have been helpful to know.

The villa is very cozy and we enjoyed and used the fireplace everyday. A few things we wished for were: 1. Better lighting in the kitchen, it is very dark on that side of the room and makes it challenging to cook. 2. The TV cabinet in the corner takes up space that would be better suited for another comfortable chair, to add more seating in the living room area, especially since the TV can be mounted on the wall. Regardless, we had a wonderful time!

Great Place to stay for a large family

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had rented the condo because we wanted to within walking distance of the chairlifts and accommodate a large family. This was perfect for our needs. We had 8 adults and 3 children and even though it appeared to be smaller than that which we normally require, this worked out well. The communication with Matt was outstanding and prompt. Everything was as described. Only a couple of things stood out, first and foremost, we didn't have ESPN available to us on the evening of the CFB Semi-final games (Michigan Lost, but it would have been nice to be able watch it from the condo). We had difficulty closing and locking the bathroom door near the single queen bedroom and had difficulty flushing as well. Parking was also a mess as it appears that there were groups staying in the other condos that had more than 2 cars. We had to park a distance from the condo and had our 3rd park over by the tennis courts. Maybe some designated parking should be display. Nothing to ruin a trip, just a couple of things that stood out. Again, it was perfect for our crew.
