Este gran nuevo hogar está ubicado en el bosque en The Reserve at Boyne Mountain. Cuatro habitaciones y tres baños, capacidad para 8 personas en camas pero mucho espacio para un par más en la sala de estar inferior. Si lo que buscas es estar en Boyne o en una ubicación central en muchas grandes ciudades, esta es la casa perfecta. Es aislado y tranquilo, con muchas cosas que hacer en la propiedad. ¡Un lugar perfecto para una estadía en el norte!

Clean and comfortable cabin.

The cabin was clean and exactly as listed online. My family and I had a very nice time staying and really enjoyed the scenic neighborhood. It was perfect for a Boyne ski trip.

Great Cabin!!

Cabin is on the back top side of Boyne Mountain with absolutely amazing views. It was certainly more like a home with everything needed for our stay. Wonderful areas on both levels to just hang out after a long day on the slopes.

Very nice and peaceful getaway

We really enjoyed our stay. This house was very nice and clean. Stocked with everything we needed and very well taken care of. Property management was also very helpful. I would highly recommend staying here

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Great stay at this house. Stayed with a few friends to ski Boyne and Highland in Feb. Easy to get to and away from the lodge for some peace. We found the kitchen and space worked fantastic for meals and rooms for our small group. The bonus was we could drive about a mile up the road to access a ski-in ski-out parking spot avoiding the crowded lodge parking.

Ski Weekend

College friends ski get together weekend. The property was wonderful for our group. Enjoyed the short drive to jump on the Boyne Mountain slopes. Plan to use this property again!

Awesome family friendly place!

I really enjoyed this home. It was very clean. Great communication with the host. Just be aware that this home is about 8-10 minutes from the Boyne Mountain Resort. It wasn't a big issue for us, but I didn't realize that when I booked this home. I woukd definitely book this home again.

Great communication before, during and after. The cabin is a little bit of a blast from the past with the decor, but that didn't deter from the enjoyment. It had snowed quite a bit on Saturday and the crew was there first thing Sunday to plow the driveway and clear the walkway. Great place!

It was very clean, perfect location since we traveled to Boyne everyday, and the layout was great for spending time together as a family. The property had everything we needed (except a hair dryer), very spacious, and the gas fireplace was so cozy on the cold evenings! We would highly recommend this property to anyone spending time on the mountain, as the drive was only minutes each way. We would absolutely stay again!

Use Kitz Cabin for ski in and ski out

Once realizing Kitz Cabin within the Reserve is near a green run made the logics better. Otherwise with weather, 15-20 drive from Cabin to Boyne Resort. Would be nice as a guest to be able to get inside Kitz Cabin

Plenty of Space but 15+ Mins to Boyne

Large enough for a family of 8 and no problem cooking dinner in the kitchen. My only issue was the distance to Boyne resort. GPS says 5 miles but with the mountain roads it will take 15-20 mins. Besides the distance everything was clean and beds were comfortable. I would recommend this place if you are not shuttling kids back and forth from the mountain.

Kitchen has everything you need even a slow cooker. It took us about 15 minutes to get to boyne mountain ( driving in snow ). Also shampoo and conditioner is provided :)

Great value

This was a great, affordable condo for our group of 6 (3 couples) and could easily accommodate 8+. The communication with the host and property management group was excellent and quick. The check in process is easy. The place is nice and gives your group space for cards and meals. We had a small request while there and the owners responded right away. The two things I would add for those looking to stay are 1.) it is pretty far from the base of the mountain (10+ minite drive) and 2.) bring a blow dryer. Overall totally worth the trip and a great value.

Very clean, plenty of towels, a ton of space, comfortable beds, and plenty of extras that we didn’t expect. There were board games, a fully stocked kitchen, a great gas fireplace and beautiful location. We had a wonderful time at the cabin between swimming at Avalanche Bay and skiing/ snowboarding at Boyne. Getting to the cabin was no problem for us with our 4 wheel drive vehicles. Thank you for a great space for our vacation.

Boyne Ski Trip

The home was NOT ski in/ski out, could not access the slopes of Boyne without driving up to the Kitz cabin parking lot. Also - owner did not provide access to Kitz cabin. Met another couple that was renting a house and their owner did provide access to Kitz, not sure why this owner does not. Home was very clean and a great size for our family of 5. Had all you need to cook - which is great, but no exhaust for the stove. We made bacon one morning and the house smelled like bacon for hours. House could use some updating - decor and furnishings. But really, it is a great house - just not ski in ski out as advertised.

Great Cabin!

The property was extremely clean and well appointed. The location is perfect if you want to "get away" from everything but still be within 15 minutes of the Ski Lodge and 20 minutes from actual civilization (shopping, entertainment, etc). Our situation was a bit different because we were there during a +24" snowfall, which made driving difficult (even with 4-wheel drive), and even the plows were struggling to get the road semi-clear. The communication with property management was great. We had to book 1 day earlier due to the storm and it was as simple as a phone call. The fireplace made the trip even better, but for me... the full 2-car garage was a game changer. We brought 2 vehicles and knowing that they were safely covered inside while more than 2 feet of snow was piling made a big difference to me. The kids loved having the downstairs to themselves, and with 2 bedrooms down there, we were happy as well. The only thing I had an issue with was that the window in one of the bathrooms did not have a curtain or blind to draw closed when someone was in there. It really needs to be addressed as I have seen other reviews that have made the same comment. I also wish it were a little closer to the skiing (like ski-in/ski-out) but one can't do much about location. Overall it is a 5-Star rental

Great secluded spot with access to Boyne

We loved our stay and found the house to be clean and very charming. We found everything we needed. Particularly enjoyed use of the gas fireplace for a cozy cabin feel. Bedrooms are spacious and beds are very comfortable. Great amenities overall, but if I had one wish it would be they would provide coffee for guests. We were a little surprised it didn’t!
