This is our second year in a row staying here for a fishing trip. The place has everything you could possibly want, it lacks for nothing!Great location, walking distance to the fly shop and The Sands restaurant.

This is my GO-TO property for entertaining friends and clients when fishing the White River. I always get "how did you find this place!?" If you have downtime staying here, it's because you chose to. The property is equipped to entertain, WOW the guests with all of it's amenities, and is spotless clean. Any questions or issues that may arise are handled immediately with a quick call or text to Leslie. 10/10 recommend.

Family vacation

The Fish and Game house is absolutely the best! The upstairs has plenty of room and fun for the kids and the downstairs is the quiet retreat for the adults. Can’t beat the location either. One of our very favorite places to stay!

Our stay at The Cotter Fish and Game in Cotter, AR was absolutely fantastic! From the moment we walked in, we felt right at home—spacious and ideal for our group. The location is unbeatable, just a short walk to the White River. The kitchen was well‑equipped, the living areas comfortable, and the firepit on the deck was a highlight at night. The host’s communication was seamless and check‑in/check‑out went smoothly.Highly recommend this property for a top‑notch getaway. We can’t wait to come back!

Great for a big group

We had 14 adults and it was great. Lots of room and things to do. Outdoor area with a fire pit and grill is great for hanging out. Would definitely stay again.

Fishing Trip

Property was absolutely perfect for a home base in Cotter. We had some major storms blow through and when we had to get off the river a little early it was fantastic to be able to shoot some pool and play a little ping pong!
