The cottage was amazing, totally met all our needs. Great location, super clean, loaded with amenities and the hosts were very responsive. I would definitely stay there again.

Relaxing Weekend Away!

We had an amazing time at the cottage. We brought our two dogs and enjoyed the backyard and the proximity to the beach. We would recommend this cozy cottage to anyone looking for a nice relaxing vacation.

Inviting home!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the Sunny Daze Cottage! It was very comfortable, cozy, located in a great central location to see alot on the Cape and had everything you could want, including great linens and towels. Dave and Kim, the homeowners, were very responsive to whatever questions or concerns I had before our stay and also while we were there. I would highly recommend this cozy cottage and we would definitely stay there again!

Cozy house in a great location!

This place was perfect for our Memorial Day weekend getaway. The house has all the inside space we needed and all the outdoor space we could have wanted. Nice quiet table on the back deck was great for an evening cocktail. We didn't get around to using the outdoor shower but it looked great. Also, the location is fantastic. Short walk to the beach and centrally located to great restaurants. Dave and Kim were great hosts. Great communicators, very responsive and ready to help with whatever we needed. I highly recommend staying here!

This cute little cottage in Dennisport, MA was just the most wonderful place to stay. Clean, bright and well stocked with everything you would need. In addition to that, it has a very nice fenced in yard -- which worked out great for our golden retriever, Maggie May. Plus an outdoor patio set which we used for late afternoon drinks, and take out fried clams. Thank you.... we will return again soon. William and Pauline

Cozy and Cute

First time on Cape Cod. Tried doing a little of everything. Explored scenic 6a, went to Kennedy museum , hiked to and saw almost all lighthouses, took day trip to Provincetown and did national seashore trails, and went to Falmouth to see scenic the knob, and lunch at Pie in the Sky. Enjoyed all the great coffee shops and cafes scattered about. Great seafood dinners at Spankys, Skippers, Lobster Pot, Macs in Chatham. Loved that we could walk to beach with our dogs in a beautiful neighborhood. Cottage was cosy and cute. Appreciated fenced in yard for our dogs. Perfect for our needs. Would definitely stay here again to explore more of Cape Cod.

Super Cute Cottage

We were happy to get a last minute weekend stay at this classic Cape cottage. It was cute and cozy for my husband, myself and our dog. Our son joined for 1 night. A short walk to the beach and other local restaurants (some still closed due to off season) makes this a perfect spot for a small family or a couple with a dog. The neighborhood was quiet and great for daily walks. The backyard had a great table/deck area and was completely fenced in and private. Keep in mind there are many Cottages in close proximity but this is the quintessential Cape Cod experience! The owner's were very responsive and helpful. Highly Recommend!

Great Place to Get Away

My wife and I came up from Jersey for the first on the Cape to spend some time prior to full season and chose this house because it reminded me so much of the bungalow I grew up summering at on the Jersey Shore. We were not disappointed, the house was great. The location is just a short walk down local streets to the beach, we woke a couple mornings to find wild turkeys strutting around the neighborhood, and there is a restaurant called Sailing Cow which is a must visit nearby. While we were here we did day trips to P-Town and Plymouth, visited Chatham and found that pretty much everywhere on the cape and around the harbor are within easy reach. Property owners were excellent to work with, kept us informed and communicated with us leading up to our reservation and then checked in with us while we were staying there. The whole process is simple and convenient and we are already planning our return trip!

Great trip!

My boyfriend and I made a quick trip to the cape off season with our dog and had a great time. Check in and out was very easy and straightforward too. It was exactly what we expected and was perfect for the trip we planned. We would definitely stay again. It was really nice to have the fenced in yard to let our pup out and hangout without worrying too.

Cabin was advertised. Location of property was mid cape which was great for a day trip to PTown or fishing at the Cape Cod canal.

Welcome to Sunny Daze Cottage, named after our pup, Sunny! We are your hosts, Dave and Kim. We both have a passion for creating a fabulous vacation experience for all of our amazing guests! We live in Massachusetts. Dave works in real estate as an agent, investor, public speaker, and consultant. Kim works in product development at a tech company in Cambridge. You can usually find us doing activities around town with our kids, or taking our Great Danes out for a lovely walk. When time allows, we love coming down to the cape for beach days and vacations of our own, right here at Sunny Daze Cottage!

For 10 years we had been vacationing in Dennis, Cape Cod, and when we saw this cottage for sale in 2019, we jumped at the opportunity to purchase it! We fell in love with this cottage the moment we saw it. We loved the location, with the beach right at the end of the street and we instantly felt a connection with the friendly neighbors and relaxed vibe of the neighborhood. We loved how we could park our car for the week and walk to the local beaches and restaurants!
