¡Esta casa de dos pisos en Bayside en Bethany Lakes está hermosamente amueblada y lista para sus vacaciones! El nivel de vida principal es espacioso y confortable, con un gran comedor y sala de estar con TV (este es el único televisor en la casa que tiene una conexión por cable) y un bar con fregadero. La cocina comparte espacio con una segunda área para comer menos formal y una sala cómoda con un televisor de pantalla grande (sin conexión por cable). En la parte trasera de la casa, con vistas a un pintoresco estanque, hay una terraza abierta y un porche con mosquitero. Todas las habitaciones están en el segundo piso. Hay una suite principal con una cama king size y baño con ducha independiente y bañera de jardín. El segundo dormitorio tiene una cama nido y una doble, también con baño completo en suite. Las otras dos habitaciones tienen camas king size y comparten un gran baño de salón. Hay un televisor en cada habitación pero sin conexión por cable. El complejo cuenta con una hermosa casa club con sala de juegos y salón con vista a White's Creek. Hay una piscina cubierta y otra al aire libre. La comunidad cobra una tarifa de resort de $ 30 por persona por semana por el uso de sus instalaciones. Great Stay at Bethany!

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: It was a great stay for two families. Great location and all the amenities worked well. Liked that all the rooms were updated with modern TVs and we enjoyed eating breakfast and dinner on the table outside. The check in was a breeze and it was nice to also use the large community pool after a day at the beach. My only picky comments was that there was a hole in the screened in porch which sort of defeated the purpose, the hardwood floors were dirty after we checked in (the swiffer pads were pretty black), the main level couches were on the small side, and the Dyson vacuum was not charging on the wall mount. Again, minor comments that didn’t otherwise ruin a great stay and I would love to use Berkshire again for future rentals at Bethany!

Perfect for multi Family vacationing

The way the rooms are arranged works perfect for multiple family units to enjoy a king size, bedroom, and bath and a kid room. Went with my mom, my sister and her fiancé and my family of five great location great amenities exactly what we needed.

Much needed family time at the beach

The house was beautiful and clean. The location was awsome. We went to the clubhouse everyday to use the facilities. So much to do in a week. This is a great location,close to shopping, close to the beach, resturants and Bethany Beach.We had a wonderful time and will return to rent this home in the future

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We always love our visit to this house - we have stayed here three years now! It did look this year as though some parts of the house had been changed, and honestly it wasn't nearly as nice as prior years. But the little pond where we can fish, the dishes in the kitchen, and location still make it our favorite spot. The house also did not seem as clean when we arrived as in prior years; usually it is in impeccable condition.

Fantastic Property

We loved so many things about the home. The ceiling fans everywhere, the screened in porch, the king beds, the quiet neighborhood, the two car garage, the short drive to the beach, the ability to roll out on bicycles and onto fine wooded paths. I could go on. The only things we'd note would be the need to fix the roller on the bottom drawer of the dishwasher and that the ice maker is finicky. Regardless, this is the first property where I can say we look forward to staying again. Thank you!

Beautiful townhouse!

The pictures do not at all do justice to this property. It is beautiful and professionally decorated. It’s a large and comfortable 4 bedroom. It’s well kept. It’s in a lovely condo community. They have a lovely clubhouse with tennis courts, two pools and some game rooms etc. At sundown or at night the bugs do come out. We were able to rent bikes. There are some bikes paths in the area but with younger kids you may not be as comfortable using some of them as they are on main roads. But, some are not and one can also drive bikes to very nearby paths in nature preserves. We went to the beach two blocks north of Bethany beach boardwalk. There was a lifeguard and it was a perfect beach. It was a few minutes drive from the house and we found paid street parking. Overall we very much enjoyed staying in the luxurious house.

Great family vacation

Overall the house was great.. location, convenience, community clubhouse and pool really fabulous for our grandsons! Enjoyed the back deck table for family dinners. Two little glitches.. front door key didn’t work… so had to go in thru garage. Microwave was broken…which was inconvenient. We reported these issues to our realtor and repairman was sent pretty promptly. Door was repaired but was still hard to turn the key. Received a follow up phone call from different realtor asking if we had reported broken microwave. .. which we did. She said we could have been given a countertop one if replacement was unavailable…. 🤔..old coffee grounds left in coffee maker… but overall.. the house was comfortable and spacious for our family and we had a wonderful post covid reunion!

Beautiful beach house, perfect location

We rented the property at Old Mill Way for a family beach vacation. Liz, our contact with BHHS, was attentive and helpful. The house is beautiful! It slept 10 of us, 6 adults and 4 kids, very comfortably. It’s maybe an 8min drive from Bethany Beach. The neighborhood was lovely and the neighbors were welcoming and kind. We had some issues getting registered to use the clubhouse. No one was available the first 2 or 3 days for us to register so we could not get access to the facilities until midway through our stay. The microwave also broke and we did not hear back from maintenance at all so we were without a microwave for the week. Aside from that it was a near perfect vacation.

Great space for a large family

Everything in the house was exactly as advertised as well as clean and well maintained. The open layout made it easy to be together with plenty of space to spread out. The community itself was quiet and the staff in the clubhouse was friendly to renters. My kids loved the pool and the game room. The adults enjoyed the location, an easy drive to the beach, grocery store, nature preserve with biking trails and kayaking. The property is rented by a real estate agency. Had I known that, I would have reserved directly through the agency and skipped the VRBO fee. Otherwise, the agents were helpful and it was easy to work with them. It was our first time in this particular community and we found it only because we needed something at the last minute. Our experience was so positive that we are considering a return.

Great summer vacation rental!

Loved this house! It was more room than we needed but very well laid out. It was very close to the beach and had a great community pool. The pool has a great view of the bay. House was clean and well stocked. I would definitely stay there again.

Great house with many upgrades

The house is very clean and the location is perfect. TV in every room, and we found beach chairs and alot of beach toys in the garage. Has a nice deck perfect for BBQ and outdoor dinner. Only complaint is that the Wifi is a bit slow... we will be back next year!

How soon can I re-book?

My family loved everything about the house and community. Clubhouse was an excellent alternative to the beach when the weather was not cooperative. The indoor and outdoor pools, tennis courts and game room were everything!
