" Exhale " - on beautiful St. Simons Island

"Exhale" is a second story Ocean Walk condo which features two bedrooms and two bathrooms with hardwood floors throughout.

New owners have completed numerous updates since purchasing in 2019. Total kitchen renovation completed in 2021. AC replaced in 2020.

All rooms, including the porch, have recently been updated with ceiling fans and have been freshly painted. The master bedroom comes with a king size bed. The second bedroom is furnished with twin beds. Living room, master BR and second BR have flatscreen TV's. Living room and master BR have TV's mounted on the wall.

Perhaps the best feature of the unit is the porch. The view of the spring-fed, fresh water lake and fountain is relaxing and peaceful. There seems to be a nearly continuous breeze blowing from the Atlantic.

H10 is one of a handful of units facing the manicured grass courtyard. The unit is located conveniently between both pools and only a few steps from the clubhouse/fitness room.

H10 comes with a Keurig coffee maker, full size washer and dryer, several beach chairs and an electric grill for cooking on your porch. It's a short walk to the Village for shopping, dining, the Pier, the Lighthouse and the timeless views from the Casino. The Coast Guard Station on East Beach is about a mile from Ocean Walk.

Overall we enjoyed our stay. Pros: communication with owner, location, amenities. Conversation was smooth and timely. Condo is convenient to restaurants, shops, & the beach. Pool on site & there was a hose on site that was convenient for bathing our dog and washing off our beach gear. Cons: cleanliness and unable to use the washing machine. The pillows and sheets were stained and looked dirty. The washing machine was leaking water; owner was waiting on a part.

Great location with all the amenities. Enjoyed sitting on the porch and watching the ducks. The pool was great after a day at the beach. Home is decorated nicely, has all you need in the kitchen and plenty of room. Enjoyed our week here in St Simons.

Great place to stay on St Simon’s Island. Close to everything and the place was perfect for us. Loved sitting in the deck watching the ducks in the pond. pool was nice at end of the day. Will definitely go back.

Perfect family getaway!

This was our second time staying here, and it is perfect for our family of four. The covered porch/balcony is our favorite feature and we really appreciate the cleanliness of this condo. Our kids love the pools, tennis courts and basketball goal. The location is great as it’s close to the pier. The owner is very easy to communicate with. We hope to stay here again!!!

Amazing Vacation

My husband and I absolutely love visiting this condo every year. The condo is clean, well equipped and the host Richard is so great communicating with. Ocean Walk is very quiet and peaceful. It is also very close to so many wonderful restaurants. I 100% recommend this condo!

Perfect!

“Exhale” was just the right fit for our family of four! It was clean and well furnished. We had everything we needed. Our favorite feature was the covered balcony overlooking the lake. It was so comfortable and relaxing with a constant breeze. Our little dog loved sitting out there with us. The kids loved the pools and tennis court. We loved the location of the condo and will definitely plan to stay here again in the future!

Great place to stay!

We stayed here with our little dog. She enjoyed the view from the balcony, and we did as well. The fountain in the pond can be heard from the balcony, which made for a relaxing place to sit. Condo was clean, air worked great, and the TVs were a nice size. Plenty of towels under the sinks and there were extra towels in the hall closet. It was nice to have a washer and dryer in the unit, even though we did not need them on our stay. It is always nice to stay in Ocean Walk since the walk to the pier isn't too far and is shaded for most of the way depending on the time of day. The host was very friendly and responsive. We would definitely stay here again.

Exhale offers everything we need for R&R

We’ve stayed in this property more than once and it gets. better each time. It is located within walking distance to the pier village and the entire island is bikeable from it as the bike path is found right at the end of the driveway.

Relaxing, laidback St. Simon’s Island condo

Stayed 3 weeks Jan- Feb 2024 at Ocean Walk H-13 in a lovely, 2 bedroom 2 bath 2nd floor flat. The unit was immaculate, well equipped, nicely and comfortably decorated. St. Simon’s Island has beautiful beaches, walking and nature trails. The area has interesting historical sites. Also interesting music and theater for cheap or free. Excellent variety of eateries. Our home base at Ocean Walk was so comfortable and peaceful to come home to after a busy day of site seeing. The beds were comfortable.Kitchen well equipped and functional. We had no issues during our stay but left several items behind by mistake. The owner was very responsive and he arranged to transfer them to friends who were still staying at Ocean Walk. We highly recommend this unit and owner if a 2nd floor unit works for you.

Property was clean except for the mats in the showers. Cleaners probably shouldn’t leave those hanging and need to be replaced. Otherwise, everything was great.

Wonderful stay and easy access to the pool! Great location and the condo had all the amenities needed. Will say, we had a 3 and 5 year old and the playground was not safe, very unkept and the wood was rotten so do not waste your time just go to the playground at the baseball fields down the road. Not the owners fault but just wanted to give a heads up. Again, great location and perfect spot to stay.

Second year in top-notch condo

This was our second year of an extended stay in this unit and we've already booked a third. The unit is exactly as described and communication with the owner without failing or flaw. The location is ideal for us to walk or bike to everything we like to do on St. Simons, so as long as we can climb the stairs to the second floor, we'll be repeat renters.

This condo was amazing! By far best location at Ocean Walk Condos. All people there were so friendly and all love dogs 🐾 Whenever we had a question regarding something in the condo the owner was super helpful and usually replied immediately. Looking forward to returning to St Simons Island next year ⛱️

St Simon’s

The property was decorated in a very tasteful beachy theme with a balcony overlooking a beautiful pond. The condo was definitely clean and well stocked. It was located close to the village and the beach. We had a wonderful month and recommend this condo without reservation for couples or a family.

Post Christmas Getaway

Would be a full 5 star review except that we thought the towels and sheets had a stale smell. Aside from that, great location within the complex and had everything we needed! Our dog enjoyed finding some toys in the dog basket!

Peaceful and pet friendly

We really enjoyed our stay! The view of the lake from the balcony was one of the most relaxing parts of our trip. Met lots of other people and pets while walking the dog. Our condo owner was quick to respond and very helpful!

We are Georgia natives who grew up visiting St. Simons Island. We enjoy the beach, bikes, fishing, restaurants, Island time with our dogs, and SSI vibe.

Ocean Walk is a pleasant, safe place for anyone visiting SSI. H10 "Exhale" overlooks both the grassy quad and the spring-fed pond. The Pier / Village area is only a short walk away. The main beach areas are about a mile away and are an easy bike ride.

"Exhale" is a 2BR, 2 BA unit. We've extensively renovated the unit since our purchase in 2019. We've tried to make certain that "Exhale" has everything needed for a comfortable stay.
