E13 Build family memories, comfortable, clean

E13 at Ocean Walk is close to the front pool, has really nicely tiled bathrooms and upgraded open kitchen. E13 is on the ground floor, has no carpeting and is very clean and comfortable.

Ocean Walk complex has two pools and a small kiddie pool for families to enjoy. Two tennis courts, fitness center, ping pong, computer room.
The best thing is the location of this complex, you can walk to the village or lighthouse area easily on the bike paths.

We are available during regular business hours, if you expect to arrive late please communicate that with us.
Ocean Walk community rules should be followed by all guests.
No bicycles can be stored in the breezeways.
Pools close at 10:00 PM. No entry allowed after hours.
No glass or pets in pool areas.
Quiet time is from 10:00 PM until sunrise. Please be considerate of all residents and guests. No loud music, voices, or other audio. No running and/or playing on stairs.
Do not hang towels or clothing on balcony railings.
Please be respectful of the owner’s expenses by setting the air conditionIng thermostat to 74 degrees or higher during warm weather. Keep windows and doors closed when the A/C is in use.
For the safety of everyone on the property, please do not exceed the posted 10 mph speed limit.

Family weekend

Vacation with family and pet

This was our first time taking the dog with us on vacation so we did not know what to expect. The condo was one of the nicest we have ever stayed at. Everything was provided and the complex was completely dog friendly. We enjoyed our stay and would definitely stay here again.

Everything you need for a family getaway

The condo was very cute and had basically everything needed: nice towels, plenty of kitchen dishes, pans, etc. only problem was that the sheets in 2nd bedroom were dirty. Love ocean walk!

Great place to stay at SSI!

Great first-floor condo near front pool. The property was super clean and very nicely decorated. The condo complex, Ocean Walk, is very nice, with two pools, tennis and pickle ball courts, and is located within easy walking distance to the Village. You can also walk to the beach, but it's easier just to make the short drive. There's plenty of parking at either of the main beaches. I highly recommend this property. We plan to stay here again next time we come to St. Simons Island.

Nice place but communication could be better!

The condo and location was very nice. Had a good time and will likely rent again based upon the location. Communication was not the greatest. Did not see any brim and only 1 small bass in the lake at the complex but this was December so maybe fishing is better when warmer.

Pleasant, clean and comfortable.

Nice location. Very well kept Condo property very clean, tiled baths with big fluffy towels. Lots of kitchen pots pans utensils. Comfortable beds and good HVAC. Did not use pools. Would prefer more interaction with management. Most conversations seemed canned and auto-email.

Short family trip

Location was great. Condo was nice also very quite. My only complaint is as a first time VRBO I didn't realize had to supply my own toilet paper, garbage bags, Kleenex, only give you small amount of toilet paper . One trash bag for the kitchen . So had to run out to the store. As someone who always uses hotel . I was unaware of this . Butt now I know to bring my own toilet paper. From home.

Nice location and condo but some communication issues

The location was great and the condo was nice. The washing machine didn't work though. Owner offered to come get the soured rugs that were left in it but wouldn't respond to questions about whether we were even operating it correctly or if we could get it repaired or get more towels/rags. We ended up washing clothes in the sink. Even if we couldn't get it fixed during our stay, better communication about it would have made this a much better experience.

We apologize for the inconvenience with the washer needing maintenance during your stay. Our welcome sheets in the condo stars where there are 2 laundry facilities on site, one right across from building E that you stayed in. We should have have made clear there were several other options for you to do laundry. We hope to have you as a guest in the future.

Christmas vacation

They changed our unit twice before we arrived. Never saw pics of assigned unit and didn’t receive door code on time. Residents above our unit were noisy, especially on stairs. In addition, the unit attached behind our unit was being remodeled and the workers even worked on Christmas Day, adding to the noise. Overall the unit really needs updating but it was convenient to downtown and shops.

Thanksgiving Getaway

Great location and beautiful accommodations! This unit was well stocked with all the essentials. Our family of four plus our basset hound LOVE coming to St. Simons and we enjoy staying at Ocean Walk. We will return soon!

Wonderful time of year to vacation to St. Simons.

First time staying on this property. The landscape is beautiful and well kept. Getting into our condo was unpleasant. The condo we chose was obviously already occupied and/or not cleaned at 5:00 pm. We were placed in another that was not quiet as nice. The cable service is not acceptable. The sweet lady came twice to help us get service.

Perfect Weekend Getaway!!!

We really enjoyed our stay!! Communication from the property owner was awesome - she reached out to us before I even thought about asking for anything! The property was very clean and well-appointed. Supplies and amenities were exactly as described. And, location is AWESOME!! We walked to dinner, the pier and the lighthouse - so convenient to restaurants, events and activities. It was the perfect long weekend for our family!!! Would highly recommend!!

Professionally decorated beach house

Very pretty condo, we loved the beach theme. I especially loved the repurposed stained glass lighted bathroom console and kitchen backsplash. Beautiful area for walking, running, biking, and beachgoing. No skyscraper hotels, no jet ski rentals, no crowded beaches! Moo Cow homemade ice cream was delicious during our evening walks. Discovering Driftwood beach on Jekyll Island is a must. Like the Grand Caynan, pictures do not do it justice. After 40 years of loving Pinnellas County Florida, this was our first time in Georgia and will definitely be back.

Great property and location!

We really enjoyed the property! Everything was as advertised! There is everything you need at place! Bed was cozy! Bathrooms clean and nice! Kitchen had everything we needed! Communication was great! We loved the property. We played tennis, corn hole, worked out, pools nice, and even played with ducks or kids did lol! Within walking distance to main strip! Definitely a plus!
