Bellamente decorada villa de 2 dormitorios y 2. 5 baños se encuentra en una comunidad privada bien diseñada, acogedora y cerrada con seguridad nocturna, nuestra unidad está frente a la playa, que está a pocos pasos de su puerta principal, con jardines y vistas a la isla más allá.


Este condominio se siente como si estuviera en su propia isla separada directamente en la playa con una vista prístina de las cristalinas aguas azules que ofrece un deslizamiento suave al entrar en el agua, para mayor comodidad, relajación y naturaleza en su máxima expresión.

La sala de estar es abierta y cómoda con sillas reclinables que lo invitan a relajarse / mirar el océano y disfrutar de sus noches, con un pequeño bar para cócteles.

Incluido en la estadía, ofrecemos transporte en taxi a pedido desde y hacia el aeropuerto de Dutch Side hasta cuatro personas, más de cuatro es una pequeña tarifa de $ 6. 00 US por persona.

Beautiful Condo

Everything was just like the pictures. Probably the best located condo in the small complex. Our host Kapi was very helpful as well.

Excellent vacation spot

Everything was perfect. The condo was very nice - clean, cozy, and had everything we needed. The location is unbelievable. It is right on the beach, has amazing view and is close to a lot of good restaurants. The beach is one of the best on the island - clean, quiet and gorgeous. The hosts are very attentive and responsive. We couldn’t ask for anything better and would love to come back!

Great family time at a great condo

We had such a wonderful stay. The hosts are beyond wonderful! They are attentive and helpful with so much attention for detail. Anytime my husband or I thought of something it was already there in the condo. A perfect spot for unplugging and enjoying quality family time. I cannot wait to be back again!

Wonderful stay at Barefoot

Just returned from a 7-day stay at this property and can't say enough good things about it. It was roomy for our party of 4 adults, and it seemed that every need was accounted for. Best way to describe it is to imagine you own your own spacious condo on the beach, you've furnished it well and completely, and have visited it over several years so that every little need and detail has been addressed. We really enjoyed our stay here -- we actually spent more time at and around the condo than originally intended because it was just so nice! And it's so close to the surf that you can hear the waves all day long. We'll be back!Sylvia (the host/property manager) was so helpful both before and during the trip. Thanks!Answers to my big questions before the trip:- Is Simpson Beach a good beach to stay at? YES, for sure. There are some other good beaches, but Simpson is the best combo of size, quality and access -- it's the only one where you can walk out your door and have toes in the waves in less than a minute. And it didn't feel crowded at all.- How accepted are US dollars? We went all over St Martin, and had no problems using dollars or credit cards anywhere.- How loud are the planes from the nearby airport? You can hear them, and some are loud -- but they quickly became just background noise. On the beach side they just weren't an issue for us. And be sure to visit Maho Beach!We rented a car and got out every day, but only drove 88 miles total because so much is so close.

This Property is Exceptional

We spent 12 days at this property and it was fantastic. We travel quite frequently with friends (2-4 times a year) all over the Caribbean and South East US. This is the best all around experience we have had. The pictures are very accurate. You are on the beach front. You are also steps from the pool. The condo is very clean and has everything you need. Sylvia is a fantastic host. We had a hard time finding it and she met us right away and helped us get in and settled. Make sure to get detailed directions from Sylvia. Google maps didn’t work. We will most definitely be back!

Simpson Bay Condo

This is our second stay at this property and we plan to return again next year. The property is nicely decorated & maintained; with comfortable beds and furniture; with all the items in the kitchen you’ll need for your stay. Located in the center of Simpson Bay, minutes from the airport, grocery stores and dining options. Sylvia was our host and is extremely responsive to your requests and needs. Highly recommend this property.

Unbelievable!

They thought of everything plus some. Beds are super comfortable, unit very clean perfect location to everything. The only thing I would have to say is the yellow chairs in living area aren’t comfortable at all. Worth every penny, we will be back. Rick and Catherine

Amazing view

Once you walk onto the property, the view of Simpson Bay tells you you made the right pick! Sylvia's instructions made it very easy to get your self settled and start your relaxing vacation. The condo is perfect with all you could need for a beach vacation. We spent alot of time on the beautiful beach a few steps out the door and getting to know the island. Was a great vacation!

Another Great Experience

This was probably our 8th stay at Barefoot and our 9th at Palm Beach Condos and if we could have booked for next year we already would have but it's completely booked for next year already! And no wonder, it's the perfect location Simpson Bay, and a fantastic beach front indoor-outdoor living experience. The unit is well equipped, well maintained, updated and clean.

Breathtaking Sunsets!

What a beautiful spot!! The condo was everything that Sylvia promised and more. It was clean, spacious, beautifully decorated, pleasantly stocked with spices, coffee and even a bottle of wine. Sylvia provided so much information regarding restaurants, attractions and she was incredibly prompt with her messages to any questions. I loved the beach access, patio with beach views, private sitting area and pool just around the corner. This place was just wonderful :)

Paradise living

Sylvia did an outstanding job on hosting us in SXM. She connected with us weeks prior, gave us ideas and recommendations on where to go and what to see. She has a property that is gorgeous, overlooking the blue ocean waters and her accommodations were second to none. Sylvia checked on us frequently to make sure if there was anything that needed her attention. All in all, this won’t be our last time visiting the friendly SXM island as we will definitely be back and hoping Sylvia will be our host. Highly HIGHLY recommend.

Ocean front family vacation

Beautiful stay! Sylvia & Daryle were responsive and very friendly. Sunsets amazing! Very comfortable and kitchen is stocked with so many spices. We ate dinner out everynight but had breakfast & lunch there. They have everything you need and if they don't, i'm sure they would get it. We had a small problem and they were at the condo ASAP. We will definately love to come back!

Best property manager ever!

The condo could not have been more perfect! We had an issue unrelated to the unit but Sylvia was wonderful to help us work through it. Beaches were great and the food was good everywhere we went. Two favorites were the Lazy Lizzard in Phillipsburg and Dinghy Dock right by the condo.

Anniversary & birthday celebration

The condo is conveniently located in Simpson bay with a beautiful beachfront setting and steps from a spacious pool. Quiet setting with a semi private porch overlooking Simpson Bay. The condo is nicely decorated and well furnished with all the kitchen amenities you need. Our host Sylvia made our stay seamless with an attentive greeting and prompt to respond to any questions or concerns. I highly recommend this beautiful condo. Sylvia was an excellent host that made our stay extra special. We will be back!!!

best condo rental ever

by far the best condo we ever rented. start with the property manager, she was there to welcome us and stopped in several times during the week to see that all was well. the condo was fully equipped with everything to make our stay absolutely wonderful.

Exceeded all expectations! Awesome place

I can’t say enough about Barefoot and Sylvia. I have come to St Maarten for 30+ years with my husband and family and have stayed in different places on the island and Barefoot is at the top. This was a special birthday trip with girl friends and I wanted a special place where we could step out in the morning and have coffee watching the waves, have a shady place to read and nap right on the beach without big crowds, feel safe and get to my favorite places easily. Barefoot was that and more. Sylvia had a birthday cake waiting when we arrived. We had massages on the veranda and it felt private,we had the pool pretty much to ourselves and loved the shower after coming off the beach. I recommend it highly right down to the car rental place she recommended. Sylvia pays attention to all of the details. Can’t beat it!

Wonderful Place in Simpson Bay

Sylvia’s property is absolutely wonderful! Beautiful Simpson Bay views are enhanced by a well stocked kitchen, fabulous furnishings and a nice complex. We especially enjoyed the easy pool and ocean access. The complex is nice and quiet. We definitely want to stay there again.

Beachfront home(Barefoot) can walk on the beach to restaurants like Mary boon ,Karakter, BaBa Cool ,D's bar & grill, and Secret Seafood house from our condo.
16 minute walk from the condo to Airport road & Welfare rd.(Main rd.) to all the restaurants, casinos and entertainment. We host our sister unit Caribbean Breeze in the same complex. If you're looking for another unit to share with family or friends. Let us know.
