Bellamente decorada villa de 2 dormitorios y 2. 5 baños se encuentra en una comunidad privada bien diseñada, acogedora y cerrada con seguridad nocturna, nuestra unidad está frente a la playa, que está a pocos pasos de su puerta principal, con jardines y vistas a la isla más allá.

Este condominio se siente como si estuviera en su propia isla separada directamente en la playa con una vista prístina de las cristalinas aguas azules que ofrece un deslizamiento suave al entrar en el agua, para mayor comodidad, relajación y naturaleza en su máxima expresión.

La sala de estar es abierta y cómoda con sillas reclinables que lo invitan a relajarse / mirar el océano y disfrutar de sus noches, con un pequeño bar para cócteles.

Incluido en la estadía, ofrecemos transporte en taxi a pedido desde y hacia el aeropuerto de Dutch Side hasta cuatro personas, más de cuatro es una pequeña tarifa de $ 6. 00 US por persona.

Excellent vacation spot

Everything was perfect. The condo was very nice - clean, cozy, and had everything we needed. The location is unbelievable. It is right on the beach, has amazing view and is close to a lot of good restaurants. The beach is one of the best on the island - clean, quiet and gorgeous. The hosts are very attentive and responsive. We couldn’t ask for anything better and would love to come back!

Simpson Bay Condo

This is our second stay at this property and we plan to return again next year. The property is nicely decorated & maintained; with comfortable beds and furniture; with all the items in the kitchen you’ll need for your stay. Located in the center of Simpson Bay, minutes from the airport, grocery stores and dining options. Sylvia was our host and is extremely responsive to your requests and needs. Highly recommend this property.

Wonderful Place in Simpson Bay

Sylvia’s property is absolutely wonderful! Beautiful Simpson Bay views are enhanced by a well stocked kitchen, fabulous furnishings and a nice complex. We especially enjoyed the easy pool and ocean access. The complex is nice and quiet. We definitely want to stay there again.

Best property manager ever!

The condo could not have been more perfect! We had an issue unrelated to the unit but Sylvia was wonderful to help us work through it. Beaches were great and the food was good everywhere we went. Two favorites were the Lazy Lizzard in Phillipsburg and Dinghy Dock right by the condo.

Breathtaking Sunsets!

What a beautiful spot!! The condo was everything that Sylvia promised and more. It was clean, spacious, beautifully decorated, pleasantly stocked with spices, coffee and even a bottle of wine. Sylvia provided so much information regarding restaurants, attractions and she was incredibly prompt with her messages to any questions. I loved the beach access, patio with beach views, private sitting area and pool just around the corner. This place was just wonderful :)

One word describes the location, property and level of attentiveness from Sylvia. Amazing! It was absolutely the best vacation ever. Barefoot Condo

Our stay at Barefoot Condo in Simpson Bay was fantastic. The condo had all of the amenities we needed in neat and spacious rooms. The access and view of the ocean and pool was delightful. Sitting on the porch with coffee in the morning watching the sun come up and boats go by was calming and a wonderful way to start the day! Thank you.

They thought of everything plus some. Beds are super comfortable, unit very clean perfect location to everything. The only thing I would have to say is the yellow chairs in living area aren’t comfortable at all. Worth every penny, we will be back. Rick and Catherine

The property that we stayed at was at Palm Beach Condominiums and “Barefoot” was magnificent!

Our recent stay on St. Maarten was wonderful! “Barefoot” at Palm Beach Condominiums was as promised! A beautiful open concept unit with 2 1/2 bathrooms, spacious bedrooms and comfortable living area. We were impressed with the full size kitchen appliances and amenities. Once you’re stocked up on food and alcohol, there’s no need to leave! The beachfront is pristine with all of sun you can imagine! Although the patio will provide plenty of shade, if you’re not a sun worshipper! It seems that Simpson Bay is where it’s at! Many restaurants are open!! Did not have any difficulty finding food or fun!! If you’re contemplating going to St. Maarten, you won’t be disappointed!!

Exceeded all expectations! Awesome place

I can’t say enough about Barefoot and Sylvia. I have come to St Maarten for 30+ years with my husband and family and have stayed in different places on the island and Barefoot is at the top. This was a special birthday trip with girl friends and I wanted a special place where we could step out in the morning and have coffee watching the waves, have a shady place to read and nap right on the beach without big crowds, feel safe and get to my favorite places easily. Barefoot was that and more. Sylvia had a birthday cake waiting when we arrived. We had massages on the veranda and it felt private,we had the pool pretty much to ourselves and loved the shower after coming off the beach. I recommend it highly right down to the car rental place she recommended. Sylvia pays attention to all of the details. Can’t beat it!

WOW!

A wonderful time is a guarantee at this location. There was nothing overlooked in this booking starting from the first inquiry to checkout. The location on Simpson Bay was familiar to us from a previous stay. The location is walkable to all needs from restaurants to groceries, entertainment, car rentals and local shops. The grounds of the condo complex were very well maintained from the pool to all the shrubs and walkways. The unit had everything needed from beach chairs, coolers to enjoy the beach here or to visit the many other island locations. Eating in was not a problem as the kitchen was well stocked or go out as there were lots of choices (too many to chose from for our 2 week stay). Our favorite times were spent outside on the patio first thing in the morning watching the ship traffic and at night after eating supper outside to sit back with a glass and just relax !

Absolutely Wonderful!

Our stay in Sint Maarten was absolutely perfect! Our condo (which felt more like a house - inside and out) had everything you could possibly need for vacation. There were several beach towels, sunscreen, beach chairs, pool noodles, snorkeling gear, binoculars, info on local attractions, and everything you could imagine in kitchen. This is been the best stocked rental we have stayed in and the level of comfort the host provided while we were there was top notch. In addition to the rental property itself, there is also a well manicured lawn and pool area to enjoy. Directly in front of your condo is a beautiful sandy beach with gorgeous turquoise. The condo complex is surrounded by a security gate and has a nightly security guard to offer an added bit of peace of mind. The condo is situated about blocks from a main strip that offers restaurants, grocery stores, bakeries, etc. We felt completely safe walking the area through the day, as people are so very friendly on the island (but as always... use good judgement & pay attention to your surroundings). An all around kiddos to our host!

Wonderful stay at Barefoot

Just returned from a 7-day stay at this property and can't say enough good things about it. It was roomy for our party of 4 adults, and it seemed that every need was accounted for. Best way to describe it is to imagine you own your own spacious condo on the beach, you've furnished it well and completely, and have visited it over several years so that every little need and detail has been addressed. We really enjoyed our stay here -- we actually spent more time at and around the condo than originally intended because it was just so nice! And it's so close to the surf that you can hear the waves all day long. We'll be back!Sylvia (the host/property manager) was so helpful both before and during the trip. Thanks!Answers to my big questions before the trip:- Is Simpson Beach a good beach to stay at? YES, for sure. There are some other good beaches, but Simpson is the best combo of size, quality and access -- it's the only one where you can walk out your door and have toes in the waves in less than a minute. And it didn't feel crowded at all.- How accepted are US dollars? We went all over St Martin, and had no problems using dollars or credit cards anywhere.- How loud are the planes from the nearby airport? You can hear them, and some are loud -- but they quickly became just background noise. On the beach side they just weren't an issue for us. And be sure to visit Maho Beach!We rented a car and got out every day, but only drove 88 miles total because so much is so close.

Great family time at a great condo

We had such a wonderful stay. The hosts are beyond wonderful! They are attentive and helpful with so much attention for detail. Anytime my husband or I thought of something it was already there in the condo. A perfect spot for unplugging and enjoying quality family time. I cannot wait to be back again!

This Property is Exceptional

We spent 12 days at this property and it was fantastic. We travel quite frequently with friends (2-4 times a year) all over the Caribbean and South East US. This is the best all around experience we have had. The pictures are very accurate. You are on the beach front. You are also steps from the pool. The condo is very clean and has everything you need. Sylvia is a fantastic host. We had a hard time finding it and she met us right away and helped us get in and settled. Make sure to get detailed directions from Sylvia. Google maps didn’t work. We will most definitely be back!

Amazing view

Once you walk onto the property, the view of Simpson Bay tells you you made the right pick! Sylvia's instructions made it very easy to get your self settled and start your relaxing vacation. The condo is perfect with all you could need for a beach vacation. We spent alot of time on the beautiful beach a few steps out the door and getting to know the island. Was a great vacation!

Another Great Experience

This was probably our 8th stay at Barefoot and our 9th at Palm Beach Condos and if we could have booked for next year we already would have but it's completely booked for next year already! And no wonder, it's the perfect location Simpson Bay, and a fantastic beach front indoor-outdoor living experience. The unit is well equipped, well maintained, updated and clean.
