Bellamente decorada villa de 2 dormitorios y 2. 5 baños se encuentra en una comunidad privada bien diseñada, acogedora y cerrada con seguridad nocturna, nuestra unidad está frente a la playa, que está a pocos pasos de su puerta principal, con jardines y vistas a la isla más allá.


Este condominio se siente como si estuviera en su propia isla separada directamente en la playa con una vista prístina de las cristalinas aguas azules que ofrece un deslizamiento suave al entrar en el agua, para mayor comodidad, relajación y naturaleza en su máxima expresión.

La sala de estar es abierta y cómoda con sillas reclinables que lo invitan a relajarse / mirar el océano y disfrutar de sus noches, con un pequeño bar para cócteles.

Incluido en la estadía, ofrecemos transporte en taxi a pedido desde y hacia el aeropuerto de Dutch Side hasta cuatro personas, más de cuatro es una pequeña tarifa de $ 6. 00 US por persona.

Excellent vacation spot

Everything was perfect. The condo was very nice - clean, cozy, and had everything we needed. The location is unbelievable. It is right on the beach, has amazing view and is close to a lot of good restaurants. The beach is one of the best on the island - clean, quiet and gorgeous. The hosts are very attentive and responsive. We couldn’t ask for anything better and would love to come back!

Great family time at a great condo

We had such a wonderful stay. The hosts are beyond wonderful! They are attentive and helpful with so much attention for detail. Anytime my husband or I thought of something it was already there in the condo. A perfect spot for unplugging and enjoying quality family time. I cannot wait to be back again!

Wonderful Place in Simpson Bay

Sylvia’s property is absolutely wonderful! Beautiful Simpson Bay views are enhanced by a well stocked kitchen, fabulous furnishings and a nice complex. We especially enjoyed the easy pool and ocean access. The complex is nice and quiet. We definitely want to stay there again.

Simpson Bay Condo

This is our second stay at this property and we plan to return again next year. The property is nicely decorated & maintained; with comfortable beds and furniture; with all the items in the kitchen you’ll need for your stay. Located in the center of Simpson Bay, minutes from the airport, grocery stores and dining options. Sylvia was our host and is extremely responsive to your requests and needs. Highly recommend this property.

best condo rental ever

by far the best condo we ever rented. start with the property manager, she was there to welcome us and stopped in several times during the week to see that all was well. the condo was fully equipped with everything to make our stay absolutely wonderful.

Amazing view

Once you walk onto the property, the view of Simpson Bay tells you you made the right pick! Sylvia's instructions made it very easy to get your self settled and start your relaxing vacation. The condo is perfect with all you could need for a beach vacation. We spent alot of time on the beautiful beach a few steps out the door and getting to know the island. Was a great vacation!

The view was amazing

We had everything we needed! Beautiful beach, wonderful first floor condo. The people on the way island are charming and welcoming. This is our first visit to SXM and we are looking forwards to returning!

We had a great time !! The property was exactly as listed . The beach in front of the condo was the best on the island, and we visited several other beaches !! Sylvia was a great host!

Beautiful Stay

Really enjoyed our time. Beautiful, quiet & relaxing. The location is right on the beach. The manager Kapi went out of her way to meet us there despite our delay at the airport. She also sent us several recommendations on the island. The owner Sylvia was also very responsive to our needs.

Beach Paradise

The condo was very well appointed. They even thought of the little things. Both the owner and the property manager were great to work with and went out of there way to make the experience great. Great location right on the beach. Will definitely return.

Best property manager ever!

The condo could not have been more perfect! We had an issue unrelated to the unit but Sylvia was wonderful to help us work through it. Beaches were great and the food was good everywhere we went. Two favorites were the Lazy Lizzard in Phillipsburg and Dinghy Dock right by the condo.

One word describes the location, property and level of attentiveness from Sylvia. Amazing! It was absolutely the best vacation ever. With a mix of enjoying the beautiful beach front property to exploring the islands offerings, you cannot find a better location. We plan to be back to enjoy this beach front paradise very soon.

Breathtaking Sunsets!

What a beautiful spot!! The condo was everything that Sylvia promised and more. It was clean, spacious, beautifully decorated, pleasantly stocked with spices, coffee and even a bottle of wine. Sylvia provided so much information regarding restaurants, attractions and she was incredibly prompt with her messages to any questions. I loved the beach access, patio with beach views, private sitting area and pool just around the corner. This place was just wonderful :)

16 minute walk from the condo to Airport road & Welfare rd.(Main rd.) to all the restaurants, casinos and entertainment. We host our sister unit Caribbean Breeze in the same complex. If you're looking for another unit to share with family or friends. Let us know.
