Arquitecto loft de 120m2 muy encantador, espacioso, luminoso, totalmente equipado, cómodo, completamente renovado con materiales de calidad. Dos habitaciones (cama doble) más altillo, jardín privado. Tenga en cuenta que la casa también tiene una sala de música insonorizada equipada con un piano. Muy tranquilo, cerca de tiendas y todos los servicios. A 5 minutos a pie de la línea 7 del metro (Museo de Ciencia e Industria, Parc de la Villette, Chatelet, Gare de l'Est, Opera, Museo del Louvre), y 5 minutos en autobús del RER B (Aeropuerto de Charles) de Gaulle directo).

Atención, hay 30 euros de tarifa de limpieza a pagar directamente al final de la estancia.

Awesome Aubervilliers Hideaway

After several visits to Paris, I thought for this trip I should explore new territory, so I picked this wonderful place just outside the city limits. The house is clean, sunny, artfully decorated, comfortable, spacious, and very accommodating. There are two bedrooms, two bathrooms, laundry facilities, lots of interesting books to browse, a stone patio to sit on warm evenings with a glass of wine. Vincent, the owner, is readily available to answer any questions about the house or the neighborhood. He provided me with a very comprehensive list of neighboring districts, restaurants, interesting sites, night clubs, etc. There are also a few travel books in French and in English in the house. The Metro into Paris (line 7) is just a 5 minute walk from the house. A nice supermarket and a bakery are within 3 minutes away from the house. Though it's on a busy street, the property is tucked away down a long , private driveway so you don't hear much traffic noise. But I should also say: it is dark at night. If I had to add anything that would make Vincent's place even more accommodating, it would be to provide more detailed instructions on how to operate the induction stove (not a common appliance in America) and the washer. Overall this is a very special place and one I hope to return to again!

La casa es acogedora, limpia y muy tranquila. Nos ha ido fenomenal el hecho de estar situada a 5 minutos del metro, con la linea 7 llegas al centro de París. Tambien ha sido perfecta para ir a Eurodisney. El propietario ha sido muy amable.

Perfekte Basis für Parisausflüge

Das Objekt ist sehr leicht mit dem Auto zu erreichen, ohne in den Pariser Verkehr zu müssen. Parken geht meist nur in der Nachbarschaft. Wir konnten allerdings im Objekt parken, weil Vincents Nachbar nicht da war und wir seinen Eingang blockieren durften. Das Haus ist cool! Sehr offen angelegt und mit viel Stil. Vincent wohnt selbst drin und vermietet es, wenn er längere Zeit weg ist. Deshalb ist es wie ein richtiges Zuhause und nicht wie eine anonyme Ferienwohnung. Vincent ist Musiker. Es gibt viele Instrumente und eine große Sammlung Jazz auf CD und Vinyl. Wir durften alles benutzen. Es gibt ein Schlafzimmer mit Doppelbett. Die anderen Betten sind zwar separat aber nicht durch Türen vollkommen abtrennbar. Für uns war das vollkommen OK. Die Gegend ist multikulturell und sozial eher schwach. Es ist immer Leben auf der Straße, wenn man zum Bäcker (2 min) oder zur Metro (7 min) geht. Die Metro 7 fährt direkt ins Zentrum (Louvre). Vincent hat auch noch viele Tipps zu diversen Stationen parat. Empfehlenswert ist der Parc de la Villette und ein Spaziergang bis Place Stalingrad. Zusammengefasst: super Unterkunft, wenn man nicht gerade sehr feinfühlig ist bzgl. der Umgebung, wir würden wieder dort buchen

Famlientour nach Paris

Unser Aufenthalt in Vincents Wohnung war sehr angenehm! Es ist alles wie abgebildet. Für eine Tour durch Paris ist es ein prima Ausgangspunkt, vorallem wenn man ein wenig mehr als die touristischen Ecken kennenlernen will.

Das Haus von Vincent ist einfach super! Mit allem ausgestattet, was es braucht. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Sehr entspannter und netter Gastgeber. Auch unsere 3 Kinder waren begeistert. Danke für diesen herrlichen und ruhigen Ort, an dem wir nach erlebnisreichen Tagen in Paris abends immer durchatmen konnten!

7 dagen Parijs in hartje zomer

Voorafgaand aan de reis prima te woord gestaan door de eigenaar van dit prachtige huisje (3 verdiepingen!). Duidelijke instructies gehad over de sleuteloverdracht en de wetenswaardigheden van het huis. Met de metro vanaf Gare du Nord in 20 min op metrostation van bestemming. Om het metrostation in de zomer veel mensen op straat. Als gezin van 4 voelden we ons daar niet onveilig. Na 5 min lopen door een wijk met betonnen flats is daar ineens het straatje met 5 huisjes met prachtige groene tuintjes, een ware oase. Het betreffende huis is prachtig verbouwd en smaakvol ingericht. De bedden zijn opgemaakt en handdoeken liggen klaar. Er liggen ook nog wat boekjes en kaarten over Parijs om in te kijken (voor als je nog niet voorbereid bent). Wij hadden een zeer warme week, maar dankzij rolluiken bij thuiskomst aan het eind van de dag verfrissend koel. Om de hoek op 3 min afstand is een bakker die alle dagen verse broodjes heeft. Iets verder, 5 min zit een supermarktje. Het huis is heel persoonlijk ingericht, waardoor je het idee krijgt de eigenaar te leren kennen. Wij verbleven er 7 dagen maar zouden er het een half jaar ws ook wel volhouden.

Very nice and peaceful stay nearby Paris

The house was very nice and very clean. The Owner and also the neighbours are also very friendly and helpful. Vincent is easily reachable. The metro stop (line 7) is close to the house which is very convenient to go for visits around Paris... Aubervilliers itself is all-right: very friendly shops and people. The bakery has fresh (still hot) bread and a small super market as well as a butcher in the corner or the street ...about 5-7 min away. We could also enjoy sunny breakfast with fresh croissants in the garden in the morning. We had a very nice stay and will definitely come back.

Wir haben viel gesehen und erlebt. Paris ist eine Reise wert.

Die Lage des Objektes befindet sich in einem der schlimmsten Stadtteilen von Paris. Man sollte sich jedoch nicht von der ersten Aussenansicht der 104 abschrecken lassen. Hinter dem grünen Tor befinden sich fünf Häuser. In diesem Bereich fühlt man sich sicher. Das Haus ist in einem tadellosem Zustand. Sehr geschmackvoll und mit Liebe eingerichtet und bietet sämtlichen Komfort. Die Nachbarn sind freundlich und hilfsbereit. Die vorherige Kommunikation und der Empfang von Vincent war hervorragend. Vincent hat uns über das Haus und die Metro bestens informiert und tips für Ausflüge ins Zentrum gegeben. Das Parken des Autos ist eine Katastrophe. Man sollte das Auto nach Paris nicht nehmen, sondern mit der Metro reinfahren, die in 5 Minuten Fußweg zu erreichen ist.

Tolles Haus, super Einrichtung

Das Haus von Vincent ist sehr schön eingerichtet. Die Küche ist komplett gut ausgestattet. Man findet alles, was man braucht. Das Auto haben wir kostenlos in einer Seitenstraße geparkt. Bis zum Bäcker sind es etwa 2 Minuten und bis zum Supermarkt 3 Minuten. Mit der Metro erreicht man zügig alle Sehenswürdigkeiten. Der Kontakt zum Vermieter war sehr angenehm und unkompliziert. Sehr gerne kommen wir wieder!

Beautiful home, close to metro

The house was beautiful and had everything needed for a visit to Paris. It is close to the metro line 7 which takes you all the way to downtown Paris. Vincent met us there to welcome us and explain the features of the house to us. He was a gracious host and we enjoyed every moment of being there.

This home was the nicest place we’ve stayed during our 2 weeks in Europe

This house is very unique with great style and comfort. The beds are comfortable, there is plenty of space to move around and all the comforts of home. Very convenient to public transportation, we took the train every day with no problem. Great communication with the owner and neighbors. This is an excellent choice for a great experience in the city of Paris.

Beautiful apartment and excellent communication from owner. Fantastic guide on area, transport and general household information is provided. Public transport to city is reasonable on Metro but did not feel safe to use late at night. Supermarket nearby for essentials.

Quiet and accessible

This was a perfect place from which to enjoy Paris. The house is nicely put together. The living space downstairs is roomy and comfortable. The bedrooms are cosy. And the kitchen had everything we needed. We liked the three-floor layout with the spiral staircase. Vincent was there when we arrived to show us how everything worked. The house is located down the street from a bakery and a grocery store. A block and a half away is a subway making all of Paris accessible to anyone interested in exploring. Our only regret is that we did not stay longer. Great place. Thank you, Vincent!

Schöne Tage in Aubervilliers - Tolles Ferienhaus

Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt im Ferienhaus von Vincent sehr genossen. Das Haus ist sehr ruhig und liegt sehr gut gelegen in einem Multikulti-Viertel. Es sind zwei Minuten zum Bäcker, drei Minuten zum Supermarkt und sechs Minuten zur Metro-Station Fort d'Aubervilliers (Linie 7). Das Haus ist toll eingerichtet auf quasi drei Etagen mit zwei Bädern. Es ist alles vorhanden, was man benötigt auch wenn wir selbst nicht gekocht haben. Es war sehr sauber und wir haben uns von der ersten Minute an sehr wohlgefühlt. Leider haben wir Vincent nicht persönlich kennen lernen dürfen. Aber die Einrichtung, die Bilder und die Fotos haben uns einiges über ihr verraten und dank Wikipedia und diversen Youtube Videos wissen wir jetzt ein bisschen mehr über ihn. Seine Betreuung aus der Ferne war hervorragend, die Schlüsselübergabe durch die Nachbarn völlig unproblematisch. Parken auf dem Grundstück ist nicht möglich. Wir hatten unseren Wagen in einer Seitenstrasse abgestellt (kostenlos, keine Parkeinschränkungen) Alles in allem: sehr zu empfehlen, wenn wir wieder in Paris sind kommen wir wieder.

Excellent gîte!

Nous n'avons pas eu la chance de rencontrer Vincent qui était en voyage très loin. La maison est propre, confortable, bien équipée, avec une jolie déco. La boulangerie est à coté, le "Franprix" juste un peu plus loin. Pas besoin de voiture, les transports (métro, bus et RER) sont à 5mn. Nous reviendrons.

Tres bon séjour et tres bon accueil chez Vincent.

Le logement de Vincent est spacieux et tres confortable pour une famille. Nous avons apprécié particulièrement son emplacement. Nous étions tout proche de la Villette pour le plaisir des enfants. Le métro est à proximité, également des magasins d alimentation. Le logement est moderne et entièrement équipé pour une famille de 5 personnes. Vincent est tres sympathique et très sensible au confort des ses hôtes. Je recommande son logement.

Maison spacieuse et très lumineuse aux portes de Paris 5 min à pied au Metro ligne 7

C’est une maison d’artistes et musiciens très bien décorée et agencée avec une jolie petite cour verdoyante. On se reveille avec le chant d’oiseaux. La maison est très lumineuse, calme, confortable et décorée avec de beaux tableaux, meublé avec gout. Il y a une grande bibliothèque, belles photos, cuisine très bien équipée, couchages pour 6 personnes et 2 grandes salles de bain. L’accueil des propriétaires est chaleureux, attentif et compréhensif. Nous avons adoré notre séjour et espérons revenir.
