We totally enjoyed our stay. The place is beautiful and was perfect for us. It was an ideal location for our plans. Would definitely recommend to anyone visiting Clearwater. Will try to stay here again in the future.

Home Away from Home

We really enjoyed our stay. It had all the amenities we needed for our 12 day stay. Very comfortable, well decorated, and location was great. Wish we could have stayed longer.

Wonderful place

We stayed here for a week in April! The pool was warm and wonderful for myself and the kids. The property was very clean and perfect for what we needed!

Great Condo!

This condo is in a great location for shopping, golf courses and not far from Clearwater Beach. We had all the amenities that we needed.

Great location, well equipped comfortable condo, maintained to a high standard. Close to beaches and easy to navigate to other areas of Clearwater. It was a shame the gym was closed for repair, and the pool heating was broken for our entire stay for which we were unaware. We enjoyed our stay, had no issues with the condo and would definitely recommend.

We are disappointed to have that feedback despite the instructions that we give for using the Roku tv. As for the lights these are the last generation of smart switches easy to use just push the button nothing complicated! And by the way you left two bath towels complete ruined full of stains!

Perfect!

We had a wonderful stay in your condo!! It was a perfect location and everything was very clean. We were a bit disappointed that there was no hot tub on the property as it looks like there is in the photos (it's a fountain!) but the heated pool made up for it. Perfect location and close to everything and the city was so easy to get around in. Loved that there was also a grocery store right across the road from the condo complex. Hope to return sooner rather than later!!!

Comfortable for 2 people

The condo was nice, clean, in a good neighborhood. Quick drive to the beach. Lots of stair to enter the condo. Sleeper couch was hard to sit on, cushions were compressed. Pool area was nice, water was warm, however it was difficult to find a chair until late in the day unless you were down there when the pool opened.

Thank you for the review. It helps us understand better the needs of our guests. Having said that we always remind our customers that it is “home away from home “ not a hotel room. Everything that you had there is brand new including the sofa bed which by the way we found it comfortable.

Great Choice!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this property. It met with all our expectations. Clean and beautifully decorated. The staff was friendly and helpful. Contact with the owners was easy. Submitted questions which were answered via email immediately answered. There are full-time residents and winter snowbirds as well as first timers like us. Quiet. Pool was lovely. Restaurants, grocery and shops nearby. Beach about a 10 minute drive. There is everything needed to provide a comfortable and enjoyable stay. We will be back!

the sleeping arrangements that are set up are super nice for a third person! apartment was clean, and was into the balcony :) check in was easy! easier than last year (different apartment) the hosts were wonderful.

Very pleasant experience!

We very much enjoyed our stay in the condominium. It was clean, tastefully decorated, and appliances were in good working order. The condo is a convenient, short drive to several beaches. The owners were very responsive to any questions we had.

Just as pictured

We had a very nice 2 week stay. Condo was clean and comfortable. We would rent this unit again. The Avalon is in a good location within minutes of plenty of things to do.

PERFECT!

Brand new remodel! Immaculate, well thought out, bright, relaxing. The owner is an artist & her art work is displayed in each room. Decor is bright and comfortable. VERY comfortable bed, great shower, new sofas, and a well organized kitchen. We will be back.

Lovely one bedroom

Stayed in Clearwater for a week and had a lovely time despite the rough weather when we arrived. Apartment was clean, quiet and in a great location close to restaurants, stores and just a short drive to the beach. Owners were very responsive and quick to communicate. Made it through our first hurricane/tropical storm no problem. We felt very safe and well taken care of. Owners checked on us and made sure all was well which we appreciated. Thank you!

We Can’t Wait to Come Back!

We were so excited to stay at Anca and Mirel’s condo seeing the pictures ahead of time. When we arrived it was far above our expectations. We enjoyed this condo so much, it felt like we were at home and the decor was very well done! Also, the owners were helpful with any questions or needs that we had. Looking forward to staying here again soon! Highly recommend it.

Comfortable, New, Quiet

This condo has been totally updated. The Kitchen appliances and washer and dryer are top brands and easy to use. The bath is perfect. The bed, bedding, pillows, all great and super comfortable. This condo is a perfect distance from the pool. A close walk, but you can not hear the pool noise. We never used the gym. TV's are easy to use with ROKU. We really enjoyed breakfast at "Our Place" located across the road and lunches on the deck at "Abe's Place Tap and Grill". Both serve ample portions, nice staff, and Abe's is walkable. We enjoyed Dunedin, which is only 20 minutes away. Our favorite was eating at "Bon Appetite" on the water. Pier 60, Clearwater Beach and Honeymoon Island are all pretty close. Enjoyed our stay.

Very good experience at facility Upon arrival found entering gate and finding room to be a little confusing but once in everything else was great. The provided beach chairs and towels are a nice touch. Pool was clean and inviting everything was in good working order only odd thing was that the large trash can was missing and management didn't know where it could have gone but responded quickly with a new one to replace. Would recommend to family and friends

Amazing!

We had such a great experience at this condo. The property was very clean and neat. The appliances all seem brand new and were very nice to use. The owners had pots and pans available and anything you may need during your stay. We loved this condo and would definitely stay again!
