Great Location

The house was completely updated and clean. It was setup nicely to accommodate a large group. Cool neighborhood with unique bars and restaurants in close proximity.

Best place for a big group

The house was exactly as described, hosts were super communicative (and accommodating!), part of town is very cool. We stayed in town with a group of 10/11 people and this place was stellar!

Louisville retreat

This was a fantastic property for a group of friends and family coming in to celebrate! The owners were great at communicating and the house was absolutely perfect. Lots of bedrooms spread out, multiple places to sit and relax, and in a great location.

Fantastic house!

This is a great house for a large group in a nice neighborhood. Comfortable beds and good living space with nice amenities. It's close to many restaurants and shops on Bardstown Rd. Jill, the owner, was responsive and communicative. Would definitely stay here again!

50th Birthday Boys Trip

Prefect location for a group of 8 friends to celebrate a 50th birthday. Walking distance to bars, restaurants, and shops. Convenient for your companies to pick up for day trips to the distilleries. Great rooftop deck to hang out in the evenings socializing. Owner was so helpful and easy to communicate with, thank you!!

Everything we needed

Property was everything we needed. Plenty of space for our large group to spread out. Parking was a plus. It was easy to check in especially as we were all arriving from different parts of the country and different times.

We were a group of eight managers from a Northern Kentucky business that annually goes offsite for a retreat. This house was ideal for that situation for two days.

Great house and view

We had a great time at the house for our group of 15. Plenty of beds space for everyone, big bathrooms and showers, well equipped kitchen, awesome front deck overlooking the street. The deck had plenty of room for cornhole, and also had a grill we used every night. Great furniture and games throughout the house. Easy ride or Uber to downtown and we launched our bourbon trail bus Saturday morning. Excellent on all counts!

In great condition with so many bathrooms and wonderful decks that makes the stay perfect! Location is great! Walking distance to Cherokee park and many many food choices.

Great house, awesome location

We stayed over Derby weekend and to celebrate a birthday with 10 friends, family. The house is great - lots of bedrooms to spread out. Bathroom count is a little sparse for the bedroom capacity particularly if you are getting dressed up for an occasion, but worked great for our group. Bardstown Street was great for restaurants and little shops, very walkable to a bunch of options. The rooftop was fantastic for Mother’s Day brunch. We liked the close proximity to Cherokee Park that has a bunch of running paths. Jill was a great host, providing information promptly and succinctly.

Great time in Louisville!

We celebrated a friends bachelor party and thoroughly enjoyed the property! The house was clean and well stocked with towels and linens, super close to the fun while being quieter than being downtown, and really fun to walk Bardstown Road and the shops, food, etc. Excellent time!!

Nice sprawling brand new house with a huge balcony and a great location

I hosted 13 people for a bachelor party and this house was great. I wish it was a little warmer so that we could have made use of the balcony as it is really the only place in the house where all 13 people could sit together comfortably. Inside has really nice common areas but they are better for maybe 8 people tops. Would love to stay here again if I’m back in Louisville. The street the property is on has some great restaurants within a few minute walk and the location is pretty close to downtown by a 10 min Uber or a 50 min walk

Perfect couples bourbon trail getaway

Great location. We visited with 4 other couples for my husbands 50th. This house is in a great area within walking distance of restaurants and stores. We had lots of room to spread out. Having two living room areas was ideal. Unfortunately the weather didn’t cooperate for us to enjoy the rooftop deck. The house is well appointed and nicely decorated. Jill was super helpful and responsive. We spent two days on bourbon tours with Travel The Trail. Would totally recommend using them. They took over all the planning. They picked us up at the house and we didn’t have to worry about a thing. Celebration dinner at a Jeff Ruby’s was outstanding. Incredible breakfast down the street at Superchefs. Made lots of fabulous memories and wouldn’t change a thing.

Fantastic stay at a great location

The place and location are perfect for visiting Louisville. The patio is awesome and the space was great for a large group. The owners were easy to work. I was the host of a bachelor party and everyone is the party was really happy about the house we stayed at! Highly recommend!

Perfect all around!

I hosted a sorority reunion at this rental. It could not be more perfect for a group. We rented the entire house, which included two kitchens. The layout was great, allowing small groups to gather in places. The best part about the rental is the 1300 square foot deck. The weather allowed us to hang out there the entire weekend. The cute shops along Bardstown are a plus. Many restaurants within walking distance. Jill was super easy to communicate with. We will be back!

Wedding weekend

We rented this space to get ready in before our wedding and for our out of town wedding party to stay in for the weekend. Couldn’t have been happier with our stay. The place was beautiful and spacious and clean. Jill was so accommodating and prompt in her responses. The porch was amazing and a great place to relax. I highly recommend booking.

Perfect Guy’s weekend

Beautiful, clean, location perfect for large groups. A Central location makes it perfect to get around easily. The Large rooftop deck provides great view of the area. Top notch professionalism from the property owner as well, I highly recommend this location.

Great place to relax

This was the nicest property I have stayed at on vacation. Plenty of room for everyone to have their own space and great common areas for people to come together. The location made it easy to get around town; not far from bars and restaurants. House was very clean and nicely decorated. Patio was awesome.

We fell in love with hosting that we decided to purchase a second property just a few blocks down and have been operating through the first year of covid, successfully. Harry and I enjoy traveling and the outdoors, and especially meeting people from around the world. We're happy to have the opportunity to host you and your group.

This property cannot be beat. It is right in the middle of the best that Louisville has to offer. Several parks, amazing restaurants, bars pubs and shops all within walking distance. The rooftop terrace is the most amazing place to hang out and people watch or just enjoy your group of friends and family that you travel with.

1500 ft² rooftop terrace in the front and 800 ft² in the back. Makes it a perfect gathering place on a nice day. People of all ages enjoy the authentic Pac-Man machine upstairs. We provide lots of reading material of various genres when you need some quiet time. Everything is provided for you then make it a stress-free trip.
