ALOJAMIENTO EN tradicional dálmata RENOVADO CASA CERCA DEL MAR EN SEGET DONJI / Trogir.

House está situado en una zona tranquila, a 200 metros de la playa de piedras en el jardín mediterráneo. Aunque en la zona de paz y tranquilidad que se encuentra en la parte central de Seget Donji con todas las comodidades para una estancia confortable como navegar barcos en el puerto, pequeños supermercados, restaurantes, oficina de correos, farmacia y cafeterías en tan sólo unos minutos a pie.

En el Mediterráneo ambiente 2 km del casco antiguo de Trogir (visión de patrimonio de la UNESCO), con sus valores históricos y culturales intactos y un presente atractivo, en el corazón del Adriático en medio de una exuberante vegetación mediterránea, disfrutando del lujo de la naturaleza pacífica y encantadora casco antiguo.

Casa consta de dos apartamentos independientes, uno en la planta y otro en el primer piso, 75 metros cuadrados cada una con espacio al aire libre / terraza (50 metros cuadrados cada una). Además, hay 500 metros cuadrados de jardín con plantas dálmatas como aceitunas, lavanda y romero en frente de la casa.
Apartamento en primera planta tiene 3 dormitorios, salón con cama supletoria, toilette / baño, cocina totalmente equipada con comedor, aire acondicionado, acceso gratuito a Internet, TV satélite LCD, entrada independiente, que usa la parrilla en nuestro jardín.

Apartamento en planta baja dispone de 2 dormitorios, salón con 2 camas supletorias, toilette / baño, cocina totalmente equipada con comedor, aire acondicionado, acceso gratuito a Internet, SAT TV LCD, entrada independiente, comedor, uso de la parrilla en el jardín.

Este es un lugar ideal para unas vacaciones familiares perfectas y parejas.

Excellent place for a family reunion! There are three bedrooms upstairs (queen) (2x singles) + (queen) Two bedrooms downstairs (Queen) + (Queen) + two potential singles made of a couch downstairs We loved walking to trogir (25 minute stroll) and LOVED the beach/ restaurants and bakery very close by. Our host was reliable and great to communicate with.

Super property with lovely shaded terrace. Easy short walk down to beach and nice restaurants ( we enjoyed Rico's) and a lovely bakery at the bottom of the drive.Hop on a wee ferry to Trogir. The house is in 2 sections , we were a group of 4 and chose to stay upstairs with 3 bedrooms, it would be fantastic for a bigger group or 2 families as there are 2 more bedrooms and another kitchen and bathroom downstairs Everything was immaculately clean and cared for and there was no sign of the cats that someone mentioned in a previous review

Brilliant stay, fab hosts

Loved our time here. Drazen & Maria were so lovely, friendly & accommodating. We didn't see them til the last day but Drazen was a great & efficient communicator & was flexible about a few things we asked for. The house was gloriously cool with the AC. Everything just right. Could have perhaps have done with a decent large wok or frying pan or something to cook for 10 people, however we did manage with the saucepans ok. Near quite a main road but set right back so didn't matter at all, crossed it to get down to the beach where there is a lovely long strip with a few chilled out bars or restaurants dotted along the way. You have to pay €20 to hire large parasol & 2 loungers for the day but well worth it. Bring goggles to see the little fish, beach shoes for the sea urchins. We got the water taxi several times, lovely in the eve. Highly recommend blue lagoon/ 3 island boat tour ,€55 each adult including nice lunch, all day trip 9-5pm. Also highly recommend hiring a scooter/ motorbike for a day, from just round the corner, had a fab time exploring this way, €45/day. House was perfect for 2 families of 5. We only used downstairs kitchen to cook. Plenty of fridge/ freezer space between 2 flats. A wonderful holiday, sad to leave.

Fantastic Property Near Trogir

Mid August 2024 for 5 nights. This a fantastic place to stay near Trogir, We had a mini family reunion with seven adults (17-67) and everyone had a good time on the large property and in the area. This 'home' was better than expected, a large yard with olive trees, lime tree, fig tree, grape vines; great for kids to run around and play while adults sit outside under a ttile covered area with a large table. It also has a brick BBQ.The property is situated many yards from main road through town and with yard full of trees is secluded, with metal gate at entrance. The house has thick square lime stone walls, wood lever window coverings that open outward and double windows that open inward. The kitchens are equiped with modern appliances. The beds and pillows were very comfortable to all (an opinionated crew) The bathrooms were very nice with lots of hot water. We rented both floors, lower has lg. bedrooms at each end, a large family area in middle with kitchen and a large table, while upper has three lg. bedrooms in a row, with smaller family area with a kitchen table. Trogir, a medieval town, is a brisk 20min. walk and an absolute charm with very narrow "streets". and surprises. The water front has tons of choices for island hopping, visiting the Blue Cave and other attractions. Book at least a day ahead. Numerous beaches to choose from, Split is an hour city bus ride for 2euros Drazen Sevo, contact, excellent and replied promptly. Enjoy!

Das Haud war toll. Es war groß, sauber, gut ausgestattet und hatte eine gute Lage. Es gab viele Geschäfte in der Nähe. Der Vermieter war freundlich und zuvorkommend.

Großartiges Haus für Familienurlaub mit Freunden

Das Haus ist relativ zentral (und doch hinter der beliebten Bäckerei etwas versteckt) in Seget Donji gelegen. Zum Strand sind es ca. 7 min zu Fuß Entfernung. Bäckerei und Supermärkte sind in wenigen Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar. Von Seget Donji bis nach Trogir sind es zu Fuß ca. 20 - 25 min. Das Haus ist auch für kleine Kinder ideal, da das Grundstück relativ groß ist und Parkplätze locker für 2-3 Autos bietet. Es sind zwei Wohneinheiten mit jeweils einer Küche und 2 bzw. 3 separaten Schlafzimmern. Jede Wohneinheit verfügt über ein Badezimmer. Check-in und Check-out waren unproblematisch und die Kommunikation mit den Vermietern hervorragend. Wir würde definitiv ein weiteres Mal dieses Haus (in Abhängigkeit der Anzahl der Mitreisenden) buchen.

Très bon séjour

Nous avons passé un séjour très agréable. Nous étions 2 familles. La maison est très bien équipée et très propre. La terrasse est vraiment appréciable. L'emplacement est idéal pour profiter des environs. Plage très proche également. Nous recommandons vraiment cette location.

Lovely house at great location

We had a lovely stay at the property. It was a very hot week in July and the aircon was a life saver. Drazen communicated swiftly and was easy going with both check-in and check out times that helped us a lot as we have small children. The nearest beach is a few minutes walk. If you can, bring something against mosquitos and ants as there are a lot at the moment. We’d love to come back when the children are older. Thank you very much for being a lovely host!

Would love to come back!

I wish I could give this property a 10-star rating. An incredibly accommodating and thoughtful hosts, a quiet, clean, beautiful house and a beach within a 5-minute walk. We were in heaven! Factually speaking, the house is big enough for 3 families, since each floor is equipped with a kitchen and a bathroom and bedrooms on each floor, and there are 3 floors... all of that you can read in the description. If you are looking for a beach-side property, I recommend this house, even though you need to walk 5 minutes. Trust me, the house is worth the walk, and it's really a quiet walk in the shade. 10 Stars!

Das Haus hat eine sehr schöne Lage und besitzt mehr als ausreichend möglichkeiten sich zu versorgen. Die Ausstattung ist fantastisch und es hat uns an nichts gefehlt! Der Besitzer war sehr freundlich und zu hilfe kommend. Ich kann es jedem empfehlen dieses Haus zu mieten!

Hervorragende Unterkunft für größere Gruppen

Wir haben die Wohnung zu zehnt für eine Woche bewohnt und waren sehr zufrieden mit den Räumlichkeiten. Insbesondere die überdachte Terrasse haben wir bei dem schönen Wetter häufig genutzt. Zu Fuß ist man in 5-10 min am Meer, die wirklich schönen Strände sind jedoch etwas weiter weg. Alles in allem kann ich das Objekt nur weiterempfehlen.

Super sejour

Nous avons passé une excellente semaine dans la maison de Drazen. Nous etions un groupe de 9 adultes.La maison était tres propre , les lits faits à notre arrivée. Tous les équipements sont là pour passer un bon séjour. Petite plage sympa à 300m et tres bons petits restos au port. Nous recommandons vraiment cette adresse.

Beautiful house close to the beach

The house was very nice. We were eleven persons and we have enjoyed our vacation very much. The beach is not far away so i took us about five minutes to go swimming. The house was clean and well equipped. We can recommend it to every person who need a relaxed and fun vacation.

A wonderful After-season-Holiday

We had a great time with our big family in this wonderful house. We enjoyed it very much. Thank you for this good time. The house was clean and functional, everything we needed was there. Thanks to everybody organize everything so perfect: the Transfer and everything. We had relaxing days and we`d like to come again.

Very nice stay!

Good contact, very nice, big and clean house with good equipment, great for groups of younger people (we were ten people aged 17 to 18), close to the beach and to some supermarkets. Only the cats living at the property were cute but slightly annoying. We had a great holiday and enjoyed our stay in Seget Donji!

Very nice vacation in Dalmatia

The house is very beautiful and not far located from the beach. The rooms are very nice and all is perfectly clean. Air condition and Wi-Fi works perfect. To sit outside on the terrace is nice and the desk and chairs are comfortable. The location of the house is about 50 meters away from the road so it is very quiet. Near the house(by feet about 10 minutes) are very nice and good restaurants. If you want to go to Trogir is a boot shuttle and it takes about 15 minutes(cost 20 Kuna). The only not so positive thing we recognized is that the water is not so clear as we expected because the harbor is near. But if you go with the shuttle boat to Medena there the water is better and there is also a kind of water fun park. In general we had a very nice vacation and especially the house is really nice. Thanks to our renter and we know that we will come again. The reason for 4 stars is just because of the not so clear water at the beach. The house would get 6 stars!! :-)

a great charming house

We spent a really great stay in this house.We recommend you this house: everything is there to spend a nice holidayweek. Very quiet, confortable, well equiped (air conditioned, wash machine, everything to cook...) Nice terrasse, good situation to visit the area...and a very very nice owner!
