Bienvenido al principal condominio en Splash. Esta unidad de esquina masiva en el nivel más bajo posible.

QUIERES ESTA UNIDAD .. ESTA ES LA RAZÓN POR..

1. 2 maestros del frente del golfo GIGANTE. Más área de literas y sofá cama.

2. 107 oeste se encuentra en el primer piso de la sala de estar (todos los parques acuáticos están debajo), esta ubicación elimina la necesidad de esperar y esperar en los ascensores.

2) Unidad de la esquina ... vistas por todas partes. Tanto los maestros como la sala de estar desembocan en el balcón cubierto frente al golfo MASIVO. Mucho espacio para comer, descansar, leer o tomar el sol en privado.

3) Recien amueblado. Nuevas camas, sofá, pisos, televisores ... El propietario se enorgullece de mantener el condominio y mantenerlo en nuevas condiciones.

4) Ambas habitaciones tienen camas king, mucho espacio, nunca estrecho, aproximadamente 500 pies cuadrados más grande que la mayoría de las 2 brs.

5) Completamente abastecido y listo para funcionar. Televisores de pantalla plana, electrodomésticos modernos y todo el equipo de cocina para cocinar.

6) SERVICIO DE PLAYA sin cargo. 2 sillas y sombrillas configuradas diariamente para usted desde mediados de marzo hasta finales de octubre.

7) Servicio local. Warren Beach Rentals ha prestado servicios a la playa durante más de 24 años. Nuestra compañía local tiene una oficina cercana, por lo que siempre tendrá a nuestra familia cuidando a su familia.

We had a wonderful time!

We loved our stay! Condo was exactly as pictured, clean and cute! The first floor was a blessing (elevators take forever). Check in and check out was a breeze. Definitely recommend!

This condo was very nice. It was clean and we loved that it has 2 master bedrooms. It was also convenient to be on the first floor since the elevators were so busy.

This condo was very nice. It was clean and had the advantage of being on the first floor since the elevators were always busy. We went with friends and loved the 2 master suites. We loved the patio. The resort catered to children with the water activities but we loved the lazy river!

Fun in the Sun!

We enjoyed our stay at Splash room 107W owned by Warren Beach Rentals. I had several questions before we arrived. The employees at Warren Beach Rentals were very friendly and answered my questions fully. We would stay in this condo again. It was clean, convenient and had everything we needed! Thanks for a great time!

Loved it!

I will definitely be back! The location was great! Elevators slow at busy times during the day. Close enough to pools to use stairs though. Wouldn’t want a higher floor due to elevator issue. But will definitely stay again!

Great Condo except for AC problem

We loved the condo! It was an awesome location and beautifully decorated. I gave it an overall rating of 4 stars instead of 5 because of an air conditioning issue we had that was unable to be resolved. The property manager was super responsive in getting someone out right away but even thought the temperature was mid to upper 70’s except late at night or early morning the maintenance people could find nothing wrong to fix. The lowest the temperature got was 73. I keep the temperature really cold at home so we were pretty uncomfortable in the unit. However, the condo is great and the property managers are super responsive. Hopefully they figured out the problem with the air and no one else has the same problem we did.

The balcony is EPIC! Incredible layout. Enjoyable Condo, perfect for the family

We cant rave enough about this unit. From the moment we walked in the unit was clean and spacious and very well decorated. Warren Beach Rentals staff really did us a solid by recommending this unit. Its got one of the more interesting and unique layouts on the beach. Both masters were beach front and the balcony was MASSIVE, and on the corner, so you had views and space and we spent a lot of time out. PRO TIP: make sure you get this unit on the 1st floor, its elevated, above the pool, but you can take the steps up to the room. The elevators at Splash get BUSY. We just laughed at the folks needing to get to the 20th floor that spent their entire week waiting on an elevator. This condo really is a fantastic option. We will definitely be back.

2024 July Vacation

We loved the condo! It had all the room we needed. The two king beds were very comfortable and the rooms were spacious with plenty of closet space. The bunk room for three was cool for our three grandchildren. The kitchen had all the necessary appliances and dishes that made it feel like home. We loved the pullout couch for movie night and the large table and bar spaces. The outside table was perfect for my bible time and the view was spectacular!

Wonderful Stay

Everything was great! Check in was easy. This is our fourth stay and was the first time in this condo and it was just perfect for our family of 9. There was no issues and we loved that it was on the 1st floor. Still had amazing views and the perk of using stairs when the elevators were busy.

The BEST. This unit spoils you for anything else in Splash.

THE BEST.. * Floor Plan.. both couples had gulf front rooms i *Balcony.. its HUGE *location.. just over the pool and entertainment area, but you never hear it. *Elevators... never used them.. Just walk up and your done, and laugh at everyone waiting on their ride to their room. THIS WAS EPIC. *Decor.. elegant, not tacky or cheap.. very tasteful *comfort.. the beds were fantastic, clean, and there was no roughing it during our stay *company.. KUDOS to the Warren Beach team for your advice on putting us in this unit and for all your area knowledge *Amenities... No other building comes close to the amenities that Splash offers. its fantastic

Panama City Beach Stay

The unit is nice, but the building overall is looking a bit worn and dirty. The worst part of the whole trip was waiting for the elevators to get the luggage carts up 1 floor! It took 30 minutes when we got there and 45 minutes when we were leaving. Only 2 elevators for the whole building…not enough for hundreds of units.

Perfection!!!

Mid September and the weather was perfect! The room was on the first corner floor which was convenient to take the stairs when necessary. The views of the ocean were phenomenal also from this room. Originally i worried that we would be too close to ground level and hear a lot of noise, but we were very happy that was NOT the case. The room was clean and it accommodated anything we needed with kitchen supplies. Our only recommendation would be to replace the mattresses in both rooms. They were a little worn and stiff feeling. Overall we had a perfect trip and would 100% stay in this room again. Communication was great with the owners!

Exceptional Stay for Family Vacation

The condo was outstanding! We loved everything about it. The first floor was fabulous, the amenities were as described, and the condo itself had everything we needed. The kids loved the pools and splash pad. Even the beach service guy was complimentary of the owners of our condo and said they love working with them…. Super nice to have the beach service chairs included as well. We’re ordered groceries and a stroller from condocierge as well. Wow! Trish did an incredible job with our order and it was all stocked and cold in the condo when we got there! That was a gift to myself and it was awesome! We will be back without a doubt!

Always a good experience with Warren Beach Rentals

We loved our time at Splash and booking process with Warren Beach Rentals. They communicated with us during the process. Provided the unit at the price they quoted. The unit was clean and nice. They provided the amenities that they promised online. Check out was easy. When traveling with an 8 month old you want everything to go smoothly. Beautiful condo

We had a great vacation. We had 2 couples & enjoyed the 2 master bedrooms with king size bed & bath. When we did have a problem with the hair dryer & batteries they fixed everything the same day.

Great place for our big family!

107 W exceeded expectations!! Beautiful roomy condo with an excellent view. Door from living room to balcony was near impossible to open but you could easily access from either bedroom. Definitely recommend for family’s wanting to stay at splash resort. Wilson family.
