Ven a disfrutar de mi nuevo estudio de isla tropical en la increíble costa norte de Kauai. El día perfecto comienza agarrando los juguetes de la playa, rodando hacia una de las mejores playas del mundo y volviendo a casa para hacer una barbacoa junto a la piscina. El sol de la mañana brilla sobre el oasis privado de lanai donde se puede comer un buen desayuno en la moderna cocina. ¡Entonces prepárate para hacerlo todo de nuevo! Esta área no tiene paralelo en su belleza y mi pequeño "pedazo de paraíso" hará que su estancia sea perfecta. ¡Te prometo que te ENCANTARÁ!

We had an amazing stay at this property! It is the perfect location to explore the north shore, and has on site parking. The property was spotless and had everything we needed - the beach gear was a great addition. We loved spending mornings on the spacious and well furnished lanai. Kimberlee and her team are so helpful and communicative, I’d highly recommend staying here.

Kimberlee has put a lot of thoughtful touches into this place. It has a great location if you’re planning to golf at Princeville Makai, and you’re less than 10 minutes from Hanalei Bay. We had everything you could need, including items to make our own food (which is nice when it’s so expensive to eat out in Hawaii). She also has snorkel gear available for use. The unit is close to the pool/hot tub and to parking, so you only have a short way to carry luggage.

My husband and I had an excellent stay in this cute little condo! Kimberlee was a gracious host and the unit had everything we needed. It may seem small but we especially loved that condiments were stocked in the fridge. The lanai was lovely, the bed was super comfy, the air conditioner worked great and the pool at the complex was perfect for us. The area was quiet but still close to amenities and multiple great beaches. I also enjoyed running along the golf course that was across the street from the complex. The fan on the lanai was also a spectacular feature along with the party lights! Thanks for an amazing stay.

Our stay here was great! Kimberlee was so kind and generous to us as her guests; she was extremely responsive to questions and even provided us with some places to check out while enjoying our stay. The stay had everything listed and is the perfect set up for a couple staying on the north side of KAUA’I. Would highly recommend this stay, we will definitely be back!

Nice clean place . We love Princeville. Food was great. Everything was very close. Pool was not heated but the day we were there it was taken over by a birthday party.I was really hoping we would have a view of the ocean but that was a 10 min walk away.

Aloha and thanks for your review. I'll have to pass your great feedback on to my cleaners. They work hard and take pride in their good work:) I am very sorry about the birthday party at the pool! Parties are absolutely prohibited and I don't know how they got away with that except that we just got a new Resident Manager and he may not have gotten the message but he will now:). Yes the ocean views condo's reflect a much greater price but they also deal with lots of mildew. I do have a walking map for how to hike to all the beaches and will include some shorter walks to ocean views at your suggestion. Thanks again! Kimberlee

Host was amazing and accommodating when we arrived a little later than expected. Very clean space and perfect for me and my fiancée to come and go while exploring the island. Everything was beautiful and awesome! Host was very attentive to questions we had prior to arrival. Had a chance to meet her in person and she is very nice and grateful to have us. Would definitely recommend this property and host.

Such a great place to stay. The extras that were included such as the snorkeling gear and the chairs made the trip amazing. The cooking grill and coffee pot were very appreciated. Place was super clean as well.

This compact but perfectly equipped studio for 2 was just right for our needs for several days before meeting up with friends and moving to a larger venue. The overhead fan and light unit was not completely functional and the very heavy bedframe needed adjusting, but neither one of these things resulted in a significant issue for us. Great location to explore North Shore beaches. Our host was most welcoming! Very comfortable accommodations. We slept so well! Our host provided great recommendations. Everything we needed for a relaxing stay and beach adventures was provided. We cooked breakfast and had takeout from the local Foodland. We didn't use the pool, hot tub or grill as we were more interested in the beaches but they looked good too.

We enjoyed our stay here. It was clean, comfortable, conveniently located for what we wanted to do and all communication was responsive. The kitchenette was just big enough to allow us to cook some meals in and we appreciated the cooler and beach chairs for our excursions. If you’d like to stay in Princeville during your time in Kauai, I’d recommend this place!

I am a semi-retired teacher and have taught here in Kauai for over 30 years. I continue to teach for the State of Hawaii in online science courses. I am an athlete and a water woman and I enjoy surfing and compete in outrigger canoe races between the islands. I am a grandmother, a scientist, and a world traveler.

The folks that live in Sandpiper Village full time call it 'The Village'. Although it's a condo in a resort community we have families and working folks that live here along with the lucky visitors that we share the neighborhood with. The grounds and plantings are lush and tropical, the pool is crystal clean and the groundskeepers and management are friendly members of our village.
I rented this unit for over 20 years before I got a fortunate break and was able to purchase it in March 2019.
