Al ingresar a esta encantadora propiedad, notará toneladas de luz natural, ya que este es un diseño de unidad de esquina con ventanas durante días. Las puestas de sol sobre la 'Hamaca' y las increíbles vistas al mar son para morirse. La King Master Suite se encuentra en la parte trasera de la unidad con una gran ventana panorámica para mirar las estrellas, TV de pantalla plana de alta definición y un enorme baño principal con ducha y bañera para ayudar a relajarse después de un día en la playa.

Un montón de asientos para familiares y amigos y un HDTV de más de 50 pulgadas para entretener residen en la sala de estar principal.

CHECK YOUR BEDS UPON ARRIVING

I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We have been coming to this community for at least 10 years. We have only stayed in the condo units in multiple buildings. This year as we were following the check out guidelines with the linens etc. I discovered a very disgusting soiled mattress in a bedroom with NO mattress pad. When the cleaning service changed that bed before we checked in, it immediately should have been addressed. They only put a new set of linens on. I had several calls with maintenance the same week. John was always available and came to address issues. Leak under kitchen sink, and checked a toilet for a leak. I brought to his attention the condition of the mattress. He took photographs and shared with the cleaning service. I wished I would have checked the bed before we stayed the full 10 days. I find that unacceptable and if I owned this condo I would be appalled. Very unhappy with what I found for as much money I pay to stay in this community. Upon leaving I called to let them know I checked out early and was told a new mattress had been ordered. Too late for us, but hopefully someone got a clean mattress.

The condo was welcoming as soon as you walked in and saw the beautiful golf and ocean views. Close to beach access and pools. Loved every minute of our stay and felt right at home!

Cinnamon Beach

Beautiful resort. Very quiet. Condo was perfect and pools were perfect. I would be hesitant to bring young children to the ocean here. Very rocky, and sand is not soft. You need to wear footwear while walking beach and the huge rocks are everywhere. This could be dangerous for young children wanting to run into the ocean waves

Amazing Stay

The unit was much larger than expected from the pictures. Beautifully decorated, and the views were over the top. Easy access to the beach just next to the building. We loved it and can’t wait to return.

The pool area was nice and they had good food. The cleaning team did a nice job because we found the place nice and clean. The furniture was comfortable. The condo is nice and big. For management: We had an incident that the AC stopped cooling and the maintenance team did not make their response urgent enough. No AC in Florida during a vacation is and urgency second only to fire and flooding. It all worked out because we were handy enough to make some repairs of our own with maintenance showed up.

Furniture was disappointing; did not feel like a beach condo. Guest bedroom comforter was torn and dirty. Foyer light bulbs were burned out; had to call maintenance to get tv in living room working Maintenance was quick to respond and professional. Balcony furniture was disappointing. Cushions were stained (dirty) and paint flaking off the table. Parking was easy. Amenities were nice. Pools very clean and easy walk from condo.

Nice Condo

Spent almost a week there and no problems with the unit. We had stayed in a different unit in the building next door last year, so was familiar with the property. This time of year, the balcony is in full shade all day, until around 5:00PM. It will stay cool out there even when the air temperature is in the mid seventies. Kitchen was furnished well. I would suggest you bring some cleaning sprays like 409 or window cleaner as nothing much to clean with other than dishwashing liquid. Even with 4 adults and two small kids, it was plenty big enough for everyone.

Amazing View

This was our 2nd time staying at Cinnamon Beach. We tried to rent the same condo as last year, but it had been sold and no longer in the rental program. Glad it wasn’t available! This condo was lovely. Amazing view of the gold course and ocean. It was larger than the one we stayed in last year and lots more light since it’s a corner unit. The decor was simple but modern and fun. And the unit was spotless clean which is huge for me. They could use a few more utensils in the kitchen (cheese grater was cheap and breaking). They only had one cutting board and one casserole dish, so if you were planning to cook a lot (which I do), then you’d be disappointed. Otherwise, we loved it and hope to be back next year!

Family Vacation

The condo we stayed at was immaculate and beautiful. It had everything we needed and larger than we imagined. The only thing that we were disappointed with was the pool description. It said it was a five minute walk and we thought it would be in the same complex or close by. It was quite a distance from our building and we couldn't take any soft drinks or snacks inside the pool area with us. Otherwise, it was a great vacation and the beach was very nice and clean.
