Esta villa de un dormitorio se encuentra en el último piso de un complejo privado frente al mar en el corazón de la principal South Forest Beach de Hilton Head, ¡a 3 unidades del frente del océano! El complejo Sea Side recientemente renovado cuenta con una terraza frente al mar, dos piscinas, una lavadora y secadora que funcionan con monedas. Ascensor de acceso y estacionamiento cubierto con seguridad.
Tiene acceso directo y privado a la playa con duchas al aire libre. Las áreas de barbacoa y picnic están disponibles para su uso y se limpian todos los días.
Esta villa del tercer piso ofrece vistas al océano. Viene completamente equipado con acceso a Internet, secador de pelo, ropa de cama y toallas limpias, jabones, papel higiénico, toallas de papel y jabón para lavar ropa. Dos sillas de playa y un refrigerador también se proporcionan para su disfrute. También uso GRATUITO de gimnasio y piscina cubierta.

Yearly trip to HH

First time staying at Seaside. We loved how close it was to the beach and the ocean view from the balcony. It was a little small and wanted more comfy seating for those evenings watching a movie. Good value for the money.

First trip to Hilton Head!

This condo has all you need! You can walk to so much! The island has a lot of things to do and see. We are planning another trip in early fall because we definitely didn’t get to everything and we will stay at this condo again! The beach is very spacious too! Kim, the owner, was quick to reply with any questions that we had! Can’t wait to go back!

On a positive note. The view was amazing. We walked every morning to get coffee which was so nice. The landscape is well kept. Very quiet.The umbrella and wagon was an appreciated addition.On the disappointing side..:The condo and hall need major updates. Very warn and dated.The hall leading to the condo smells likeUrine and the pool was not clear (had a cloudy look) so didn’t use.

Perfect Weekend Getaway

It was a perfect spot for the weekend! We had a wedding in Bluffton and wanted a spot on the beach. It was clean, easy to get to and had everything you would need for a short weekend away.

Girls Trip

We had a wonderful time, loved the easy walk to the beach. The unit had beautiful views from the balcony. Parking can be difficult late at night. No waiting for the elevators was a plus.

Great Ocean View and Beach Access

We enjoyed our stay in this cozy condo. The balcony gave us the perfect view so we could watch and listen to the waves. It was walking distance to restaurants and shops. Everything we needed was provided.

Awesome stay in 329

Our stay in Seaside 329 was great! Everything was perfect. We had a great ocean view. We had extra towels and toilet paper! Kitchen was well stocked. Location was spot on. Walking distance to lots of shops and restaurants. We look forward to staying here again!

Wonderful!

This property is excellent! Excellent location, size and amenities. Perfect for two people but sleeps 4 with built in bunks. Fully equipped with iron, ironing board, hair dryer, beach chairs, and cooler! We will certainly rent from Ken & Denise again!

Good location with great beach area.

Owner easy to deal with. Good view of ocean and a great beach. Bedroom could use a renovation. Bedroom was too warm due to the type of air conditioning that the unit has.

Week at the Beach

Hilton Head has always been our go to beach venue for the past 20+ years. The rental was clean, but best of all was close access to the beach and the view. We enjoyed it much. Did I mention the view? Thank you

Enjoyable Stay

Property was as described. One of the sand chairs was broken, but everything else was great. Unfortunately our weather was cloudy and raining for the entire trip, but that is uncontrollable. We will definitely stay at this property again in the future. Would highly recommend!!

Great beach getaway

The condo was really nicely laid out. I could see coming with children also and feeling comfortable. The proximity to restaurants and activities is great also. But the best part and the reason to come is the beach access and view. It was beautiful, calming and really just the perfect way to spend the weekend. It was also nice because this was not a crowded part of the beach even though areas further up or down the beach were much more congested. I really enjoyed our weekend and would happily go again and stay here again.

Beautiful view!

The view was one of the best on the property that isn’t directly facing the water. Best bet is to use the stairs - the property is older and the elevator is a little slow. Unit is fully furnished and the ac is good and cold - including in the bedroom! The owners are GREAT at responding! Location was convenient to all attractions. The beach guards are also a great plus - definitely kept everyone safe with lookouts on marine life and weather! Great unit!!

Cozy and perfect for two

We enjoyed our stay. The place is perfect for two people. Can’t be the location to the beach and town. Loved sitting out on the veranda. Great view of the beach.Owner provides chairs and beach stuff which is nice if you don’t want to bring your own. It would be great to add either emailed information or a binder on site with restaurant suggestions for breakfast and dinner. First night we had no idea where to go or what to do and that would have been helpful. We figured it out and had great meals but that is just a suggestion.

Excellent Location

Loved our stay . Excellent Location , fast and great communication. Little dated but clean . It’s inspected and the house cleaner was told by inspector to come back and dust fan . That impressed me . Bedroom is very tight but gets job done . The health club was closed when we tried to go because of Covid . Closed over a year now . Bike paths are everywhere and shops and restaurants are near . Beach is close and beautiful ! Enjoyed our stay and time !

Nice relaxing

Place was very nice good view of beach great location walking distance to shops and restaurants. The unit says sleeps six but that would be tight in our opinion with just one bath and size of unit. The chairs were not beach chairs they were camping chairs and beach umbrella was small. Also no beach towels that’s is stated. Might also need extra TP. All in all it’s a nice place but our recommendation would be for 2 people or family with small children other beds are bunk in the hall or pullout.

Some positives and some negatives

Positives: Terrific location - condo right on the beach as promised Host was nice Check in process was easy. Host mailed me a key fob instead of having to enter the code at the gate Walking distance to restaurants and shops. Very nice area Negatives: The condo itself needs a deep clean and some maintenance. Fan in the bedroom full of dust. Bath tub was nasty. Mold and mildew on the shower door. Need to clean the wood shelf behind the bed Blinds were broken - no privacy Regular coffee pot is broken. It turns on but does not brew coffee Couch is very uncomfortable and has seen better days Green carpet in the bedroom needs to be replaced What a great condo but someone needs to show they care about this location.

Brest location but VERY small

The condo was in a great location and walkable to everything we wanted to do, Beach was beautiful. Condo was advertised to sleep 6. It had a full bed, two bunks in entrance and pull out couch. We only had 3 and felt extremely cramped. No place to put luggage except floor at night ( would have to climb over if need the bathroom as only 2 ft of space on the floor as room soo small) and on bed during the day. Bunks to narrow for our 20 year old daughter so she slept on couch. Bathroom too tiny for 3 let alone 6. Property was clean. Beach chairs all broken or in terrible shape. Screen door off track and leaning against build. We did message owner and they offered to come fix that day which was nice. Overall the location was perfect but condo NOT big enough to fit more than 2 or 3 people comfortably

Location! Location! Location! We live in the northern suburbs of Chicago and we visit Seaside as a place to get away from the cold Chicago winters. In the summer we travel to Hilton Head and enjoy biking, the beach, golf, tennis and water sports with our extended families.

Qué hace que este alojamiento sea especial

The ocean is only a few steps away! Restaurants and shopping are walking distance. Sometimes we never use our car after we arrive. We absolutely love this location and the view is spectacular.
