Imagínese sentado en la terraza con una taza de café caliente, oliendo los pinos y escuchando a los pájaros gorjear. Vuelva a conectar con amigos y familiares en nuestra acogedora cabaña, jugando y viendo películas. ¡A solo una hora y 30 minutos en automóvil de Phoenix y aproximadamente 20 grados más fríos! Camine alrededor del lago O'dell y camine por los senderos de montaña cercanos. Cerca de Flagstaff, Sedona, Grand Canyon ... una base perfecta para sus aventuras en el norte de Arizona.

We are so thankful to have found the cozy cabin when searching for the perfect place to stay for our family’s first visit to the Grand Canyon. We loved that it was close to many things, yet remote enough to experience a quiet mountain retreat. The cabin had everything that our family of six needed and more! Our hosts were very responsive and friendly, and our questions were answered very quickly. We loved our time at the Cozy Cabin and we would recommend staying there to anyone looking for a great place to rest and recharge in the Sedona/Flagstaff/Grand Canyon area.

We had a great stay at this newly remodeled A-frame cabin in Munds Park. The place is clean, comfortable, and exactly as advertised. We especially enjoyed sitting on the deck in the mornings with coffee, taking in the pine trees and the quiet.The cabin has everything you need for a relaxed getaway—good space for hanging out, playing games, and watching movies. It’s an easy drive from Phoenix and noticeably cooler, which was a big plus. The location worked well for day trips to Flagstaff, Sedona, and even the Grand Canyon. Overall, a very comfortable spot and a solid home base for exploring northern Arizona. 10/10 would recommend!

Great getaway

We enjoyed our stay in the nicely appointed cabin in Munds Park. It was clean, nicely located, and cozy. Communication was great and everything we needed was provided. We will definitely return again for a break from the heat!

Cozy cabin in the woods

The cabin was perfect for us, only 2 so we took the loft bedroom , ext red a bedroom on main floor The kitchen was nice and clean and washer/ dryer also. It was very quiet in the neighborhood all 3 days we were there Definitely would stay there again ,

Cozy Cabin is super sweet

The Cabin was super comfortable, even during the heatwave. It was well appointed with everything we needed for an enjoyable stay. You could see the owners personal touches all over the place; little affirmations and artwork. We would definitely stay her over and over again.

Great for a relaxing Thanksgiving weekend

We (parents and two daughters, ages 7 and 5) had a great Thanksgiving weekend here. Split time relaxing at the house and seeing local attractions. Loved Bearizona, North Pole Experience, and Grand Canyon. Property was as described, clean, and charming. Owner was super responsive when we had a question. Would definitely stay here again!

Wife's birthday trip

What can I say? My wife and I have stayed at numerous rental properties and this one is by far our favorite of all time. The location and accommodations are only outdone by the hosts themselves. Katy was the best and I would highly recommend this property to anyone who wants to get away into the mountains.

Absolutely perfect in every way

As soon as we walked in we were blown away with this cute cozy cabin. It was impeccably clean, adorably decorated, super comfortable beds, and great communication with the hosts!!! Darren & Katy definitely made it feel homey with sparkling cider in the fridge, snacks on the counter, and fun board games on the shelf. I can not wait to stay here again!!

Cutest Little Cabin in Munds Park

This cabin was everything we could ask for and more. Its so quiet and private. Katy & Darren have thought of everything and provided such an amazing experience. The enclosed back deck is where we spent most of our time. We cooked, we ate, we relaxed, it was amazing. All we can say is thank you for the memories ♥️

Cozy a frame cabin in quiet peaceful setting.

My wife and I spent 4 days in February just looking for a little R&R. Darren and Katy were excellent hosts. They provided information on activities available in the area and were very quick to respond to any questions that we had. The cabin was clean, beds were comfortable, and the wood stove was a blessing on those cool nights. Would (and likely will) return in a heartbeat.

Relaxing vacation

This is the cutest little A frame cottage. So cozy and quaint with all the little extras. Very clean! New clean towels with plenty of extra blankets and bedding. We enjoyed walking our dogs around the neighborhood which is adorable. Loved looking at all the cabins! I appreciated how central the location was, we spent time in Sedona, Williams, and Jerome during our stay. We planned ahead, knowing there weren’t any grocery stores near by, and brought plenty of food for breakfast and dinner and ate lunches out. I can’t wait to come back to Munds Park. I really enjoyed the relaxing energy here.

Escape from the heat

This A-frame was perfectly sized for my 4 year old and I and our dog to escape the heat and get up to one of our favorite places, Munds Park. We hiked and went into Flagstaff and walked the neighborhood and got our fill of pine trees and cool temperatures. The bed was very comfortable for sleeping and we felt at home in the living room space. Kitchen had what we needed. We were able to cook and get take out from Wandering Donkey and Pizzicletta. Everything was well thought out for small spaces.

Nice week in Munds Park

Great location, as advertised. Communication with owner was fast and helpful. Nice grill and front and rear porch. Appreciated the bottle of wine. However, Amenities do need some upgrading. Missing some cooking utensils, baking sheet, no liquid measuring cup. Batteries in lanterns were dead. Deck needs repaint/stain. Rear door deadbolt didn’t work, loose plate. Hence the 4 star rating. We would stay again.

Birthday Getaway

We just had a fabulous getaway at the Cozy Cabin. It was a perfect reset from the relentless Phoenix heat. Honestly, this was one of the most well-appointed and cleanest VRBO's we have ever stayed at. The attention to detail and little touches were lovely (note and wine to greet us and thank us, chocolates on our pillows, a welcome sign, seasonal decorations, a bed for our dog). I could go on and on about the details. Katy was extremely communicative and responsive. It truly felt like she cared about our stay. Highlights: star gazing on the back porch, morning coffee on the porch swing, playing Jenga, grilling out. You really don't need to bring a thing to the cabin. It had everything we needed to cook, a first aid kit, flashlight, etc. You name it; it's there. We can't wait to return! Thanks, Katy!

Needs repaired inside and out

Showers were good, small. Laundry facilities were good. Clean. Grill will minimal propane in tank. VRBO in need of multiple repairs inside & outside. Furniture inside cluttered with linens, towels etc. Dressers falling apart, door fell off when opening. Decks front and back requires entirely new foundation, boards broken, discolored, full of pine needles and seeds. Furniture not comfortable. Grass overgrown, dead trees. Advertised whirlpool/spa which wasn’t there. Advertising outdoor fire pit which we never found. Ice maker didn’t work on fridge. Overall a big disappointment. Won’t refer anyone nor would we ever stay again. Internet out for several days, no phone or TV. We spent money believing it was a five star properties. Not a two star property.

We fell in love with the area of Munds Park, how quiet and friendly a town it is. And only 15 minutes to Flagstaff. We saw the A-frame and immediately thought it would be the perfect mountain escape!

The beds are amazingly comfortable, smart tv's in all rooms, all kitchen & bathroom amenities provided. Lots of outdoor decks to relax under the pine trees.
