Munds Park, situado a 19 millas al sur de Flagstaff y 39 millas a Flagstaff. Nuestra casa es cálida y acogedora en los meses de invierno con una brisa fresca que fluye a través de la casa en los meses de verano. No podemos esperar para compartir con ustedes la vista desde la cubierta del bosque y los animales salvajes. Usted puede cocinar, hornear o asar, todas las especias y condimentos se suministran. Hay un montón de ropa de cama, mantas y toallas. En invierno, hay una gran cantidad de nieve junto con chimeneas para todas las estaciones.
Las dos habitaciones arriba y abajo son grandes, con camas king-size y baño privado. El dormitorio de abajo también incluye un sofá cama doble de cuero y una chimenea. La mesa del comedor tiene seis sillas. El tercer dormitorio es lo que llamamos el dormitorio con literas que tiene capacidad para dos adultos.

Wonderful

The house is beautiful and the pictures don’t do it justice. We loved the wrap around deck and spent most of our time sitting there. Rebecca was wonderful to work with and I appreciated her help. We had a family emergency after only being there for 5 hours and had to leave. The next day I text her and we were able to return and finish our trip. I highly recommend this property.

Great cabin

We had a wonderful stay and really enjoyed the cabin. We stayed for the Thanksgiving holiday with our family and appreciated the well stocked kitchen. Spent a lot of our time on the huge deck playing fooseball and enjoying the cold weather with heaters. Rebecca is very quick to respond with any concerns or questions which was much appreciated! Would definitely recommend!

Awesome trip

My husband, daughter, her boyfriend, and I just stayed for a week and it was absolutely perfect. The house is comfortable and spacious, super clean, and has all the amenities you need. Rebecca was phenomenal in communicating with us and went above and beyond to assist us with any questions or concerns that we had. She even was able to add an extra night stay at the last minute for us. She made sure to also give us a great variety of fun things to do while in the area. We had a small issue trying to find a place to park our trailer due to unexpected snowfall and she and Dave went above and beyond helping with us. I can’t say enough good things about our experience and are already looking at planning a return trip.

Weekend escape to cool weather

Overall was a nice place and clean. Clean bedding! Liked the fenced in balcony for our dog. Neighbors were nice. Great place for a group.

Great weekend at a beautiful cabin!

Loved waking up every morning having coffee on the huge deck. Perfect getaway for the weekend. We took our side by side on the trail to lake Mary. We will stay here again!

A Comfortable Getaway

Our family enjoyed a relaxing time at Quadmanor. The amenities were plentiful and the location was perfect! The home had all we needed and more including the most amazing massage chair! Dave and Rebecca were great communicators and were very accommodating! I will recommend this home to friends and family. This wonderful home will definitely be our first choice for a relaxing, peaceful getaway in Munds Park!

Very nice Family Spot

This property was wonderful for our needs as a sightseeing home base for the week. The house is nicely updated and the owners are very friendly and responsive. There are some nice amenities for families with little ones including some indoor and outdoor toys, 2 pack-n-plays, and a baby gate for the stairs. There is a playground close by in the development by the golf course that is nicely maintained. Overall we really enjoyed our stay, thanks so much!

Fantastic Mountain Retreat

We truly enjoyed our stay at this lovely mountain cabin. Conveniently located between Flagstaff and Sedona we were able to visit both areas easily and still enjoy the comfort of a quiet mountain neighborhood. The home was lovely exactly as advertised and well kept. It was generously stocked with everything you would need for a quiet getaway. It had a FANTASTIC deck that allowed for great outdoor cooking, relaxing and fun. We truly appreciate our hosts hospitality and look forward to our next opportunity to visit.

Nice Location!!

Great location and setup. Great trail rides for side by sides. Enjoyed a long weekend celebrating our daughter’s 16th birthday. Perfect house for parents on one floor and teens on another. Rebecca and Dave were a pleasure to deal with. A+

Winter wonderland!

Host was amazing and very communicative! When we arrived to the home it was 100% exactly as pictured. We wanted a place to go play in the snow and this home felt just perfect a warm and cozy cabin in the snow!! My family had the most amazing time they could just walk out and play in the snow, we also enjoyed the large deck with heaters at night. We had such a nice stay, we definitely will book again. Thank you Rebecca for giving us a wonderful weekend in your home!

Perfect getaway

Our family had a great time at the Quadmanor Cabin. It was very clean and ready to go upon our arrival. The outside deck is amazing spent a lot of time out there. Perfect little dog run for our dog to do her business. Quiet neighborhood and friendly people. So thankful it had an AC unit we were up on a pretty warm weekend, so that was very nice to have. The massage chairs were also great! This cabin has everything you need. Our family loved it and would definitely stay here again. The host Rebecca was great with communication. If you chose this cabin you will not be disappointed! Beautiful and so relaxing!

Great House!

We really enjoyed our stay house was perfect! Location of the house is convenient between Sedona and Flagstaff which we visited both over weekend. My husband and kids really loved it! It was just the right size, beds were very comfortable, house was very clean and fully stocked on all the necessities you can think of! I would definitely stay here again. House heater worked perfect loved the wrap around deck and the outside heaters were perfect. One of our favorite things was the Massage chair we loved it! Looks like deck and roof are still going under some renovation, but overall was great! Wish we would have spent more time in house!

Making memories in the snow

This was our 1st Christmas with snow in 10+ yrs and it was also our triplets first Christmas! The memories we made at this cabin are super special and are forever cherished. Snowball fight on the huge patio, making snow angels and sledding are just a few. Rebecca was easily available for any questions that we had. The cabin we well stocked and clean. Would recommend this cabin and hope to stay again to make more memories. Thank you so much for sharing your home! Kelly

Beautifully updated

My husband and I were just looking for a place north to escape the Valley heat and found Munds Park. We enjoyed our two week stay in this updated split entry home in a peaceful neighborhood. All the essentials are there that you need. The fresh air from all the tall pines that scented the air as we sat on the massive wrap-around deck was extremely pleasing and relaxing. And the traffic noise from the Interstate hwy was mild and was not at all a bother. This home is an inviting place to stay and relax. Plus, the hosts were very responsive and helpful when questions were asked, no problem. We would recommend!

Graduation weekend

We really enjoyed our stay. The house was nice and comfortable. Our only suggestions would be to check the water in the basement shower. We had lukewarm water for every shower. The water from that bathroom sink was nice and hot so it was a little confusing. Also, you could add some wine glasses. We had to drink wine from coffee mugs. Other than that everything was really nice and we really enjoyed sitting on the deck with the fire table and heaters!

Loved It, Balcony to breath in the pines and stars.

"Rebecca, Thank you for the wonderful comfortable accommodations! Loved the large 2nd story patio that wraps around 3/4 of the cabin. We could sit out there day and night in total comfort. We stayed over the long Fourth of July weekend and everyone we met was so nice. The community is very inviting even though we were short term renters. WE brought our talon, and took it on some fun all terrain motorized trails, so fun with the grandkids. Parking at your unit was outstanding due to having two vehicles, a trailer, and the talon. It all worked fine. I also loved the room setup, two rooms upstairs, and one down. Three bathrooms was also a good surprise. The kitchen was well stocked, so cooking was easy. The large granite top with bar chairs worked great when we had some friends for dinner. I personally really enjoyed the massage chair, that was the topnotch kind with deep massage from your toes to fingertips. Also the designated fenced dog run in back, was used and easy for cleanup. We purchased this property because of the outdoor living, the first thing we did was build a huge deck to enjoy the breeze and wildlife. We purchased this property because of its accessibility to hundreds of UTV trails including backroads to Sedona and Flagstaff.

Forest trails are just a few minutes away. There are ATV trails taking you to Sedona or Flagstaff. Tasty BBQ restaurant is just a few minutes away. Munds Park is between Sedona and Flagstaff. You can get to either location through forest trails.
