Esta propiedad fue completamente renovada el 5/18/19 e incluye pisos de madera noble, techos con vigas, 3 camas, 2 baños, el maestro tiene deslizadores que se abren a la cubierta de la piscina, las comodidades incluyen estufa de gas, WiFi, cable, pozo de fuego, barbacoa, piscina y lavadora / secadora. Este es un vecindario tan pintoresco y tranquilo que está literalmente a la vuelta de la esquina de la playa ya pocos minutos de buenos restaurantes, tiendas y vida nocturna. Si tienes motos acuáticas, puedes traerlas: botes de menos de 20 pies, motos acuáticas, kayaks, etc. Quiero que su estadía sea lo más placentera posible, por lo que he incluido artículos como ropa de cama, toallas, artículos de tocador, etc., así que todo lo que necesita hacer es traer su maleta y prepararse para relajarse.

We really enjoyed our 3 week stay. We also brought our dog for his well deserved vacation. The views from the pool area over looking the canal are so relaxing. Great communication with the hosts…we’d love to repeat next year.

Loved our spring break!

The home was a perfect spot for our families spring break trip. The house was very clean and the host was very responsive. Very close to beaches and restaurants and my kids loved fishing off the dock.

Adorable bungalow in a lovely, quiet neighborhood. Pool was very relaxing. We didn't bring a boat, but if you do you can launch right from the driveway. Canal is loaded with fish. Lights strung in several yards create a beautiful atmosphere. No problems encountered. Just be careful of awkward steps leading to laundry room in the garage.

We enjoyed the location and quiet neighborhood. The canal provides a nice backdrop from the kitchen and lanai. We did not have time to fish but we heard them calling our name!

Fishing trip

The house is nice and it was perfect for our family. The only reason not all stars is the boat ramp is very misleading and where the home is located you can not go in and out during low tide. At low tide the water is less then a foot which makes it where you can’t get to the house or back out.

Easter vacation

Cute house in a great, quiet location. Close to shopping, dinning and beaches. Fishing off the backyard dock in canal was fantastic as was the heated pool. Host was quick to respond and to address any of our questions or concerns. The updated kitchen was fabulous. More stairs then we realized, we're old lol, but we had a relaxing, restful vacation with outstanding weather!

Great location! Our family met up here for the holidays and we loved the house. Comfortable living rooms large enough to play board games, watch movies, etc. it was rainy this week but looking out over the canal and other boats is very nice. The pool was a nice temperature. A/C went out and owner had it fixed within a couple of hours while we were out. Great owner, you’ll love this house.

Great weekend get away

The only issue is if you have a boat bigger that 19’ it can not be docked off the dock from the house. You have to go to the marina which is a couple miles away. The water is very low

Sorry you had trouble docking your boat. I know it depends on the draft. There are a couple of boats on our canal bigger than 25 ft. Also the tide makes a difference.

Perfect home for our family getaway

Thank you for a fabulous stay in your beautiful home. It worked out as a very central location for us, as we toured around to the zoo, kayaking with manatees, botanical gardens and beaches. We were able to spend a decent amount of downtime 'at home', where we played card games, video games (we brought out Switch), read, swam in the beautiful screened in pool and lounged indoors and out. We went for evening walks in the very safe and well cared for neighbourhood. The pool was perfect for our needs, the layout of the house was fabulous, with the primary bedroom on the main and kids bedrooms upstairs. The kitchen is gorgeous and had everything we needed to make many meals. We appreciated the laundry machines and storage space for clothes and luggage. The beds and bedding were comfortable and clean, and we appreciated the lush towels. Our host was very attentive and accommodating. We highly recommend this location, I would certainly consider staying here again in the future.

Stayed at the property during spring break/week of Easter holidays and we loved it. Our lovely hosts Rob and Amy were both amazing, responsive, respectful, chill and patient with all my questions and needs. Booked way in advance (for my sanity) and both were responsive after my booking and during our stay. They have hosted us so well and we felt right at home. The place is a dream vacay spot- it was so clean, by a canal with tons of fish jumping out of the water and a very nice heated pool overlooking the water. The kitchen has everything you will need, and it saved us from eating out a lot. When we did eat out though, the area is surrounded by the best restaurants, plus vanderbilt beach is so close and was a gem of a beach to go to. Our trip felt so short even though it was a week because we had so much fun. We will definitely recommend this place to all our friends/fam coming in Naples and would love to stay again in the future. Truly appreciate the relaxing time we had during our stay.

Naples Vacation

The property was nice and in a great neighborhood. We enjoyed the deck to fish and the private pool was very refreshing in the Florida heat. We did have a few issues that made me not rate it a 5. There was a dead rat that wasn't removed outside under the deck that was putting off quite a smell and while the property owner was receptive to the issue it was not able to be removed while we were there. We also had the ceiling leak during a rain storm that we obviously didn't expect and had to clean up the water off the floor and had to put buckets under several spots by the stairs leaking water into the property. Again, it was a nice property and would recommend the owner.

Relaxing Stay in Naples

This is a nice house in a quiet neighborhood. Convenient to Publix, Walmart. The house was clean (even the grill!) and had more than enough dishes, towels, etc. The location is easy to access and is great for a relaxing stay. The lounge chairs on the dock appear to be new.

Great stay!

Rob was quick to respond to a little hiccup we had at the beginning of our stay, which was greatly appreciated. The location is great - right on the canal so we could fish and close to the beach, shops and restaurants. If you enjoy being able to fish off the dock, this place is for you. We were lucky enough to see tarpon, numerous fish and even a dolphin! The beds are comfortable and the duvets nice and warm. The cottage could use a little update here and there, but overall, we were very happy with our stay.

My name is Rob and I am from Manchester England. I have lived in the US for 30 years and moved to Naples about 14 years ago. What's not to like??? I ran a successful construction company here building new homes and remodeling old ones. I really enjoy traveling, boating and relaxing in the sun. Now I am retired and travel a lot. I have my friends Amy and Rich that help manage the property and I will add their contacts in case I am away.

Por qué escogió este alojamiento

I fell in love with this home several years ago when I tried to buy it from the old owner. The little community is peaceful and the neighbors are really friendly. It's been my dream to own a home on the water and eventually to have a boat. I hope to add a boat and offer charters within the next year or so.

Qué hace que este alojamiento sea especial

There are not many homes that are on the water and have a boat dock and ramp. This is great if you have watercraft. Also, very few homes have gas stoves... something I like about this home a lot. Finally, this is such a charming and unique place. I know everybody who stays here will love it.
