Este condominio de 1 dormitorio y 1 baño se encuentra en Condominios frente al mar II. Recientemente remodelado con un NUEVO sofá cama Queen, un nuevo colchón futon de 9 pulgadas en la habitación con vista al lago y una cama tamaño queen con un nuevo adorno de espuma con memoria en el dormitorio. Todas las sábanas, toallas y toallas de playa se proporcionan!

Great location!

Great, family friendly property with access to the beach and a pool. The condo had everything we needed and is in close walking distance to many great places in Port Clinton.

We’ve been staying in the different condos in this division for the past 5 years. This was our favorite unit yet! Clean and spacious, easy check in, and first floor with very easy access to pool and beach! I would highly recommend!

Lakeside Stay

Great location. Was near many of the places we wanted to visit. Right on the lake with nice accommodations , especially the heated pool. Would book again without a doubt.

Very nice location!

Even though our stay was just before the hopping season starts, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay! I loved the location, the private beach area, and the view!

The perfect location

We always love our stay at Waterfronts! We enjoy the scenery and the local establishments (a new find this year was the Yellow House Bakery that makes gluten free cinnamon rolls that are out of this world). We also head to PIB every time we visit. The condo is nice and has everything we need for a wonderful stay!

Great for families

We had kids with us and the playground, beach and pool was so convenient to walk right out to. The pool was beautiful and the depth was perfect for little ones, 1ft-5ft in depth. Check in was super easy. The room had everything you could possible need. Happy with our stay.

Perfect place on the lake

This is a clean, efficient, and cozy condo on Lake Erie. It was in walking distance to the event we were attending. This was very easy to get in and out due to the key pad! Communication was excellent!

Definitely Recommend!

We had an amazing stay in Port Clinton! This property was just as described, and in the best location. The view of the lake is beautiful! The pool, hot tub, playground, and private beach were very nice to have since we brought the kids along! You are close to Jet Express and lots of restaurants! The condo had anything you could need and the owners were so amazing! If we decide to come back to the area, we will stay here again!

Condo on the lake

Place was clean and great location for our needs. Communication with host was excellent. Host did require us to wash sheets, towels and place on bed before we left. It wasn't that big of a deal as we weren't in a rush to leave on the morning of departure. Overall a great experience and would stay again!!!!

This property was exceptional!! From rental to check out - we appreciated the great communication with Mharti & Bruno - they were accommodating and went above and beyond when they found out we had a 2020 Senior! The rental was very clean and was just the right size for our 4 person family - it was a bonus to be on the water and the property was well maintained.

Enjoyed our stay!

Nice location to restaurants, entertainment, and Jet Express. Size of condo is ideal for a couple but having 3 more adults made the condo very cramped especially with one bathroom. Owner was responsive to our texts. We had to leave early on check out day. Was able to complete the required laundry washing as requested by the owner however we were not able to stay the entire time it took to dry the bedding in order for it to be folded before we left. We did reach out the owner and let him know.

I can't say enough good things about this experience

We had never been to the Port Clinton area prior to this weekend and have only used VRBO only one or two other times so i was nervous in general that maybe pictures would be deceving or there wouldn't be much to do, the beach area would be small etc but the moment we walked into our condo all of my anxiety was put to rest! We TRULY had such a great time, our condo was clean, updated, spacious. One of my main reasons for picking this condo was that it was on the first floor. I have three kids (6,4,2) and we prefer ground level. Right outside of the back door was a playground, the beautiful pool and delightful private beach area. I had no idea this little piece of paradise existed in Ohio! We can't wait to go back.

Enjoyed our stay!

We had a great vacation. Good location with a beautiful view. Steps away from the pool and the beach. The house had plenty of cooking utensils and plates an extra things like condiments, and sugar that you typically do not find in vacation rentals. One thing that I did not care for was the amount of cleaning that is required prior to check out. I had no idea that you had to strip all of the beds and had everything washed, dried and folded, including all the bath towels. this was a vacation and I did not care for having to wake my entire family up super early on check out day so everyone could get showered and out of bed so we could get all of the laundry done. I don’t want to do laundry on vacation. I want to relax and enjoy the time with my family. If I would’ve known that prior to booking this condo I think I would have chosen a different one for that reason. I think the cleaning requirements should be included with the online listing, so it does not come as a surprise to people. I am not sure what the cleaning fee I paid really covers. Overall, we had a great time though!

Another successful year at this complex

We have stayed in this condo complex several times over several years, and it is our favorite in the area. It is always clean, quiet and well-maintained, and we love the location. You can walk to Jet Express and to downtown Port Clinton. The other families we meet there are always respectful and quiet. We appreciated that this condo was on the first floor. The owners were very responsive to questions. We ended up meeting them because they also own the condo right next door, and they were very helpful. The condo is well-stocked with sheets, towels and blankets. Cooking utensils and dishes also looked well-stocked but we did not cook. There was plenty of hand sanitizer and hand soap. When I alerted the owner that there was not enough laundry detergent, some was quickly provided. Note that the check-out instructions were to wash, dry and fold all linens and towels. I'd never run across that before and was not expecting it. Since we were to have a 9-10 hour drive home, we were unable to do that and the owner was very understanding. The condo also had an iron, which I greatly appreciated and which most do not. The only thing missing was flatware, so we ended up using mostly plastic utensils. Perhaps a previous renter recently lost the flatware, and I did forget to mention this to the owner when I spoke to her. The condo was reasonably clean and certainly livable. The furnishings were comfortable, and there was plenty of storage for everybody to get organized and unpacked. It was a nice stay. Thanks!

We were unaware of the missing flatware( 4 teaspoons) until we went to the condo to finish laundry and unload the dishwasher. We were able to purchase more spoons and rectify the situation. Anytime there is a problem we try to address it to make our guests stay more enjoyable.!

Wonderful stay

We had a wonderful stay with our family. We had a little mix up with the check in door code being incorrect on the app but the owner responded quickly and would not have been a problem but my email sent the contract to spam so I did not see if until the middle of our stay. We loved having towels and beach items there for us. Very helpful. The pull out/day bed could have been a bit more comfortable but truly that is our only complaint. The beach and pool were wonderful for toddlers! We loved the zero entry pool and the beach was sandy and could walk out at least 100 yards and still be at the kiddos thighs. Thank you for a wonderful stay.
