NUEVO LISTADO - ¡Camina a la playa! Casa de una planta con piscina climatizada y barco / muelle para motos de agua

Esta casa frente al mar de más de 2600 pies cuadrados cuenta con 4 habitaciones y 3 baños, todo en un nivel. En el momento en que entras por la puerta, te saludan con vistas a la piscina climatizada y al canal oceánico del Golfo de México. El enorme lanai con mosquitero mantiene alejados a los insectos pero deja entrar el sol. También hay mucho espacio en el nuevo muelle para tomar el sol, observar el amanecer y el atardecer, pescar o observar a los delfines y manatíes. Si lo visita en el momento adecuado, puede disfrutar de mangos frescos de nuestro árbol de mango.

¿Tienes ganas de golpear las suaves playas de arena blanca? Es posible que solo desee saltar en una de las cuatro bicicletas en el garaje y hacer el recorrido corto. También hay un nuevo remolque de doble bicicleta para los más pequeños o para transportar suministros de playa. Las comodidades de la playa también incluyen un enfriador, un carro y sillas de playa. También encontrarás dos tablas de remo y chalecos salvavidas, que son excelentes para lanzar desde el muelle y ver el vecindario desde el agua. Y por supuesto, hay un montón de toallas de playa. También puede caminar o ir en bicicleta a las tiendas, al minigolf, al cine y a la buena mesa.

The house was great. It was very clean, had everything you might need in the kitchen, and the floor plan worked well for family time together or time alone to nap or read. The dock was wonderful. Location was very convenient to grocery, beach, and restaurants. The hosts were very quick to respond to any question we might have. Hope we can have more family get-togethers here.

Second stay

This was the second time our family stayed at Mark and Sonia house and was once again a great experience. The property was just as good if not better than last time as they have made up grades to the house and outdoor space. They are great host and would recommend their property. Fantastic Christmas at Marco Island

Spent Christmas and New Years on Marco Island with family and their significant others. The house was perfect. Just as detailed in the posting. We soaked up the sun, rode bikes to the beach, and enjoyed the warm pool every evening. Also close to so many adventures in the everglades, which made this an ideal location. The hosts were excellent. Quick responses and provided a number of great suggestions that we took advantage of. We would definitely stay here again when visiting Marco Island. Thank you Mark and Sonia for a great time at your home!

Marco Island Paradise

Group of senior friends who vacation together each year in Florida. This year we selected Marco Island and this lovely home. Our stay was wonderful. Mark and Sonia are exceptional hosts; everything about the home itself and process of renting was excellent. Communication with Mark and Sonia was easy with very quick response time. Their home is beautiful, great location and the pool was perfect! Thank you Sonia and Mark for your kindness, thoroughness and being great hosts!! We would not hesitate to return.

Great stay in Marco- amazing location!

Great house in a great location!

This is our second time staying at this property and we had a great time. The homeowners are so responsive and easy to work with. The house is on a nice, quiet street with beautiful canal views and has everything you need for a wonderful vacation.

There where 7 adults and the home was just like the pictures showed plenty of space inside and out. Everything worked it was stocked with plenty of household goods.Didn’t want for anything.

Wonderful Vacation!

This is our fourth time to Marco Island and by far our favorite house to stay. The hosts were so available and easy to work with. The house has everything you need and was very clean. We really enjoyed access to the Jet Ski lift for the paddle boards (included) and kayak that we rented. We are already looking into renting again next year! Thank you for a wonderful stay!

Wonderful visit

We had a wonderful stay. Pool was wonderful. The dock was perfect. Very clean home. Enjoyed the bikes and paddle boards. Saw a dolphin one day off the dock. Would love to come back

Spring Break Family Vacation

I would highly recommend staying at this house. The location was perfect! The house was comfortable, spacious, and accommodated the comfort of living while vacationing! The kids lived swimming at their convenience and in privacy, fishing off the dock, and hanging at the beach(which is a short 5 min ride). We would definitely stay again! Thank you Sonia and Mark for being so accommodating.

Amazing property

We couldn’t have been happier with our stay. The property was everything as advertised. The street was nice and quiet. Everything was beautifully remodeled and we had access to every imaginable pool toy and beach toys. Mark and Sonya were very communicable and accommodating. We could recommend this property enough. We can’t wait to come back.

Perfect Home

We absolutely loved this home! We have stayed in Marco several years and this home was our favorite. The location was great! The walkability to restaurants, shops and the beach was perfect for us. The home is lovely, well stocked and very comfortable. The layout was perfect too. Each of two couples had their own separate sleeping/bathroom areas. We also had a short visit from our son and his family and there was plenty of room for them. One of the top things we value is the quick and responsible response from the homeowner or manager. We had a few questions and we received answers very quickly. We thank them for that and the use of this amazing home!

Went Beyond our expectations.

Sonya and Mark were excellent host. Property was everything we expected plus more. Clean in and out, layout was perfect for our family of 7. We used the heated pool numerous times but also went to the gorgeous beach within walking distance. We loved walking the neighborhood in the mornings before we were busy with our family. Sonya went way beyond by having a Christmas tree and ornaments that our small granddaughters loved for the Christmas season. We are looking forward to spending more time in their lovely home.

Family, Family, Family

Our family of Mom, 5 adult children, and one toddler had a delightful time. The rental was clean and roomy enough for all of us to get together or have our private space. Our family likes to cook so the updated kitchen with high-end appliances was perfect for all to participate. Absolutely loved watching the dolphins and using the paddle boards from the dock. Sonia was a super host, too. We would stay there again.

Wonderful three week visit

We have rented several properties on Marco Island over the years and this is one of our favorites. The house was very clean and comfortable. We loved the open and well-equipped kitchen. The office was a bonus for remote work. The lanai and pool area had a nice balance of sun and shade. We also enjoyed meals on the the deck table outside the lanai. The hosts answered all our questions promptly. Finally, the location is ideal—close to the beach and easy access for boaters or in our case, paddle boarders to the gulf. My husband paddled out to the gulf most days.

Amazing Time on Marco Island

We couldn’t have asked for a better house. It was clean, totally updated and in a great location. The pool and dock were beautiful. The hosts were responsive and very easy to work with. The kitchen has all the amenities anyone would need! We enjoyed the paddle boards, bikes, beach toys and beach chairs. We will definitely be returning!

The home features two bedrooms on each end of the house, with the gathering areas in the middle. A master bedroom suite on each end of the house with direct access to the pool deck, plus an additional bedroom on each side. Five sets of sliding glass doors open to the lanai and newly remodeled pool with travertine decking. An ideal layout for multi-generational or multi-family vacations.
