Nuestras hermosas y nuevas habitaciones de 3 habitaciones y una casa con piscina en la isla de Marco Island se encuentran en el vecindario más buscado y transitable. La ubicación es increíble, a 5 minutos a pie de la playa, y a solo unos pasos de los mejores restaurantes y tiendas de Marco Island; ¡Marco Prime, Oyster Society, DaVincis, La Tavola, BeeBe's Ice Cream Shop, Marco Movie Theater y más!

El espacio

El hogar es una obra de arte contemporánea; el interior cuenta con 3 dormitorios, un estudio, 3 baños completos y realmente abarca el estilo de vida de Florida con una vida interior y exterior. ¡Desde amplias habitaciones y el gran baño principal hasta la cocina gourmet y el sistema de sonido Sonos, nunca querrás irte! El interior se fusiona a la perfección con el espacio exterior. La piscina se calienta durante todo el año, y la cocina exterior cubierta incluye una parrilla, nevera, quemadores de gas, fregadero y un televisor exterior. La amplia terraza ofrece amplias zonas de comedor y descanso; Este es un complejo que vive en su máxima expresión.

Los huéspedes tienen acceso a toda la casa, excepto al armario de los propietarios en el 3er dormitorio, pero hay una cómoda grande para el almacenamiento de invitados

La cocina y los baños también están totalmente equipados. La guarida tiene 2 escritorios, ¡si desafortunadamente necesita trabajar en sus vacaciones! Hay estacionamiento para hasta 4 vehículos, 2 espacios de garaje con aire acondicionado y 2 lugares de entrada.
Hay un televisor de pantalla plana en cada habitación, un 4K de 65 "con Sonos Sound System en la sala de estar y un 55" con parlantes Sonos en el lanai donde puede ver su programa favorito desde la piscina (para usar las necesidades de los inquilinos del Sonos System para descargar la aplicación en su teléfono celular).

Very relaxing

Best house ever in Marco

Absolutely beautiful; just like the pictures shown on listing. Short walk to the beach with chairs, umbrella, beach towels provided. It was our 2nd time renting this house and hope to return another year!

We were delighted with our stay at this lovely home. It was ideally located for our family vacation - loved the house and the very private pool, with an easy walk to the beautiful Marco Island beach and the shopping center with restaurants and ice cream shop. The owner was quickly responsive to a small pool issue when we arrived and was accommodating and friendly. We would enjoy staying there again!

Outstanding Property

This property will not disappoint- it is spectacular. Beautiful home, great location and incredibly responsive property manager. House is fully stocked with everything you could need - beach chairs, coolers, umbrellas, fully stocked kitchen, etc. I am already looking to book for another stay with my family.

Great Stay

We have stayed in Marco numerous times and the location of the house is amazing for quick walks to the beach and restaurants. The house itself is great and very well stocked with items needed for the beach. Edward the builder/host was amazing to deal with.. Very accommodating and communication was excellent. Would higher recommend this house and plan to use again the next time we travel to Marco

Perfect Location and Home

This was our first trip to Marco Island and we couldn’t have picked a better house for our family. The house was clean and everything inside was as described on the listing. Plenty of towels for the beach and pool, and bathing. The pool and kitchen were spotless, as was the whole house. The location to the beach and restaurants was perfect. Would stay here again when returning to Marco.

Close to Everything!

The house was awesome! Clean, very well equipped, and a VERY short walk to the beach and several restaurants. We didn't have a lot of interaction with the owner because everything was fine, but any questions we asked were answered very quickly. We have already booked the home for next year!

AMAZING STAY!!! 10/10

We had the best time and this was honestly one of the best rental homes I have ever stayed in. Not only was the house incredible (even better than photos) ... the owner thought of EVERY detail from toys, to beach stuff to games to kitchen supplies etc... everything was included and it made the stay THAT much more enjoyable. Also the location could not be BETTER .. you are literally 2 blocks from the beach, amazing dinning and shops and 1 block from mini golf. I highly reccommend this place!!!

Totally delightful stay. Immaculate house with every thing one could desire (except bikes). Responsive and thoughtful host. Good taste and consideration in every way. Worth every penny. Pool toys and playthings were exceptional. Beach accessories were all one could ask. Pool was in great shape and a delight. 5 star stay.

Amazing home

We have stayed at many vrbos. This one goes over and beyond any expectations we could have had. The owner has so many thoughtful extras. Everything is immaculately clean & super well organized. If you’re thinking, ‘I wonder if it has..?’ It most likely does with the exception of bikes. Which we rented & were delivered before we arrived.The pool is beautiful & well kept. The lanai is so well laid out and comfortable.We loved having the carts to take the provided chairs, cooler & umbrellas to the beach which is a close walk.The owner is super responsive & kind.Thank you Edward for perfection. 10

A bit of Paradise

Having arrived home, I am already missing this vacation rental and all the amenities it has to offer! You will not be disappointed upon your arrival to this vacation destination and from the moment you walk through that door you will already be in vacation mode with everything you need at your fingertips. Fully equipped kitchen with all the utensils and appliances, beautifully furnished living and bedrooms. A sound system throughout the house, an outdoor oasis with pool, sun deck, covered sitting area, and cozy couches. A beautiful beach just a short walk away with all the chairs, umbrellas, floaties, coolers, and carry all wagon you need to for a wonderful stay and a bit of paradise that you’ll find with this home!

My first Marco Island stay

The home is beautiful. Lanai and pool area are equally as nice. Master suite and bath were very comfortable and exceptionally clean. Plenty of floats and toys for the pool and we used one of the three carts provided to transport beach chairs, umbrella and cooler to the beach which was a brief 5 minute walk from the home. We had to depart early due to Hurricane Milton. But owner, Edward, refunded money for half of the trip. He was very helpful during this stressful time. Plenty of dishes, silverware, glasses in the kitchen. Plenty of good restaurants close by. I highly recommend this location and plan to return in the future. Owner, Edward, made the entire process from beginning to end a very simple task. Definetly deserved the highest rating!

Amazing!

This home could not be more perfect! The short walk to beach and restaurants is ideal. The home is well equipped with beach chairs and umbrellas and the backyard lanai/pool area is like an oasis. There were seven of us in total and it still felt very spacious. Having three full bathrooms made it very easy for all of us to shower and get ready before heading out in the evening. Most nights after dinner, we would enjoy the lanai area with cocktails, music and nightly swims! Eduardo checked in with us to make sure we didn’t need anything and was very communicative during the whole process. We will definitely rent this home again, if Eduardo will have us! We have stayed in this neighborhood many times, but this home is the crown jewel! The modern decor, location, layout is perfect for larger groups. A real Marco Island gem!

Paradise found

To make a long story short, when my wife and I along with our close friends walked into the house we just said WOW! Being a chef, I was delighted by the spacious kitchen and the outdoor grill space ,along with the fact that it was completely stocked with various seasonings, condiments, and pretty much anything else I needed to cook a wonderful meal(especially after attending the Marco farmers market, which is incredible by the way…) The house itself is beautiful and has everything that we needed such as beach accessories, soaps, and shampoo and pretty much anything else we desired. The location is simply ideal -about a five minute walk to many excellent restaurants and right across the street from South Beach(although to be honest, we spent most of our time at the pool at the house. It was incredible.) Highly recommended!
