The accommodations were perfect. Very cozy and comforting with all the necessary amenities and great little extras from the property owner like fresh creamer for coffee, granola bars, filtered water, extra tooth brushes, etc. My wife and I had a great stay.

This cozy little place was just what I needed on my trip from Atlanta. It was a snowy chilly night but the warm feeling and "fireplace" made this place warm and comfortable. I didn't get to explore the quaint downtown area but I am sure to be back. Thank you to the most responsive host I've had via VRBO in years!!!

Dianne is a very responsive and easy to communicate with. It is clear that she strives to have the best experience possible for her guests. Lovely amenities like high quality snacks, coffee, and tea. Amazing property! We felt secluded in the lush landscape of the back yard. Attention to detail is shown throughout the entire property including snacks, seltzer, tea, toothpaste. Friendly host with lots of local knowledge. Would stay again!

Very charming guest suit. The set up is perfect and the ambiance is fantastic. Dianne goes the goes the extra mile to make sure you don’t have to ask or need anything extra. Had a great stay, highly recommend!

Amazing property in a very peaceful and safe area. Close to everything the town has to offer. The host were very friendly, knowledgeable and greeted us upon arrival. The Evergreen Suite was exactly as described, very clean and well stocked. Would definitely stay again.

Relaxing Stay

Efficient room contained everything we needed in a lovely setting with special touches.Open bedroom, kitchenette and seating area opened with french doors onto a pretty garden.Location was just 15 minutes from family. Would have loved to shop in town if we had more time. Would come again.

We had such a wonderful stay at the Evergreen Suite in Clinton, NY! The space was spotless, beautifully decorated, and had all the little touches that made it feel warm and welcoming. The bed was comfortable, and the sheets were so soft. The location is perfect—tucked away in a quiet, peaceful setting but still close to town, shops, and restaurants. The backyard was really beautiful and so peaceful to sit and have a drink and listen to the birds. The host Dianne was attentive, and made sure everything was just right for our stay. I truly felt at home here and will absolutely be back. Highly recommend the Evergreen Suite to anyone visiting.

Lovely place

Stayed at the Evergreen Suite for two nights while visiting Colgate for Family Weekend (30minute drive). Very comfortable, lovely decor, super clean, thoughtful amenities, would absolutely stay here again!

My daughter and I arrived late and it could not have been easier- parking, unloading and getting in. Dianne’s place is immaculate and the bed was so comfortable. She had coffee, snacks and drinks available. I was pleasantly surprised and would definitely stay again.

We had a great stay at the cozy and charming Evergreen Suite. The host had thoughtfully and generously appointed the place and we enjoyed a fire in the backyard in the cool autumn evening. Highly recommend it.

Great cozy stay

Everything was great. The place was cozy, clean, and very well supplied. The backyard was a great place to hang out. The town was nice to walk around and it was just over an hour to Old Forge for an easy day trip. Dianne is a great host and communicated well, we had a great time and would recommend it very highly!

Hello and welcome to Evergreen Suite! I am excited to have you experience the suite and the village of Clinton! I am married with two children and two beautiful grandchildren! I chose to engage in Evergreen Suite because I enjoy meeting people outside of my immediate circle. I wanted to give those traveling to this area a place to stay that I would enjoy. I can't imagine life without my family, the fresh air and beauty of the Adirondack mountains and the comfort of my home. I'm known for making a house a home and have put those talents into play in the Evergreen Suite. I lose myself with the latest autobiography on the patio of the suite and my husband's excellent cooking. At this point in our lives we are looking forward to traveling, with Montana being one of our favorite destinations. My husband Mike is a "foodie" so we like to look for the unique eatery of the area we are visiting. I am most happy when all the family is at our house, eating, listening to music, laughing and "fighting" over who cheated in the card game of the moment! My motto in life is very simple...Find someone to laugh with everyday...I hope your experience with Evergreen Suite is comfortable, cozy and leaves you wanting to return.
