Un recién remodelado, 1300 pies cuadrados casa ubicada en una tranquila ensenada en el hermoso Lago Catalina. La fauna abunda con ciervos, zorros, grullas, gansos y patos. El 'Asian' casa de vacaciones de estilo tiene un techo de bóveda de 30 pies con claraboya en la parte superior.

El loft con vistas al salón principal ofrece camas supletorias dobles para dormir, estar y comedor. Las dos habitaciones están amuebladas con gusto con camas de matrimonio. Los electrodomésticos lavadora / secadora y cocina son todos nuevos. Un muelle de pesca / nadar / barco privado para actividades recreativas al lago. Serenity House se encuentra en una comunidad cerrada tranquila con acceso a campos de golf, tenis y baloncesto, piscina (disponible en los meses de verano), puerto deportivo, y el senderismo y paseos a caballo en el Lago Catalina State Park.

Very nice place to stay we enjoyed it. We had a family reunion at the lake and we stayed here. The best people you could ask for we had several conversations with them. We love the house nice clean, beautiful.

Very nice hosts, they communicated well and we enjoyed staying at Serenity House. Loved having coffee in the morning on the patio enjoying the sounds of nature and watching the sun peak through the trees.

Absolutely idyllic

Beautiful, relaxing, convenient. The hosts thought of everything to make this guesthouse perfect in every way. Communication was timely, helpful and clear. We absolutely loved this beautiful, peaceful spot!

Quiet neighborhood

This rental is in a very quiet neighborhood. Owners live directly next door. House had all types of kitchen and bathroom items you would need. Downstairs beds and furniture felt dated not very comfortable. Didn’t spend time in loft area, but loft railing felt very low. We underestimated the location and drove at least 20 minutes to any places to eat or quick groceries so if we go back to Hot Springs, we will stay closer to where the action is (this isn’t a fault of the owners at all).

In town for a softball tournament

We stayed the entire week and weekend. The house was the very clean and well stocked. My husband and I stayed with our 2 children, but it could have easily accommodated 2 couples and 3 kids. The area was beautiful and peaceful. Our only complaint was an odor in the closets and pantry. It wasn’t enough to really bother us though.

Nice Stay Near Hot Springs

We had a great girls trip at this home. Teresa and her husband were very welcoming and we liked knowing they were close by if we needed anything. The house was perfect for our group and was a short drive to downtown Hot Springs but far enough that we felt secluded. The beds were very comfortable and the back deck was perfect to sit out on and relax. We hope to come back again.

Weekend Getaway

We were in town for a couple of days to attend an event. This was a great place to stay, especially if you want to be in a quiet place with a great view of the lake. It was an ideal place to bring our dogs and just relax. The owners were great and went out of their way to make sure we felt welcomed. This is definitely on our list of places we’d want to stay at again. Highly recommend!

Incredible cabin!

Perfect cabin for a girls’ weekend trip! Loved the balcony and cozy dock!! The location is so peaceful and quiet, so great for just relaxing. And there’s plenty of parking, which was a huge plus!! The only downside is it takes a while for the AC to cool down the upstairs, but there’s two fans to help the process. Overall, incredible and would book again.

Home Away from Home

This was our third time at Serenity House. It’s such a pleasant place that we keep returning. Teresa (Host) greeted us on arrival and made us feel like her personal guests. We had our miniature poodle with us, and Abbi even enjoyed the change of peace at Serenity House. The house is beautifully located and well equipped.

Our stay was as advertised. From floating off the back dock to volleyball in the community pool, everything was great. Proximity to Hot Springs was perfect. Definitely worth the stay.

Week-end at Lake

There were no issues with check in, Teresa or the house. We were expecting more of a lake experience. The property is on a cove and to get to actual lake area was about a couple of football field swims away. We had a 10 year old that was about waste deep in the water at the property. It is very shady with a lot of trees in backyard that obscures the view. For a group of adults looking for peace and quiet and not children looking for a lake(swim) experience it would be great. I should have asked more questions. But Teresa and the house were fine. Enjoyed the bottle of wine she had provided. Any grocery store is about 25 to 30 minutes away. So come prepared with spices, sugar etc. if you plan to cook.

Comfy like our own home flew to the lakeside

It’s a quiet, comfy place that’s well-stocked by the sweetly thoughtful hosts where our little family of 3 and our Corgi had a chance to take a break away from the normal everyday to-do lists. We enjoyed fishing & swimming right in the backyard. We also had a blast swimming in the giant community pool.

Great place !

Such a wonderful and cozy home. The deck overlooking the private dock and lake was amazing. The owners were very personable and accomodating. We enjoyed our stay and would definitely stay here again and recommend to anyone.

Beautiful place!

We came with our 21 foot skeeter boat and husband said it was very difficult pulling in and out of driveway however we felt very safe leaving our 60k boat in the driveway. We will be back but not bringing the boat. The water in the shower was very hot which I love , has the shower head that has the handle , great water pressure super clean house. The bed was so soft and comfortable and I didn’t feel like something was biting my legs in the bed huge plus! Great location in a gated community. We dock our boat on their boat ramp behind house. Lake Catherine absolutely beautiful! The cottage was great! It was very clean inside. I walked bare footed in the house and didn’t feel like I do in some hotels. Check out red oak fillin station down the street great restaurant fried catfish brisket etc.

The name says it all: Serenity House!!

Family of five had an enjoyable stay. Space was comfortable & the setting was quiet & peaceful by the water. We were able to take in the sites, activities, & restaurants in Hot Springs while valuing the retreat of being “home” at Serenity House.

We love the quiet area of Diamondhead and the wonderful quirky and artsy town of Hot Springs and wanted to share the area with others. We are so fortunate to live in such a beautiful part of the world!

The quiet cove on Diamondhead provides a Serene atmosphere where cranes, geese, ducks, fox, and deer are ample. Swimming and fishing are sports that many participate in from the dock just steps from the house. Serenity House is located in Diamondhead Community where a swimming pool is available in the summer and golfing throughout the year. Diamondhead is centrally located just minutes from Hot Springs, Garvin Gardens and Malvern (I-30).
