Everything was perfect. Beautiful safe setting. Carpet from garage to upstairs was very dirty and stained. And some stains on carpet in bedroom. For as much as they charge for cleaning fees I would expect not to see that dirty of carpet.

Great property

This house provided ample room, nice amenities, and a great location for our stay in Breckenridge. Nice, quiet location, all while being in close driving distance to all that Breck, Fricso, and Silverthorne have to offer. Would definitely consider this again.

Great Vacation Spot!

All the mountain home vibes are in play with this home. Spacious, Beautiful views, lots of areas to walk around and explore. Quick and easy drive in either direction - Breck or Frisco. The home had all we needed for cooking each evening and relaxing after busy days. The only complaint I have is it is a home to accommodate way more than the 5 in our party. With that being said, only two TV’s. We were on the go all day so did not bother us, but in the evenings a TV in master or any other bedroom would have been nice to unwind our busy and active days.

Family fun in Breck at the Treehouse

We have been long time Colorado lovers. This was our first time to Breck. We will definitely be returning next summer and will book this property if it’s available!

Great time in the magic treehouse

We enjoyed our stay very much. We appreciated the outfitted kitchen when making breakfast, soup, dinners and even brownies. The hot tub was relaxing after skiing and the upstairs shuffleboard table was a big hit with the family. We watched two large moose from the windows walking around the property. The roads in the neighborhood were a little slippery and didn’t seem to be plowed but once you get to the main roads things got better. So, all in all we loved the place and hope to visit again some time.

Breckinridge is the most magical place.

The views from the balcony are truly breathtaking! We were celebrating our 41st wedding anniversary and our daughter’s 40th Birthday. Our families ages ranged from 6-85. Other than a few suffering from altitude sickness, it was a perfect vacation. We will definitely stay here again and highly recommend it!!!

What a great house!!

Short of altitude sickness, our stay was wonderful!! The home had plenty of room for my kids and grandkids, it provided everything that we could possibly want, and the view was incredible. The host was quick to respond to questions. I can’t wait to come back!!

Great space for family gathering!

We brought our three kids and two of their friends with us fir a week-long stay in Breckenridge. The house was great for our needs. Plenty of bathrooms, a great deck, two living spaces and a well-stocked kitchen that allowed us to cook most of our dinners. Also enjoyed the shuffleboard table, hot tub and steam shower. Location is great for heading to hiking trails, whitewater rafting and cycling the Vail Pass. It is a little far from downtown Breck if you don’t have a car. But only 10 mins from the center of town if you do. Enjoyed our stay and would definitely stay here again if we come back!

Amazing stay!

Our two families had an amazing stay in this comfortable home! The home is located in a quiet neighborhood close to town. The character of the log home gives it a cozy mountain feel. Beautiful furnished and well equipped with everything we needed for our stay. We had lots of room for our two families. The home’s design allowed for privacy or hanging all together, whatever we felt like. Our kids (ranging from ages 8-11) loved the shuffle board game and exploring the home. The adults enjoyed sitting on the deck and enjoying the amazing views. We loved this home and would definitely recommend it.

Christmas week

Great neighborhood and location. Beds were comfortable and well appointed. Shuffleboard table is nice amenity for shut-in conditions. Could not use fireplace or popcorn maker.

Gorgeous home with excellent amenities and views!

This house is everything you need for your stay in Breck. We loved everything about it. Only one thing I would say is if you prefer a “softer” mattress, bring an air mattress or a mattress topper because the beds are on the “extra firm” side.

Great home for nature and relaxing yet close to town

Beautiful, quiet home surrounded by nature yet only a few minutes to downtown Breckenridge. Plenty of separation for relaxing yet has large areas for gathering. The deck is wonderful, a great home to enjoy fresh air, nature and some wildlife if you're lucky!

Christmas family stay

The house is beautiful and nestled in the mountains with spectacular views. The interior has exposed log construction. The kitchen is very well equipped with everything you could need. The entire house is clean and comfortable. The family room has enough seating for 8 people comfortably. The layout of the house was perfect for my husband and me, our single daughter, and our married daughter with her husband and two children. We had some issues accessing cable TV channels (networks, espn, etc) and prime.com movies, as the access required either the homeowners access info (which we did not have), or using our own account, which we were unable to do on the main TV. The home is heated with radiant heat which takes a little while to figure out, but overall things were comfortable, beautiful and clean. We would stay here again without question! Close (10 min drive) to "downtown" Breckenridge and the gondolas up to Breckenridge ski areas. Really the perfect location! Thank you for sharing your beautiful home with us!
