Exceptional weekend

Everything is perfect at this house. Late evening sunsets with bright rays showcasing the evergreen canopy’s on the horizon cannot be beat. Close to town for fast trips to the grocery but remote feel. Love this place!

Amazing!

We had an amazing stay with our families! The home is absolutely beautiful, clean, well stocked, the views are breathtaking and we even had several nights of moose visits from the back porch! Everyone in our party had a lovely stay, from kids to grandmothers there is something here for everyone. We would stay again in an instant! Thank you!

We all enjoyed our stay. The home is full of features that make your stay comfortable. The management company left everything you could need. The kids were thrilled with the downstairs pool table and bunk room. Awesome family vacation!

The view in the morning was so beautiful. The kitchen came with everything you would need which was a great help. The customer service was awesome very responsive to help with any questions and concerns.Lets clear up the negative review about the hot water running out there was 6 people in this house and we cooked and washed dishes and ran the hot the the entire time and the hot water never ran out in fact the hot water at times was tooo HOTTT LOL. This cabin was nothing shy of perfect. I will return and rent again with no hesitation.

The location of the cabin was wonderful- while there are houses around, you can't see any of them from the orientation of the property--nothing but mountain vistas and pine trees. We had everything that we needed, the kitchen was fully stocked and the board games provided a lot of entertainment. There were also lots of places to explore around the property (including a trail head a 2 min drive away)and the park was a hit with the kids. We all agreed we would go back in a heartbeat.

The home was stocked with everything we needed, and everything was clean and in working order. The pool table and hot tub were great amenities to have. The back deck is huge with amazing views. Beds were incredibly comfortable as well. All communication was quick and easy via text message and we were able to coordinate our early checkin/late checkout with ease. The home felt secluded and private. Overall our experience blew expectations out of the water and was way better than we could have imagined. I will absolutely bookmark this home and hope to return again one day!

The 3 separate master suites make it convinient for several couples and the basements is great for the kids. They loved having all the home amenities and the extra ones like the pool table and jacuzzi. The deck was a favorite for hanging out, star gazing or BBQing. Close to Main Street and many hiking trails made this a great family vacation house. The fully stocked kitchen made cooking for everyone very easy. Great house for a large family getaway.

It was stocked with any and every kitchen utensil/pan/appliance that you could think of. Plenty of glass containers for leftovers and cups and glasses for an army. Would recommend taking foil and siran wrap or gallon bags - otherwise, everything was provided in abundance. The house was furnished with every convenience you could want -- from pillows, throws, bean bags, multiple towels for the hot tub, large washer and dryer, cubbies for boots and hooks for coats. They thought of everything. The beds were luxurious and the bathrooms stunning. We couldn't have asked for a more luxurious place. We contacted Amy at Summit Home Services, who had a tree up and decorated when we arrived: a special touch for our Christmas. River Ridge Rentals plowed our drive in the morning and provided a mx gentleman almost immediately to fix an icemaker. Most responsive! The views of the mountains were awesome; definitely required 4WD or AWD. Close to skiing -- drive rather than shuttle. Close to Breckenridge for shopping and restaurants. I would highly recommend this place and hope to congregate there again.
