Good stay

I loved the privacy and the comfort felt like I was in my own living room, the view of the ocean is great, just need to upgrade the tv and its system. My kids loved having their own room as well

Close to the beach but repairs needed

We loved how close the beach is and our beach access. Some of our linens were soiled and there are some appliances that need repair in 416. We were notified of painting and renovations after we booked our stay so there was some noise that we did not sign up for when we booked our stay

Do NOT recommend

The bathrooms were not very clean, previous hair in sink and on the floor, dried tooth paste in the master sink. The furniture is grossly outdated, the guest bed broke on my mom and daughter our first night in. They did come replace the box spring but the beds were so uncomfortable. Definitely will spend a few extra hundred next time to stay somewhere else. In my opinion this condo is not equipped for a relaxing vacation stay.

Although there is definitely room for improvement here, I’d probably stay again to be so close to my favorite restaurants and the beach.

It was a great place to stay! We could easily walk to the beach and our favorite restaurant. The room itself could use a little TLC and the bed sheets were stained. The master tub had a crack that made me nervous and the jets did not work in the tub which was disappointing. Would stay there again though. Very quiet.

Family Vacay

The view from the condo was AMAZING. We sent a lot of time on the patio.Spacious for the 5 of us. Only complaint i have was 2nd bedroom bed had a hole/dip in middle of the bed. Hard for my parent's to get out of the bed on the morning. Quick access to beach and pool was nice.

Wonderful Home

The home was very welcoming. We had no issues other than the elevator not working properly, but I’m sure the homeowners have no control over elevators. The home is a short walk from the beaches and many restaurants are within walking distance or just a short drive. We will definitely be back.

Perfect Location

What a wonderful location! The condo was nice and had all the amenities mentioned. There is some peeling paint but if you're looking for brand new don't expect to pay such an awesome price for this location. The unit was cleaned and well stocked. Pools were extremely nice and the beach is literally a walk across the street. There is also a great restaurant right on the water next to the pool so that was great to go grab a quick drink or appetizer. Would definitely stay again

Great Location

The property was in a great location. Right by the stores we needed to go to. And we was right across the beach. The only thing I would say that need improvement was the painting. The condo that we stayed in need a serious paint job. The walls were peeling. Also one of the beds have a dip in it, they need to change the mattress. Other than that, we had a great stay!

Could be so cute

This place could be so cute…the owners really need to step it up and do some TLC. The carpet needs to be replaced, the walls need to be painted and the cabinets need paint. The paint on the walls is peeling and it’s such an eye sore and makes the place look gross. The location is great!

Few updates

The room was ok. Cable kept messing up/wouldn't work. Stove top burners need to be replaced. They are lopsided. Cannot cook meals that way. Other than that the condo was fairly nice.

PSA-I’d personally stay somewhere else

You can’t smoke or vape on property at all!!! The gates getting to and from the beach were hit or miss on if it worked, we had to walk all the way around to the front gate a few times. The tack strips for the carpet are exposed in a few places in the unit we stayed in. Don’t count on being able to cook anything in a timely manner because the cook top(the control knobs are backwards and none of the eyes sit in the top right)- and oven-(took 20 minutes to lightly toast some garlic bread). Honestly the whole thing really needs to be replaced!

Very disappointing

We had a great stay. It was a little run down & I had no plans on leaving a bad review UNTIL VACASA called me to asked about “scratches” to a door, I did not notice anything out of the ordinary when we left. I told her the place was indeed run down & requested to see pictures. She then tells me I admitted to damages & I did not, she then says something about her manager saying that we purchased waiver protection, we will be charged, have a nice day. Hangs up the phone & now it seems as if my number is blocked & my call will not go through to get this issue resolved!

Loved the facility, needs a few updates

Overall the experience was amazing! Right on the beach with so many places to eat and things to do in walking distance! The facility and units are nice, but while we were there. Elevators seemed to be out of order each day, granted there are three in different spots of the building but each day we never knew which one would be out of order. We also couldn’t use the stairs because they were working on that each day so all levels were closed off to that. The units doors and signage needs some updating. Some rooms had placemats and others didn’t. The pull out couch is VERY UNCOMFORTABLE, could use an updated mattress. You can feel the bars under while sleeping, not ideal for adults. The unit was very clean and had great views overall. If you are a smoker, there is a strict no smoking or vaping policy even at the pool and beach. Also the pool that you see advertised is not heated was barely used, there is a heated pool across the street near the beach that’s apart of the facility. Also the units doors could use a fresh paint or coat, noticeable dirt and grime near the passcode and door handles. Again great stay, just needs some small updates.

Clean, nice property

We just stayed in this unit this week. Overall, this was a great unit. Everything we needed was there. It was clean. Kitchen was stocked with appropriate appliances. Wagon and beach ball + surf board was there for use which was very nice to have! You cannot beat this location. Sterling shores is our absolute favorite place. It is next to all local attractions and very easy beach access. Amazing pools! The condo was decorated cute and beachy! I’ll put my take in on what can better this unit. The beds were like sleeping on hard wood. With me being 7 months pregnant, it was extremely uncomfortable the entire week. No matter how I positioned myself, the bed was terrible. Family also complained about the double bed mattress feeling the same way. I would make this the first upgrade on list as people want a good nights rest on vacay! A firm bed is good, but these were entirely too firm. I believe the unit can use a few minor updates such as replacing carpets with hard wood floors and new kitchen cabinets and countertops. But those are really just things that would make a better show. Spare room could use more room for a dresser to store clothes, etc. Overall, well kept unit and we really enjoyed our week! Would stay again!

Needs TLC

Driving up, we quickly realized we were in a very populated area. Several large buildings crammed into a small space. Checking in was a bit confusing but we figured it out. Check in was at 4. I got there right at 4, checked the place out then returned to the car for our luggage. Got back to the room and was startled by the cleaning super as she was there “checking things out.” The place was clean, I have no complaints there. The master, king bed, was very comfortable, pillows too. A full bath for each room was great. The kitchen was very outdated. The paint was peeling from the walls in the living area. The place could be beautiful with a little TLC. The patio furniture left a lot to be desired. It looked like the cheapest set they could find, very uncomfortable. My daughter couldn’t get over the TVs as they were small and not smart TVs. The view was spectacular! We were worried about the walk to the beach but it really wasn’t bad at all. BTW plan on buying an umbrella and chairs if you want to sit near the water. They had ropes dividing the beach in order for every condo to have room for their guests. If you brought your own chair, you had to be about two to three rows back. The main pool was very nice! It’s shape allowed several groups to swim at a time without being in each others way. ** wrist bands are left in a bowl on the table - count them right when you get there!! We were supposed to have 6 but only had 5. $25 each if not returned **

Weekend getaway

Apartment was clean, decorated nicely with a great view of the pool and water and spacious enough for 3 adults. My only negative is that the condo needs some tweaking, peeling paint in living room and kitchen draws, not enough coffee mugs. Small things that definitely didn’t effect our family time together. Great location. Would recommend!

4 day stay

Condo was pretty clean but there could have been a couple spots that could have used a little more attention. The location is ok but it is very busy & crowded even on weekdays. I guess we were there at the height of busy season. I give it an 8/10 overall.
