The property was just as lovely as the pictures. Alessia was very helpful arranging transportation and a boat tour. She was always very prompt with responding to our many questions. Unfortunately the listing stated "no hidden fees" but we were hit up for over 100 euro when we arrived at the property.

Right from the start this Villa and the host Alessia were wonderful. We met Alessia and she got us checked in and showed us how everything worked. She is a very warm and helpful host. She helped us set up two boat trips and our chairs at the beach. Always very helpful and easy to reach with questions. When we arrived the Villa was absolutely spotless amazingly clean and stunningly beautiful, clean inside and out. It is bigger than the pictures show. There was a welcome gift of everything needed for breakfast the first day and then some. Coffee, milk, juice, jellies, honey, Nutella, butter, croissants, water , Coca-Cola, Fanta, beer and more. Plus a bottle of limoncello waiting in the freezer and a bottle of prosecco on ice on the terrace ... One of the most welcoming and wonderful check-ins we have ever had, so many unexpected extras... it was amazing. The Villa was so clean and warm and inviting and the rooftop terrace is postcard material all the way. From the jacuzzi and the lounge chairs to the tables underneath the shade. And the view was absolutely breathtaking. The Villa was in a very convenient location. Just a shorr walk to the beach, the restaurants and the stores; 3 minutes.My family and I stayed here for eight nights and would definitely stay again. Alessia is very helpful and kind and will make sure you are well taken care of and have a wonderful stay. The Villa is what dream holidays are made of! Thank you Alessia for a wonderful stay! A little slice of paradise

The home was updated, meticulously maintained and extremely clean. Views were spectacular. Alessia went above and beyond to help us with something. Wish we could have stayed longer! Highly recommend.

Fabulous Place!

This is definitely one of the BEST places I have ever stayed at. The place has 3 bedrooms, two bathrooms, and a kitchen big enough for the four of us to eat/hang out in. The place is in perfect condition, and beautifully decorated. The best part was the private roof top deck with a hot tub, ample seating, and dining table. We had a gorgeous view of the ocean and the hills behind us. It is a very short walk to the quaint town center with a small market and several excellent restaurants. All overlooking the beautiful water. The host, Alessia, is wonderful. Without a doubt the best host- ever! She readily responds to all questions, has great suggestions, and is just frankly a super nice person.

The perfect coastal vacation on the beach!

A beautiful property situated a quick walk to the marina with a quiet beach, incredible dining options and truly welcoming vibe. Alissa's home is just as lovely as the photos. The villa has everything you need, and more... from the fabulous rooftop deck with a spectacular view, to the small details of beach baskets full of towels and flip flops, Alissa has thought of everything. She has great recommendations for things to do and will assist with the arrangements, but my family fell in love with the town and the people and didn't need to venture any further. Special cheers to her for surprising us with a birthday dessert and bubbles when we arrived! We'll be back!

Amazing Home and Host!

Alessia was the most phenomenal host. She helped our family of 5 plan all of our excursions while we stayed at her home, arranged transportation, and was incredibly responsive. Not only that, but Alessia made our arrival extra special. We celebrated my parents 30th Wedding Anniversary on this trip, and upon our arrival, she had a a rooftop set up with champagne, a beautiful dessert, and a note congratulating my parents. It was so thoughtful, and made our long travel day so much better! The home is meticulously kept, very clean, and beautifully furnished. My family and I would love to return to this home again. Thank you so much, Alessia!

Amazing stay!! Did not want to leave.

I don’t know where to start there are so many good things. The Host was so good at communicating and helped setup transportation, a private boat tour and cooking class months in advance to our booking. The Host was very responsive to any questions. Now the home itself is beautiful, it was recently remodeled and it’s beautiful with all the modern amenities. There’s a beautiful and very large rooftop deck with a cooling spa where you can relax during the day and enjoy views of the water or at night to star gaze. Location is crazy good. Literally a stumble (2-3 min) walk to multiple resteraunt options which include Michelin star. Beach is about another 30secs away 😀. I was travelling with my family which includes two teens and one pre-teen. And no one wanted to leave. The area is quiet and truly relaxing away from all of the other crowds but close to enough to shopping about 30 min drive to Sorrento and 40 min to Positano. Loved this place and Host. Hoping we can visit again soon.

House was as advertised. It's beautiful. Only complaint is that the hot tub was a cold tub. The town is very small & very quiet except for the barking dogs. Would definitely recommend.

Our family stayed at this beautiful villa for our first time. We can’t say enough about how much we loved our little home away from home. Alessia was a dream to work with, and we will definitely be recommending this little area, and her as a host to family that might want to come in.

The house and grounds are beautiful. Alessa always responded promptly to our questions. We were traveling with our daughter, son-in-law and 15 year old granddaughter. Our stay was 5 nights and no one wanted to leave. The house is very nicely appointed and the grounds with all the flowers were breathtaking. The roof terrace was where we all wanted to be when we arrived back after touring. Alessa connected us to a driver who picked us up at he Naples train station and drove us back to the Naples train station. The driver also drove us to Ravello and to Maiori for us to walk the Lemon Trail and picked us up after we completed the walk. Our last night Alessa arranged for a chef to come cook a wonderful Italian dinner. Our fifteen old had a great helping prepare. and cook the meal. A little slice of heaven

My husband and I stayed here with our three children, ages 19, 15, and 12. No need to look any further, especially if you want the full flavor. It is lovely Italian town. I highly recommend it! Alessia, the owner is a joy to work with. The residence is stylishly decorated, very clean, and centrally located. The rooftop deck is the real WOW! We sat up there every evening after a full day, and had wine and rehashed our daily fun. Alessia had reached out, inquired about our interest and set up a Family cooking class in Sorrento and the following day rented a private boat that took us to capri. In the morning, our children could walk down to the market, which was a stones throw and get a croissant and a cappuccino. In the evening we would go to the select few restaurants, our favourite being Il Canticcio. The town itself is charming. It is not overcrowded and we could get in without reservations and walk around. The beach was right there. Everything about this VRBO was a 10 out of 10 hands-down. look no further.

Great Stay at Posidana House

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Posidana House in Nerano, Italy. Our host, Alessia, was very responsive to our questions and greeted us upon arrival to give us keys and explain how appliances, etc., work. The house is gorgeous, pristine, white and brand new -- beautifully decorated with Italian ceramics, pottery and tiles. Several outdoor seating areas, including a huge rooftop deck, all with a view of the sea. The town square, while small, still has several restaurants, in a variety of price ranges. Alessia was able to arrange transport to and from Naples (hotel and airport) and to Positano a day trip as well.

Beautiful Villa in a Quaint Town

From the moment we had booked this villa, our property manager Alessia was so accommodating and helpful. She assisted us in planning our days in the area. We attended such a fun cooking class in Sorrento, drove all along the coast for a day and then a boat tour around Capri. Everything was so well planned. At the end of all of our day activities we were steps away from great restaurants. The villa is so clean and fresh!! The view from the terrace is incredible! Just an amazing stay and would highly recommend.

Fist visit to Amalfi Coast

We picked this spot for the massive and incredible terrace looking over the sea and small town below. It did not disappoint. The big decision was which comfortable lounge or chair to settle on. Alessia ( and her mum ) proved to be generous and helpful; ideas for restaurants and providing a terrific driver for our forays to and from train stations and a day along the beautiful and scenic Amalfi coast. The house was immaculate with everything you could possibly need. Like all the other reviews I’ve read , I cannot fault this No. 1 short term rental.

Wonderful

Where to begin. Our host Alessia is the best. She made everything come together seamlessly for us. We chose to do all the activities that Amalfi has to offer so we were busy. Without Alessia it would have been so much harder to organize by ourselves. Alessia has a network of great people who can really show you around. So just let her set it up. The Amalfi coast is beautiful. It can also be very busy with many tourists. Alessia’s place in Nerano however is a great escape tucked away from all the hustle and bustle. Add to that the selection of fantastic restaurants, including world renowned Lo Scoglio, and you really have it made. Alessia’s home is so well kept. Immaculate and tastefully decorated. The rooftop patio is very spacious and a great place to relax where you can enjoy the view of the harbour with your favourite beverage. Next time we are just bringing a couple of good books and enjoying the view. Thanks Alessia.

Amazing property in an amazing town!!

This property is absolutely beautiful and even better than the pictures show. The views are SPECTACULAR and it is much larger than you expect. My family of 5 were comfortable the entire time. The town is a gem as well. So many restaurants and the beach just a few steps from the property. Alessia was great. She helped us organize a private boat tour of Capri, drivers for train/airport travel and a private tour of Pompeii! My kids did not want to leave. I cannot recommend this property enough!

A little slice of heaven.

We had a wonderful stay at this little gem of a flat. Roof top views wonderful weather… and a beautiful apartment. Alessia and her Mither could not be more lovely and attentive. 100% I would recommend this place to anyone looking for a lovely holiday by the water. We took a a boat out one day also spent another day at the beach swimming… never had a problem dining. We went to positano one day and while lovely… it’s a zoo. This place was a haven to come back to… enjoy!

Best VBRO we have ever tried

This is a true gem. The other reviews are accurate - the property is pristine, the location is unbeatable (steps to the beach, shops, and amazing seaside restaurants), and most of all, Alessia helped us coordinate all the details of the perfect vacation. Even though you will be tempted to stay on the gorgeous rooftop terrace, sipping your drink of choice and staring at the sea and the charming town below for your entire stay, don’t miss out on the boat trip to Capri or the car tour of the region. Dinner by the private chef that Alessia arranged, served on that amazing rooftop, was another special memory. Our children - ages 9 and 12 - loved this vacation, and so did we. I hope we are lucky enough to return someday. If so, we would choose this VBRO in a heartbeat. Thank you Alessia!

The most amazing villa!

This was the most fabulous, magical, peaceful, beautiful home/villa that I have ever stayed in. EVER! Alessia made this vacation perfect! Her guidance and assistance with planning transportation from Rome to Naples and down to her villa, an amazing day on a boat, swimming and traveling up and around Capri, hiring an amazing chef to come in and cook us an authentic Italian dinner, planning, arranging and scheduling a quick trip to Pompeii (which I’ve wanted to do since the 1970s), to surprising me and my family with a birthday celebration, to arriving to the beautiful and very clean, perfectly located, very comfortable villa with the most amazing views of town and the ocean made this the ultimate trip. We had a few days to relax and we chose to stay at the Villa enjoying the private rooftop terrace instead of going to Positano or Amalfi, or any of the larger cities that were so crowded, So many special moments with my family in this beautiful home is absolutely priceless! There are plenty of restaurants in town, which are only a few steps away from the Villa. The market in town had everything that we needed for meals in the Villa and the beaches are wonderful. We really enjoyed Mary’s on the beach for dinner, lunch and coffee in the morning. You will not regret and only appreciate staying at the Posidonia house! Alessia goes WAY above and beyond to make your visit a once in a lifetime occurrence!
