Con una cama tamaño king en el dormitorio principal, una reina en el segundo, dos baños completos y una sala de estar cálida y cómoda con increíbles vistas al mar Caribe.

Como parte de la familia 'The Landings at Tres Cocos', que incluye opciones adicionales de una, dos, tres y cinco habitaciones, este condominio está ubicado justo al norte del puente en el corte y a menos de una milla de la ciudad de San Pedro. This condo had amazing views and was the perfect location. It was clean and tidy and the hosts were so wonderful with arranging all the transportation needs and even some excursions. I highly recommend this condo and the hosts, especially for first time visitors. Perfect 10 out of 10!!

Warm Weather Getaway

This is the second time we have stayed at this location, different unit than before but it was just as well taken care of. Grounds are in fabulous condition, units are clean and well maintained. You are out of the downtown area, but not far from anything. Excursion companies pick up on the nearby dock. We enjoyed a very quiet week. The hosts are fantastic folks who do a great job of making arrangements to get you to and from the condos from the airport. When we come back to Belize, this is where we will stay.

This property was perfect . It has great amenities if you like to make a few meals on vacation. The location is great as well. Brittany and Mike were very attentive to anything you need.i would definitely recommend this place.

Beyond Expectations

We had the most amazing stay! Our group was talking about coming back before we even left! Mike and Brittany made our stay the most enjoyable. They made our stay so easy, where all we needed to do was vacation! Super quick to respond to any request we had and did it with a smile. The location and accommodations were perfect and exceeded our expectations. We will be back and have already recommended The Landings to our friends!

Lovely stay in Ambergris Caye

We fell in love with the Caye and people, so incredibly friendly. Best snorkeling and places to explore. Tres Cocos is the perfect location and Brittany and Mike are the best hosts we’ve ever had!

Great Stay

Great place to stay.Great location. Property Mgt was amazing. Kitchen was just what’s needed on vacation.Plan to live out of your suitcase. Not any dressers or storage in the bedrooms. Plenty of hot water and good water pressure. We would stay here again.

Wonderful Time in San Pedro!

My partner and I really enjoyed our time in San Pedro! Mike and Brittany were excellent hosts. They arranged the airport transport which was super smooth coming and going. The check in was nice and the entire staff were very nice and friendly. Enjoyed the pool everyday and found several restaurants close by for drinks and food. The apartment/condo was clean and comfortable with ample bedding and towels. The frog was stocked with beer, water and soda as well as some champagne for the birthday girl. Lol. We had a nice ocean view from the balcony. A short gold cart ride away are plenty of restaurants, shops, pharmacy, ATM, convenience and grocery stores. Overall, we had a marvelous time and the communication with the hosts was superb!!!! No complaints whatsoever.

I'm not talking about the people of San Jose, although they are nice too, I'm talking about Brittany and Michael our hosts. Absolutely lovely, could not be more helpful and informative. Amazing Stay with Stunning Ocean View

My daughter and I recently had the pleasure of staying at this wonderful vacation rental. Communication with the hosts was excellent from start to finish. Prior to our arrival, the hosts provided a wealth of valuable information. They were incredibly responsive, accommodating, and made sure we had everything we needed for a perfect stay. They meticulously arranged our flight from Belize City to San Pedro airport, and upon arrival, Brittany and Mike personally greeted us. They walked us to the golf cart rental agency and even provided a brief tour of San Pedro. They made the whole experience seamless and stress-free. The location was also fantastic—close to great restaurants and shops but yet far enough away to feel completely tranquil. Overall, we had an amazing time and we were able to unwind, recharge, and fully appreciate the beautiful ocean views.

Best spot in San Pedro!

Brittany and Mike were awesome hosts! They took care of assisting us with all the details of our vacation and made check out/payment super easy. Contact was quick and informative. Lots of fantastic suggestions on dining, excursions and shopping. It was concierge service at its friendliest! The condo was perfect for the 4 of us. Super clean, good supply of amenities. GREAT location. just over the bridge from "downtown" yet a little bit quieter. We LOVED the swimming hole pool! And all the iguanas. Definitely recommend the beach massage through Just Relax with Shirlene. FANTASTIC! Will definitely stay here again.

Terrific Stay

Shout out to Brittany and Mike! They are exceptional property managers! Always accessible and helpful as well as incredibly efficient. They really added such a positive dynamic to our vacation. The condo was very clean and comfortable, with high ceilings & a fun master shower. Wish the balcony was bigger. It only fit 2 at the most. Stormy weather brought to light some leaks, which I'm sure will be addressed once vacated, but didn't really bother us. Beautiful property & the pool & grounds are very well maintained. I would happily stay here again!

Great Stay

The property is very nice and our unit was clean and had plenty of space for the two of us. It’s located close to the main part of the city, but just far enough so it doesn’t feel quite as busy. Our trip was really made by the property managers. We’ve never been to San Pedro or Belize for that matter. Before getting there they set us up with flights to and from Belize City, and set up our golf cart rental. They picked us up at the airport and dropped us off for the trip home. We had one small issue that they took care of immediately. I would suggest staying at this property because of them alone.

Perfect family place

Our family of two adults, teen and preteen LOVED this property! It was perfectly located if you have a golf cart to go anywhere you'd like on the island. Britany and Mike made staying at this property priceless with their recommendations, assistance with booking excursions, booking flights and overall friendliness. I'd recommend to anyone going to San Pedro area and plan to return!

Location, location, location. Prefect property location. As many have said quiet area just north of the bridge. A very short walk or golf cart ride into town, if headed north or south of the island a perfect starting point. Brittany, Mike or Kimberly can help with every concern from answering any accommodation question, to the EASE of flights from Belize City to San Pedro and return, to the many great restaurant recommendations, to any activities you might like to do, many of which you can be picked up at your own private dock. Oh and the pictures of the property and condo are spot on. WE WILL BE BACK!

Scuba vacation at Bermuda Beach in San Pedro

The Bermuda Beach condo was great - it was clean, comfortable, spacious, and exactly as shown in the photos. Brittany & Mike were great - we were picked up from the airport and driven to the condo and Mike brought our luggage up to the condo on the 3rd floor. The beer and water we ordered through Brittany (at a great price) was already chilling in the fridge. Brittany explained everything about the condo and shared a binder which detailed lots of info about San Pedro including restaurants, activities/excursions, grocery stores, etc. Brittany gave us a cell phone to use while in San Pedro which helped when making dinner reservations or calling local businesses. Brittany also booked our flights on Tropic Air which made things easier for us. We went scuba diving through Elite Adventures (about 500 metres along the beach (or up the road) from the condo and they were fantastic (Leslie, Henry, Esme, Big Joe, Flash, Brendell) made all of our dives safe, smooth and fun. At the end of our week, Brittany co-ordinated the check-out process and Mike drove us to the airport (in a drenching rainstorm) and got our tickets for the Tropic Air flight back to Belize City. We had a great week and would definitely stay at the Bermuda Beach condo again. Brittany & Mike were amazing hosts - very kind and organized.

Amazing property & location!

My husband and I stayed at The Landings in San Pedro in a two bedroom condo. The beach was nice and private, not crowded, could always find a beach chair. Easy access right over the bridge to San Pedro and lots of options for food & drink. The property managers were amazing! Taking such good care of our excursion requests and restocking water and other essentials. Great place to stay!

Quite stay

Our host met us at the airport, walked us through everything, got us settled in, more then what we could’ve asked for… they were literally one ring away, answered the phone and texted back immediately. Gave us all the recommendations! We loved where the property was located, good distance to be close to town but also far enough to be out of the hustle and bustle. This place was close to all the cool places and only 25 min away from Secret Beach!!! Definitely will be staying here again
