It is in a quiet environment, close to the historic center of St Rémy de Provence, rich in these cafes, terraces and museums. The environment is calm at the foot of the Alpilles, suitable for hiking.
Private parking is available.

This villa, with a surface area of 130 m², consists of a ground floor comprising:
- a large living room facing south giving direct access to the terrace, the garden and its swimming pool (4.40mx 2.70m and 1.50m deep), composed of a large living room with TV, a fully equipped American kitchen with a large table for meals with family or friends,
- two air-conditioned ground floor bedrooms with double beds in 160, each with bathroom with walk-in shower and private toilet. Sheets and towels are provided.
- a laundry room with washing machine and dryer.
- An additional guest toilet.

A third air-conditioned room with two single-beds on the first floor with bathroom with walk-in shower and private toilet.
