FRENTE AL MAR no vista al mar - Aire central en todo

Este es uno de los pocos condominios directos frente al mar en A Place at the Beach III. Brillante y aireado sin nadie por encima de ti. Constantemente actualizado y mantenido. Estamos al lado del famoso bar de playa Ocean Annie, pero desde nuestra terraza todo lo que puedes escuchar es el océano y ver la playa. A poca distancia del muelle de Apache y el chapoteo. Todas las actividades de Myrtle Beach están cerca, incluyendo Broadway at the Beach, Barefoot Landing, Tanger Outlets, Dolly Parton's Pirates Voyage, mini golf, golf, restaurantes y tiendas; Sin embargo, estamos escondidos en la tranquila Shore Drive para que pueda relajarse mientras disfruta de la playa.

Estamos al lado del famoso chiringuito Ocean Annies. Tiendas de alimentos, tiendas y restaurantes están a menos de 3 millas de distancia. Broadway at the Beach y Barefoot Landing son 8 millas.

El precio del alquiler incluye la limpieza de salida.

Great condo

We had a wonderful stay! The condo was very clean and had everything we could have possibly needed...it was the most well-appointed condo that we've ever rented. It was fun to be right next to Ocean Annies, and it was never too loud. Vivien responded very quickly to any questions that I had. We would definitely stay here again.

We loved it!

It was our first time staying at A Place at the Beach and it was wonderful! Very clean, very well decorated and great views of the ocean! Felt very homey and comfortable! We love staying around Ocean Annie’s Bar because we enjoy the live bands but when you’re trying to sleep is not so much fun! We loved the fact that at this stay we could do both enjoy the music when we wanted to but also enjoy peace and quiet! I will definitely make plans to stay there again!

Excellent condo and very clean!

My husband and I along with our two grown daughters, stayed in this condo the week of September 10, 2022 and had a great time. The condo had everything we needed and then some. It was very clean, which is super important to us, also the kitchen had plenty of pots, pans, glassware, silverware, etc. The view of the ocean was amazing! We loved how close Ocean Annie's was and even though it was close, the music was never loud at the condo. The very first day we were there our daughters said they wanted to come back and stay in this condo next year! The owners always responded back quickly when we had questions before we went and they were so very nice. The only thing that was a little disappointing was the small pools. Of course, this is not the fault of the owners. It didn't really bother us though because we came for the beach and to relax with great ocean views and that's exactly what we got! We would certainly love to stay at this condo again in the future! We loved it!!

Setting up the vacation was a breeze. The place was very nice, quiet and clean. True to the ad and the view was amazing. I will absolutely be going back and may make this our yearly vacation spot.

Exceeded our Expectations

The condo was perfect. Everything was clean and updated. The location right on the beach was amazing. We ended up renting a few beach chairs and an umbrella from the life guard right in front of the condo. It was like $150 for 5 days. Kinda of high but we were able to pick our spot and he set them up every morning at 7 am and took them down at 5. It was so convenient. Sitting on the balcony and people watching and listening to the ocean was a highlight. My teens loved it too. We loved being a little north of all the craziness of Myrtle Beach. It was quieter and more family friendly. Vivian was helpful and responsive with my questions before and during our stay. You won’t regret renting here it was absolutely lovely.

Beautiful Views

This condo is very clean and had everything that we needed. Really good use of space. From the living area and master bedroom you can look out at the beach/ocean. The deck faces the beach and offers lovely views. The entire property is kept up very nicely. We would definitely stay here again!!

Beautiful, comfortable and clean.

I have stayed in many of the condos in the 9540 building over the years and I have to say this is the best condo in the building that we have ever rented. It has the most amazing view, on top of that it is so beautifully decorated and all has unique and efficient use of space for storing things and for comfortable living. It is very clean as well. Usually I mind how Noisy the front condos are but this one was perfect facing the opposite side of Ocean Annie’s so it is also much quieter as well! I would highly recommend renting this condo. Viv the owner also goes above and beyond to make sure everything goes smoothly with renting the condo and making sure your stay is what you anticipated. She is amazing! I truly appreciate all she does!

This is the cleanest best equipped condo we have ever stayed in loved ever minute the view was spectacular we will definitely book this condo again everything you could think of was in the condo, you could tell that the owner of the condo took a lot of pride in there home.

Awesome condo

The condo is a lovey place for a getaway. Close to ocean Annie's but you don't hear anything but the waves. Having beach chairs available is such a wonderful idea. Can't wait to stay here again!

Loved the condo and the location! We had a wonderful time and made lots of memories. The condo was beautifully decorated, well equiped and spotless. My son loved all the beach toys and the chairs definitely came in handy. We can't wait to plan our next vacation with Viv and Ed!

Out condo is one of the few that is directly on the beach, you have no one else in front of you and have a panoramic view of the entire beach. The feel is coastal both inside and outside the condo. We have central air conditioning in all the rooms enabling you to enjoy the sounds of the beach.
