APATB III-I, Unidad 3-E, se encuentra a solo cuatro unidades del océano en la popular zona de Shore Drive de Myrtle Beach. Este condominio 2BR / 2BA ha sido y sigue siendo uno de los destinos turísticos más populares en Grand Strand. ¡Sal por la puerta y entra a la playa SIN CAMINOS PARA CRUZAR! Sin usar su automóvil, puede disfrutar de playas increíblemente amplias, música en vivo y baile en los populares Ocean Annie’s y Flip Flops, pescar en Singleton Marsh y Apache Pier, y excelentes hamburguesas y ensaladas en River City Cafe ©.

Te encontrarás a solo minutos de lugares de entretenimiento como el Teatro de Alabama, Carolina Opry, Pirates Voyage de Dolly Parton y House of Blues. Si te gusta el golf, estamos ubicados en el centro de una gran cantidad de campos de golf. Si lo tuyo es ir de compras, hay muchos lugares encantadores como Barefoot Landing, Broadway at the Beach y Tanger Outlets.

Nuestro condominio se encuentra en el piso superior (3er) y tiene vista al océano y al famoso Ocean Annie’s Beach Bar para que pueda relajarse y disfrutar de la música en vivo desde su balcón. Si en el último minuto te quedas sin comida o bebidas, hay una tienda de alimentos y una licorería a poca distancia.

Este complejo ofrece dos piscinas, área de barbacoa, lavadoras / secadoras que funcionan con monedas y estacionamiento fuera de la calle.

El precio del alquiler incluye todas las tarifas y la limpieza de salida. Las sábanas NO ESTÁN INCLUIDAS y se pueden proporcionar para hasta 6 personas a pedido por un cargo adicional.

Los alquileres semanales son de sábado a sábado. Check-In 4pm / Check-Out 10am.

LA HOA NO PERMITE MASCOTAS O MOTOCICLETAS. Está prohibido fumar dentro del condominio. La edad mínima para inquilinos es de 25 años y la cantidad máxima de huéspedes es de 6.

My husband and I had a wonderful timeAt this property. It was a lovely space and we loved that it overlooks the beach as well as a cute lil bar that plays live music daily. We definitely would recommend John & Lisa’s space to our friends

Location was great. The condo was exactly as described. There were some repairs needed but nothing major. This is on the 3rd floor with no elevator so be prepared. We did enjoy hearing the music from Ocean Annie’s from the balcony. No issues with noise from neighbors. Had chairs and an umbrella to use for the beach which was great since we couldn’t bring our own.

Great Condo

Great condo to stay at. The owners are great to work with. The owners get back to your questions fast. Great location to stay at to see the beach and listen to music. We stayed at the condo July 2020 and July 2024. Will definitely be back again. Can’t wait! 😊

Easy to work with owners.

Great location! Owners were very easy to work with. Had an issue with the hot water heater not working (not their fault) and they were prompt to fix the problem and also made it right with us by refunding part of the weeks fee.

Location, Location, Location

We have stayed in this exact condo for over five years now. We love the location. Nothing like just pulling your chair out onto the sand. Took great runs on the beach in the mornings and enjoyed the water all day. John is ALWAYS receptive to questions and communications. Nothing beats the location.

Loved it!

Property was clean, location was great and John was so easy to communicate with. The pictures in the listing do not show the updates made to the main bathroom, that was a nice surprise. Oh, and key-less entry was something I never thought I would write a review about, but it was so convenient not having to look after a key on the beach.

Loved the location of the rental and the cost .

The condo is not fancy but is more than adequate, and again , the it was the perfect location . We could have used some extra blankets because the weather did not cooperate...... Also, a few pots and pans would be good . Overall, it was an awesome stay and I would recommend the condo to a friend .

I have been staying in this building for 15 years and look forward to being here every year. This is the first time staying in this condo and it was a rough start. The cleaning crew was still there when I arrived and we didn’t get into the condo until about 4, and when we did I had to clean some of the condo. After the first day everything went great. I love this area it is the only place I stay at Myrtle beach.

Beautiful location

As others have stated, the condo needs updating but otherwise beautiful place. The only disappointment was the spare bedroom did not have an actual air condition unit in it, just a fan from the other room vented into the bedroom, so we had to keep it super cold so the bedroom would stay cold. Owner was a bit hard to get ahold of but always very helpful. Overall we enjoyed our stay. Love that it was so close to the beach. Didn’t even have to drag a wagon with all the stuff! The extra chairs provided came in handy!

Myrtle Beach is a fun place

This unit needs a major update . It is very dated . Two of my children & families rent two other unit & they were beautiful ! The one we stayed in was years behind .

2nd stay was as charming as the first!

Free live music on the balcony everyday and a 2 minute walk to the beach or the bar. What more do I need to say? When John updates the kitchen it will be even better! We had to put a towel on the top shelf of the fridge, but not a big deal. I think the ice maker drains once in a while. Thanks y’all!!

We enjoyed our stay and the location. Don't remember being asked about bedding and towels. They were not included. Freezer leaked water into the refrigerator. We didn't contact the property manager.

The condo can use some upgrades.The cabinets , flooring and furniture haven’t been replaced for years. Also being a cook the kitchen could use better supplies and The refrigerator is leaking Otherwise we enjoyed our stay, the deck view, and the music from Ocean Annie’s.

Perfect location!

This location is perfect for anyone with kids. Located right on the beach with a short walk to the pool for the littles who aren’t sure of the beach yet. I was able to sit on the balcony and watch the beach and live music while our youngest napped in the bedroom directly off of the balcony. The owner was kind enough to let us check into the condo a couple hours before the 3pm check in due to us arriving earlier than planned. The neighbors directly under us who own their condo were very friendly and welcoming. The condo was very clean and everyone was able to fit comfortably. We’ll definitely be coming back!

The door trim in bathroom was black! Dirty. 60$ for linens was ridiculous for 2 beds 4 days. You could at least update something. Owners were very nice. Need a new cleaner! Won’t be renting it again. I’m 61 and spend time cleaning and sweeping. I did not was door frame in main bathroom but it needs to be cleaned and painted. You could at least update wallpaper in main bathroom. Go down at loook at H1

Love live music? 2 minute walk to the waves? Beautiful sunrises? Stay here!

Visited for my wife’s 53 birthday with my 21 yo and his best friend. We had a really good time. The location is great. Basically at the end of an island next to Sands Beach Club, so no traffic. Myrtles famous beach bar Ocean Annie’s next door had live bands from 1pm until 11pm. It’s free from the balcony with no crowds to fight and your own beverages to drink. If you close the sliding glass doors to the balcony you wouldn’t even know about it. It’s quiet inside. It literally takes a 2 minute walk from the condo door to the sandy beach. It’s not new and fancy, but it’s clean and cozy. The king mattress needs replacing, but it’s no big deal. A little too squishy for my bad back. We would rent here again in a heartbeat if I don’t buy a place in this building. A three story Ocean front beats a high rise every time in my book. Thanks John! Insider tip : there is one parking spot and they will seriously tow your car without a pass. I waved a $50 at the parking garage Manager next door for 4 nights for my son’s car.

We always enjoy our stay in Myrtle Beach

We love vacationing in Myrtle Beach. This was our first time staying outside North Myrtle which we have stayed in over the past 20 years. The location of this unit was perfect for us. It was very convenient having the market, cafe and restaurant within walking distance. The owners were very good to work with and the check in process was very easy. The condo can use some updates but nothing that hinders the stay. It didn't appear that the 2nd bedroom had been cleaned very well but that wasn't any fault of the owners. We did have to spend some time cleaning in that room. We loved having Ocean Annie's right next door and the live music every day. Everyone at Ocean Annie's were very nice. It was very hot during our stay and we spent much of every morning on the beach and every evening being a tourist. We utilized the grill area which was great to have and the pool was very clean. We also enjoyed walking down to the swash during different times of the day. We had no problems with any noisy guests or any problems at all with guests. The only real thing that would keep me from renting this unit again is the condo being on the 3rd floor. Of course, we knew that prior to booking but going up and down the stairs numerous times a day over a week was tough on my knees but I would rather stay here than any high rise any day! I would definitely recommend the unit. Thank you!

Family vacation

Had a great time, and great place. A few mishaps such as TV not working in our bedroom, and pool not being open. Other than that it was a great place, and met our needs.

The perfect oceanfront location! We have been coming to Myrtle Beach for years and love this area. It is centrally located to all the best that Myrtle Beach has to offer (golfing, attractions, shopping) for those times when you drag yourself away from the beautiful beach.
