Small bench to put suitcases.<br>Garden furniture on the terrace with deckchair to relax facing the sea, you will enjoy an unobstructed view of the sea and the port of Sète.<br><br>The apartment is ideally located to do everything on foot and by bus (bus stop "La Citadelle" line 5 - in front of the residence).<br>The streets of Sète go up since the city is located all around Mont Saint Clair. Many small pedestrian streets, stairs and alleys make the charm of walks in the city. To reach the residence, the street goes up but it is quite doable (60 meters of difference in altitude), otherwise a bus stop is in front of the entrance.<br><br>A 10-minute walk from the old port, the covered market and the heart of the city with entertainment, restaurants and shops.<br><br>The 1st beach: The cove of La Nau is 20 minutes walk from the residence, this beach is accessible by the Maréchal Leclerc pedestrian promenade - Corniche promenade which runs along the sea.<br>A little further on, the Corniche beach, the Fontaine beach and the Lido beach.<br><br><br>The rental includes a private parking in the basement.<br>Swimming pool in the residence accessible by stairs open from 01/06 to 30/09.<br><br>For the winter season, electricity costs are charged at a rate of 0.20 euros / kw/h (depending on meter reading).<br><br>We look forward to welcoming you and helping you discover Sète and the surrounding area.
