Beautiful Ocean Front 3 Bedroom Condo

This condo is located in the family friendly Garden City Beach Area just south of Myrtle Beach. This three bedroom condo is in the 16 story high rise Royal Garden Resort. The Royal Garden Resort has a large outdoor and indoor swimming pool, and a hot tub. Linens are included in the reservation.

Come Relax on your large private oceanfront balcony with unobstructed views of the ocean. Enjoy the resort amenities, which include 2 pools (indoor and outdoor), hot tub and outdoor kiddie pool, and cornhole. We have an onsite family friendly beach bar and grill that offers a variety of special drinks and food.
Check-in is onsite for easy and fast convenience. We can provide contact-less check-in if requested.
You are allotted two parking spaces to park in the onsite parking garage. The parking garage clearance is 6’ 8”. There are a few oversized parking spaces based on availability. Guest cannot have golf carts in the parking garage however, there is parking in front of the garage based on availability.
This beautiful condo is 5 miles from the family friendly Murrells Inlet Marsh walk, less than 2 miles from Wild Water and Wheels Water Park, close to jet ski and banana boat rentals, fishing, and many more attractions and restaurants.

Plan to bring ALL supplies as the condo didn’t have quite enough of the basics (no laundry or dish soap, not enough dishwasher soap, no paper products, etc). Overall loved it and will be back next year for sure!

Not enough towels for a 3 bedroom 2 bath unit even with a washer dryer. had to go buy some. could b better for the price no doubt. mattress in 2nd bedroom not great

Bathrooms and kitchen clean and beds comfortable. Notified maintenance of washer backing up in bathroom sink and a/c condensation leaking in hallway and both fixed within 2 hours. Bedskirt and pillow need washing in master and balcony railing badly needs painting due to flaking paint. Pools and elevators are new or well maintained. Parking garage is very difficult to maneuver and needs to be larger to accommodate in/out traffic (husband who is a great driver hit the wall coming around curve due to no room for 2 cars). Fire alarm and pickup truck blocking the exit opening to parking garage. Pool bar is nice to have onsite.Large indoor hot tub.

It has a fantastic view of the ocean. Being on the 4th floor is high enough to have a great vie and low enough to still feel like you are right on the beach. The only thing I would change would be to put a king bed in the ocean bedroom.
