Great Stay, Great Location!

The condo was perfect for our girls trip! The location could not have been better. Everything about the rental process was easy and convenient. We will definitely stay here again.

MUCH NEEDED BEACH GETAWAY!

Awesome ocean front beach condo! Super clean and nicely decorated unit. Very well stocked with everything you could need or want. Nice size balcony to enjoy the ocean view. Robert was a great host and communicated everything we needed to know to have a relaxing stay. We would definitely book this condo again! Thank you!

This property is fullt stocked for your beach trip. You only need to bring your clothes. Great location, owner is available for contact if needed, and well worth the money.

Our family had a great time!! Love this condo! It was clean, the view was amazing, and there were so many amenities (extras) included!! The host was easily accessible and kind! We will DEFINITELY be back and highly recommend this condo!

Great getaway

We really enjoyed our stay! The condo was clean, modern and welcoming with special treats. It is literally steps to the beach. Very convenient. Owner was always available for information. We’ll definitely stay again. 😊

What a wonderful property! Oceanfront and steps from the beach. Condo was perfect. Very clean and had anything you could possibly need. Robert was wonderful to rent from. Will definitely be back and soon!!

Perfect!

What an excellent place! Amazing view, all the amenities you can think of, and steps from the beach. Robert is a five star host and has thought of everything that you may need for your time in the condo. I've stayed in several condos in the area, and this is the first time I've felt compelled to leave a review, and this will absolutely be my first choice next time I'm in town.

Perfect for our family

Property manager was so easy to communicate with. Property itself was ideal for 4 adults and 2 toddlers. The location is unbeatable. We had people next to and above us and never heard a sound. Definition of 5 stars all around.

Four nights, Garden City June 11-15

Great location, great view of the ocean, and it is ocean front. You are literally steps from the beach, the storage unit with the wagon and chairs and umbrellas is very, very nice inconvenient and a great help. The kitchen has every pot and utensil and mixing bowls and cutting boards and everything that a normal house has. This was by far the best VRBO place that we have ever stayed. I easily give this place, six stars out of five.

July stay

The condo is great. Great view right on the beach, only a few steps to the sand and a spot on the beach. Everything you need is provided for your time at the beach. There was even more provided in the kitchen than we have had at other properties. We ended up bringing things from home that we didn’t need. All the beach chairs, umbrellas, toys and wagon in the storage space was so convenient. We definitely plan to stay here again.

Summer Family Vacay

Overall, you can't beat a beachfront condo. Seasider is one of the smaller condominiums at Garden City Beach. This particular condo is on the first floor facing the ocean. The host made it easy to book and pay for the stay. There are plenty of towels and pillows for your stay. The mattresses were comfortable although the bed frames were a bit squeaky. The condo was clean and tidy although a bit outdated. The decor is beachy and fun. During summer season, grab your beach spot early in the morning, because the condo faces a public beach and vacationers and local residents set up their chairs and umbrellas as early as 8:00am. Our family had a good stay.

Great Place To Stay

Me and my husband met our out of state friends here. Robert was a great host. When we had a question, he was quick to respond. The check in process was very easy with clear instructions. Short walk to the beach so you can go back and forth quickly if you need something. The rental was stocked with everything you can possibly need. Seriously, don’t bring much because it’s probably already there. There was even a storage room near the sand stocked with chairs and umbrellas. Beautiful views from the living room and balcony. Great location. We walked to the pier from the front sidewalks and it’s just a short drive to nearby towns. Next time we are back in the area we hope to stay here again.
