¡Nada se compara con las vistas de una unidad de la esquina este! Usted tiene vistas despejadas de millas de dunas vírgenes de State Park desde el balcón y las ventanas de la sala de estar y el dormitorio, el agua del Golfo justo debajo de usted, y luego millas de más playas hacia el este. Incluso hay magníficas vistas al norte del exuberante Gulf Shores State Park. Disfrute de las dos piscinas y se encuentra a minutos de excelentes restaurantes, campos de golf, parques acuáticos, parques de diversiones, minigolf, rutas de senderismo en el parque estatal, muelle de pesca, compras y mucho más. Además estacionamiento cubierto!

Esta hermosa unidad es muy espaciosa y cómoda. Hay televisores en la sala de estar y en el dormitorio principal. Ambos televisores tienen cable, y también hay internet en la unidad. El dormitorio principal tiene una cama king size, y el segundo dormitorio tiene una reina. Ambas habitaciones tienen una gran vista del Golfo! También hay literas en el pasillo y un sofá cama en la sala de estar. La cocina está completamente equipada con ollas, sartenes y platos para cuando quieres cocinar una gran comida. Para su comodidad, también hay una lavadora y secadora para que pueda lavar la ropa durante su estancia. ¡Este condominio es definitivamente uno que querrá reservar año tras año!

Cualquier reserva realizada antes del 1 de octubre para la temporada de invierno (enero y febrero) requiere un mínimo de 60 días (dos meses). Las reservas realizadas que no cumplan con estos criterios están sujetas a cancelación por parte de la gerencia. Last minute spring break trip

Our family decided to head south the day before arrival. The condo met all our needs and the property management company was easy to work with. Could use some decor updates but the space worked well for our family of 4 and we would consider renting again.

We love Royal Palms. The unit was perfect. The balcony was amazing, overlooking the gulf. We had only 2 rolls of toilet paper for 8 people for a 5/6 night stay. We ended up needing to buy more. We didn’t have bedding for the couch but the host responded quickly and brought us some within 30 minutes. The unit only comes with 1 parking pass. We asked for a second pass but didn’t receive it. We ended up getting an additional pass from the gate guard so we didn’t end up getting towed. All in all, we had a great time. And the unit was clean.

Quiet and beautiful

This is my third annual stay. I’m still enjoying the location. I appreciate the closeness to the beach, fishing, groceries, restaurants, and health care.

Best Family Vacation Spot

Two bedrooms were spacious and private. Bunk beds were safe and accessible for my 10 year old and 14 year old. Balcony furniture was a little too big for the space but was still manageable and enjoyable! We hope to stay at the same condo soon!

Beautiful condo with lovely view of the state park

We love this condo for the windows and the ocean view. We stayed 2 weeks over the holidays with family coming at different times. Thanks so much for the warm weather and quiet accommodations.

Perfect for us

This property was perfect for us. Our goal was to go to the beach every day and have a backup plan if the weather was bad. This place was no frills, had everything we needed, check in was simple, check out was simple. I have a 10, 7, 4, and almost 2 year old plus my husband and it was perfectly sized for our family. 10/10 would absolutely recommend and we will definitely come back.

Second time at Royal Palms

This was another great beach vacation. There were zero complaints with the condo. Everything was perfect. We had four adults and two kids. Loved the corner balcony. The unit was priced the same as 1 bedrooms in the same building even though it had two bedrooms. so it is a great value

Beautiful view

We stayed on the 7th floor with a corner condo. The views were amazing. The best part of the stay! For the most part, everything seemed cleaned. One of the blankets had some sort of foul smelling throw up on it. 😬 The private beach is a plus! Had trouble with the elevator dropping and getting stuck.

Excellent location for relaxation

We didn't want to leave our little beech abode. The only complaints we had was no usable skillets (non-stick peeling) and windows with fogging between the panes that seriously obstructed the view. The tubs have no hand holds for safety of elderly/handicapped people.

A great beach stay.

Updated kitchen and appliances. The unit was clean and in great condition. There are amazing views of the beach and state park from the balcony. The only problem was pretty minor: there’s a huge window in the master bedroom, but it’s difficult to see through. It seems water is getting inside and evaporating leaving layers of salt on the panes of glass. This unit was great for our family with 5 kids. There was enough room for everyone between the bedrooms, hallway bunks, and sofa. Overall it was a great unit that I’d recommend to family and friends.

Nice location

We arrived at the condo at the designated time and found the entire place had not been cleaned due to a miscommunication. The management company got the cleaning crew there quickly and cleaning was finished within 2 hours. Maintenance also stopped by to address an issue with the AC we didn't even know about, and we assumed the cleaning crew notified them. Besides for the delay in getting settled, we enjoyed our stay. The condo is small but adequate for 4 people staying a few days. The balcony was the highlight for sure with amazing views. The beds were comfortable, but the bunks were short even for a teen who was 5'3". The kitchen is tiny but had the necessities for cooking meals. The only items we looked for but didn't find were a pizza cutter and a wooden spoon. The location right next to the state park was great and walking distance to the pier. Overall we were pleased with our stay at this condo.

Nice little place with bugs

Very excited for our vacation! 12 hour drive and ready for some r n r. Check in was simple and ready right when they said it would. Kids immediately went to enjoy the pool, with an adult of course. While the rest of us stayed an unpacked. We were very impressed with the view. Just what we wanted! We came back and played some cards on the deck while the kids went to sleep. Two little ones in the bunks and the two older in the adults rooms until we made up the pullout couch before we went to bed. About 10pm we decided, bedtime. So myself and another adult pulled out the couch. Upon pulling it out we noticed huge stains all over it. We had just a small lamp on and decided to inspect it further before making the bed. We flipped on the livingroom light and noticed little black bugs crawling all over. We immediately went to the store and bought air mattresses because no way were the kids sleeping on that. We called the next day and let management know about the bugs. A guy did come out and spray but never opened the couch and never looked at the bugs. He told us they would die eventually but that didn't help us. We went and bought raid so we could atleast sit on the couch. However, we never let the kids sleep on it. We asked management it they could compensate us for our troubles but they didnt seem willing and said they would have to contact the owners. No one ever called us back. We booked this place because it slept 8. We were very frustrated by all this. Bright side of thing

Overall just ok

We were excited to arrive for a relaxing family vacation, and we’re disappointed shortly after walking through the doors. Due to some recent upgrades (which are very nice) the main floor bathroom was not useable. I wasn’t made aware of this until the day we were arriving at like 1pm. We were given a small refund for this which was nice, but again it was small. The kitchen and living room were dirty. They had been “loosely” wiped down but I don’t think any cleaning had taken place. The coffee pot was brown, the toaster had crumbs all over it, the sliding glass door looked like my front door after my dogs rub there noses on it, and the dust we wiped off the tv stand and other areas was disgusting. The bed linens had stains and hairs and so did some of the bathroom towels. The condo description also stated the unit comes with free beach chairs and umbrella rental, and we were told by the umbrella rental place that it doesn’t. We didn’t let these thing ruin our week, we did have a great time. This unit isn’t bad but they definitely need a new cleaning crew.

Wasted Potential

This unit could be outstanding but has fallen into major disrepair and has aged. My wife and I almost stayed in a hotel instead of sleeping in this unit the first night. There was hair everywhere. On the comforters, in the sheets, on the pillows and on all the towels. I called and left the PM VM’s that night with what was going on. They didn’t call me back the next morning but I called them back 30 min after opening and they did get someone out there very quickly to clean the place. That went smooth. BUT, there are some things you can’t clean. Like mold in the windowsills, dripping and dated shower fixtures, etc. The HVAC filters hadn’t been changed in forever either. There was literally dust caked on everything, including the ceiling. I bet the unit dies soon due to the A coils in the air handler fouling. Once it’s replaced they need to clean all the ductwork and clean all the ceilings too. Replace the filters folks! The unit has spectacular views since there are 4 windows facing East towards the sun. Scratch that. Marginally good views since you can really only see out of one due to the condensation buildup in them. Those need to be replaced as well. Again-wasted potential in what could be a great unit. I doubt we will be back to this one.
