Hi, I am astonished that was what you walked into. We strive and pride ourselves on the cleaniness of our units. We were more than happy to reimburse you for this inconvience because it is not a usual occurence. We will be addressing these issues and resolving these problems. However, I am glad you enjoyed your stay overall and we do hope to see you again.

Thank you for taking the time to share your experience. We sincerely apologize for the issues you encountered with the couch and the presence of bugs during your stay. This is certainly not the standard we strive to uphold, and we understand how upsetting this must have been, especially when traveling with children. Please know that your feedback has been taken very seriously. We have already escalated this to our cleaning and maintenance teams to ensure a thorough inspection and treatment, and we are reviewing our processes to prevent this from happening again. We regret that our initial response did not meet your expectations, and we are working to improve communication and follow-up with our guests. If you are open to discussing this further, please reach out directly to us so we can make things right. Thank you again for bringing this to our attention, and we appreciate your patience as we address these concerns.
