Nuevo en el mercado de alquiler: un lujoso hotel de 5 habitaciones, 3 baños, casi 3000 pies cuadrados. Villa y es ideal para alojar a 2 familias o invitados extendidos en la fantástica comunidad de Highlands Reserve. Viene a gran velocidad y está ubicado en un campo de golf de diseño de campeonato y una comunidad de golf. Realmente es una propiedad excepcional. La villa tiene una gran piscina privada climatizada con spa climatizado, solárium enorme con lunai para sombra, piscina orientada al suroeste, con sol todo el día y una gran vista del primer hoyo del campo de golf Highlands Reserve. Su estancia de vacaciones incluirá wifi gratuito, mesa de billar interior, llamadas telefónicas gratuitas a Norteamérica. Barbacoa, TV de pantalla plana por cable en todas las habitaciones y pantalla plana grande en la sala de estar. Recién amueblado, cuna grande y pequeña para bebés y niños pequeños, cochecito nuevo y nuevo comedor con capacidad para 8 personas, para un total de 16, incluyendo el área de comedor de la cocina. Magnifique maison, très bien équipé dans un lotissement très calme. Emplacement parfait pour les golfeurs avec une piscine et spa chauffée. Nous avons passe un très bon séjours.Un peu loin de Universal et des outlets (environ 40 45 mn) mais ca nous a pas gene.On reviendra avec grand plaisir.

We had a wonderful stay in the villa! There was plenty of room for us all and everything you needed was provided. The outside area is fantastic, beautiful warm pool with lots of seating/sun loungers for everyone. We loved the spa and it was thoroughly enjoyed after a long tiring day at the parks. We hope to be able to stay again in the future.

After staying in Florida several times in different villas, I must say that this villa is the best I've stayed in. Kelly was an excellent host and answered any questions we had. The villa is absolutely beautiful and is presented just how to pictures show. Everything was a 10/10.I would most defiantly recommend this home to anyone planning a visit to Florida.

Home away from home

Spacious, family friendly home with all of the amenities you need to feel right at home. The pool is a bonus to have while on vacation. We would stay again in the future.

Lovely villa ,

Great space for our family of adults and teens. We felt very safe in this area , it was very quiet and peaceful. Super comfy sofa and loved the pool. Lots of kitchen eqipment and towels. Fridge is plumbed in for water and ice ( we didnt realise and bought these )

Enjoyed the house and pool

The location of the house was a nice short distance to the theme parks. We enjoyed the house and spent a lot of time in the pool. The house had everything we needed including a baby bed and high chair for my grand baby.

Wonderful Property

As soon as we arrived the house looked just like it did in the pictures. We had the best time and in fact the kids wanted to stay at the house for pool days rather than go on excursions. We basically lived outside. The extended patio was perfect for dining and game playing, even in the pouring down rain. The hot tub was a huge hit as well! Absolutely the best vacation and we will be back for sure.

All the comforts of home

The house was nice, very clean, spacious and great location. We enjoyed our stay there very much. Very disappointed with the spa. Seemed to have some glitches certainly not the homeowners fault. We book these houses primarily for the spa and was disappointed that it wasn’t functioning properly during our stay. Homeowners were in contact and stated they called for repairs.

Christmas Vacation

The house was big enough to host our various family members duri g our stay. The heated pool was a big plus. It has everything you would need for your stay and more. The one downside was the hot tub. We were looking forward to soaking in the hot tub (expecially after a long day at the parks) but the water never got much warmer than the pool water. The layout was great and the sectional was everyone's favorite spot to relax.

Family vacation to Parks

Property was just as it looks in the pictures. It had the perfect accommodations for our family. I did select this property because of the pool and the “spa”. My grandkids LOVE to swim and we had planned on swimming and hanging around the pool. I called 2 days b4 arrival to verify it would be heated, but heater never worked. I did get my pool heating charge refunded. Also, apparently there is a difference between a hot tub and a “spa”. The”spa” was a little warmer. To be fair, the evenings were cooler, but felt there should have been something staying pool may not be useable in December or perhaps better maintenance with the pool. I did notice other Guests had commented they had problems after I had booked. Owners were very quick to respond to calls. Just disappointing.

Location Location Location

We travelled from the UK and stayed the last three weeks of August. The villa was super clean on arrival and well equipped although we would have loved some basic provisions as we arrived late. We had a couple of queries on our first day which were quickly dealt with. We got reminders to put the bins out but then they were done when we returned from our day. There was limitless hot water, the air con was very efficient (in fact we would have loved light duvets, although blankets were available). The pool area is large and private. Lighting beautiful at night. We loved watching the sunsets. The pool is warm! We’ve stayed in other villas on HR and never experienced a pool this warm…beautiful to swim in. There is not a traditional hottub - rather a plunge pool. Kids said they’d like to take the sofa home it was so comfy! Loved the pool table being inside too. The one thing we didn’t have was a clothes airer - but we just hung clothes in the garage! When the hurricane hit Florida we had a message to say they would pop over with torches etc just in case and we could stay an extra night if our flights were affected. Hurricane didn’t affect Orlando so we were fine but so helpful. On the day we, sadly, left we had trouble locking up…we called and this was immediately dealt with. All in all a great holiday. This is a well equipped, clean, large, private villa with superb view out to the golf course and sunsets, and well managed too!

Terrible

The Hot tub did not work, the coffee pot was broken, the ice machine was broken and the back door was stuck OPEN. The owner was not helpful and we spent a good deal of our stay babysitting repair people. The ONLY reason we chose this house was for the Hot tub it was a special request of my Dad for his birthday - pretty much ruined his birthday and was very expensive for a sad trip.

Disappointing

On arrival the property looked as described and was generally clean. However, on closer inspection it became clear that the property was tired and in need of general refurbishment. The doors to the pool area did not lock properly, the pool area appeared generally a bit tired. There were stained areas inside cupboards. However, the worst thing for us was that there was no hot water running to any bathrooms. On contacting the owner and property manager we were eventually informed that it could not be repaired and we should find alternative accommodation. Whilst we were refunded the 5 days we did not stay we received no compensation for the 5 days we were there trying to sort it out. VRBO failed to contact us back as they had agreed. Not what we expected on our long awaited holiday.

Vacation Getaway

The house had everything you could need. Our favorite was the pool. My child even had a stock of pool toys to use. The location was close to Disney and Discovery Cove. The hosts were available and very responsive. Would highly recommend this property.

Our Florida Adventure

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at your villa. It was home from home with everything we could of needed and more! Every room was clean, tidy and spacious with lots of room for all 9 of us. Everyone enjoyed the heated pool with beautiful surroundings and we hope to visit again someday! Thank you.

We love the extended pool deck with the raised deck behind the pool to watch the golfers from our lounge chairs!! This is our second villa in Highlands Reserve with the same layout but awesome views.

Qué hace que este alojamiento sea especial

Villa is all one level - no stairs to carry luggage, no neighbors on the back or side of the pool - very private. Close to Orlando entertainment but also 60-90 minutes to beaches - coastal or gulf side.
